    @marctsmith Can’t believe you are with @EE they are so expensive and while they have good coverage other much cheaper providers piggy back on their network!

    @BaileyyThomass @EE It's been the case for weeks, in the end they just told me it was a one off and advised to restart my device, and now they won't reply to my tweets or DMs. Appalling level of service, really.

    @EE @freya_woolrich Hi Mark, I'd love for you to stop ignoring my DMs regarding a similar issue. Been trying to get in touch for 3 days and you keep ignoring me. Should I just cancel the direct debit and take my business elsewhere?!

    @EE how come your website says signal in my area is good, but since living here Iv only had one bar? Same with my partners phone… is your website wrong?!

    @EE Hi, I was supposed to receive a text from DPD on when my partners phone has been dispatched, but I haven't received any yet and I'm in work and my partner is at home waiting for her phone. Can you help me with this? I hope it's not been cancelled again!
