@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@EE 5 accounts for family. Trying to update 3 phones but can’t due to technical issue your end. Awful customer service with a issue going on since 27th July. Just been cut off with no call back. Just WOW.
