@EE what’s going on with the broadband it’s unbelievable slow it’s been like that for few weeks now in the NE5 3RE area. Even trying to fill out the reporting of the problem online doesn’t work.

As a consumer it is my personal opinion that @EE customer support and loyalty is literally non-existent.
