@EE after having to phone up to get you to cancel my Apple tv subscription, the person I spoke to has obviously cancelled my NOW subscription instead of/as well as, because they've just gone off today. What a crap service I'm getting. And now ill need to call back, again!!

@EE Absolutely livid with your service and utter incompetence. As soon as I call to make a complaint I conveniently get cut off! 7 days to resolve or you lose another customer and receive a whole heap of bad reviews.

@EE I’d be delighted to cancel my contract, but sadly stuck for a while. Your delivery to router is a joke, even worse for users at home. Service quality is appalling and that leads to mega frustration. The tweet has been removed, the problem not rectified. Maybe you could assist?

@EE Hi, thanks for the reply. The question is how is your legit address sending phishing links ? You have never addressed me via my email address and not my name and the link goes to a non EE site. Have your systems been compromised at all?

@EE I am so sick of replying on this platform, nothing ever gets resolved. I was about an order I placed and never received and EE had taken money from my bank account. In three weeks I have not had a reply from the EE shop to the emails I have sent.
