  Big shout out to Chelsea from @EE customer service in Plymouth. my data had run out becouse of home internet issues refreshed my data allowance to get me though 😍 one happy care worker 😍

  @EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time

  @EE nearly every day in my area in wales there’s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday there’s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

  @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

  @EE Its the same almost every day. There is no technical issue, it’s purely down to your lack of investment in coverage. Bills go up, coverage never improves. The UK has the worst 5G infrastructure investment in Europe.

  @MarkyTalk @EE I 100% agree with this, I’ve been with them for a very long time and the service I’m getting for trying to upgrade and get a decent deal is shocking. Prices are sky high @EE

  @EE how on earth can you have 4 bars of signal and 5G and yet you can’t do anything online. Horrendous!

  @EE the broadband is down in my area but can’t check the status of it due to your incompetent way of checking. Tells me a problem is in the area but my connection is fine, if it was fine then my broadband would be working which it isn’t.

  @EE This doesn’t help at all, the same as your app, it isn’t telling me where the issue is or whether it’s being looked into
