@EE been a loyal customer for over 10 years, on a plan where I can upgrade early when I trade in my phone in however, being told I can’t as there’s not a plan expensive enough for me to do so. Awful service!

@EE No customer service for past 24 hours calling 150. Upgraded in December with free tablet included in offer only to find I am paying monthly charges in latest bill which weren't discussed in store

@EE amazing service placed a order online for a iPhone 12pro max noticed they was in stock so phoned ee up and sorted me out straight away and got the phone next day supper happy
