    @EE hi, I’m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    @EE Not having the best evening just spent around 2 hours trying to pay this bill. Both myself and my daughter have now tried and the payment won’t go through....never thought trying to pay a bill would be so difficult.
