Big shout out to Chelsea from @EE customer service in Plymouth. my data had run out becouse of home internet issues refreshed my data allowance to get me though 😍 one happy care worker 😍

I live in one of those neighbourhoods where theres never been any social housing but property is cheap enough for lower income families. Subsequently services are suboptimal and I am currently without mobile network @EE , wifi most evenings @virginmedia and inaccessible buses

@EE PLEASE explain why it is impossible to cancel a pay as you go sim subscription. We have been trying since November!! Why!!??? We’ve spend hours trying, you can’t get any service, pathetic!

@Plusnet @EE @WeAreOpenreach many Ukrainian refugees are leaving host families in the coming weeks. Many have children who depend on the internet for school work & to stay connected with friends & family. Sorting contracts can be difficult & costly. Can you help?

Disgusted in @EE for overcharging me at total of £260. No one wants to solve anything, they just pass you from advisor to advisor; how lame. Customer service said that they'd call me back and never did. Will be switching ASAP. @EE
