@EE after being cut off by customer service which seem to have been outsourced I call back a get through to an agent who after looking at the account has placed me back in the queue again to wait without telling me what he’s doing. Absolutely shocking service from EE.

@EE poor coverage East Nottingham and Nottinghamshire over recent months - endless text messages about completed works and yet the coverage still seems hopeless. I have to be honest your coverage and data roaming make be want to move to @O2

@EE @glastonbury As an actual paying EE customer, reckon you could fix my home internet please?... It's been off since last Friday. None of your advisers have been able to tell me a) what's wrong or b) when it will be fixed. Your website is wrongly saying there are no issues in the area.
