@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞
