Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

Work phones have been swopped to @tescomobile it’s got to be the worst network around, can’t load basic apps and even on full 5G in central london everything takes ages, should have stayed with @EE #**** Speedtest shows around 1.52mgb.

Joined .@EE & .@bt_uk cause .@virginmedia customer service are atrocious. EE have sent me a bill TWO DAYS after the account was opened. Breaking the law they have taken a total of 106 out of my account two separate times - two lots of £53.99. They now want £20 on 21st. 1/

@EE I know you'll just ask for a DM but I must say, your signal seems to be getting worse and worse. Not just me either. I'm a decorator and in different places each week and most of the time hardly any signal. Lots of places where the signal used to be good now is terrible.
