    @EE hi, I’m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

    £16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @EE Hi EE. Sorry for not getting back sooner. I called up later that day and it was related to the PAYG customers all losing connection that morning. The person on the phone was helpful in pushing a network settings update that fixed it for me and others in the situation he spoke to

    @EE are the latest company on my **** list. "We are currently receiving a high number of calls. You will be waiting at least 20 minutes." I can't stress this enough. But I don't give a ****, get more staff and stop thinking it's acceptable to ALWAYS say you're busy

    @EE EE 5G Coverage In Edinburgh Last Q4 Of 2022 Since EE 5G Service was first launched on 30th May 2019 in Edinburgh it was limited. Now going forward 3 and half years later, there's very little improvement. You still can't get 5G service in quiet a lot places around city centre

    @EE really poor customer. Upgrade phone last month on Ap. Receive bill for double what upgraded to. Ring up and am told that two lines have been added to account. Advised this is not what I requested. Old line cancelled, huge faff with change of number and 140 still deducted
