    I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

    Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    Love how @EE will fail to apply a discount code for a contract ,over charge you on it, agree to pay back what they over charged you ,then refuse to pay anything back past 3 months ,blame me for it ,and fail to answer my complaints procedure and close it without contacting me.

    @bobbibalf7 @MattyElliott00 @EE Customer service have been alright with me, they get it wrong every time but once I tell them it’s with the ombudsman they shut up and apologise. EE themselves genuinely are the worst company, procedures that are in place and the mistakes they make are abysmal

    @brie_for @EE The whole point is to kill off any infected so they don’t reach Jackson. He didn’t help people in the first game and there’s no indication he’d changed. And no they wouldn’t just automatically say their name and Joel gave his own name away.
