@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@EE cannot log into the My EE app keep getting something went wrong remove app and reinstall have done it a few times still the same, I am pay monthly my wife having same issue and is pay as you go and cannot top up her phone, loads people saying on Twitter they having same issue

I don’t know who runs the @EE website + app, but they need sacking. IT NEVER BLOODY WORKS! Constant login errors, when you do (rarely) get to login, it boots you out, loads blank pages or doesn’t load at all and runs at snail pace 🐌 It’s been the same for years! Total shambles!

@O2 I have been with you now for going on 9 months, I had an average service to start with but over the last few months it has gotten worse, I am also get the annoying message "sometimes our network gets busy in this area when" I have to @EE for data now as yours is unworkable

@EE Extremely poor service! Treating new customers better than loyal customers!! Cheaper deals for new customers online that they will not match even though it’s still with EE and on top of that they will not port your no. over. #Disappointed
