@EE it was an absolute pleasure speaking with your managers today. I was really impressed that they get really defensive and try really hard to not help a paying customer. I think it would be so much easier if they actually tried to help. Absolutely useless.

@YardleyShooting @EE This shows how important good customer service is to keep customers. IME US used to be the best for this in the 1980s-90's but has gone downhill since then with the UK doing the same. The same applies to how poor instruction manuals are these days.

EE isn't perfect, but I've stayed with them because they've good, functional, call centres. You can talk to real, sensible, people & they sort problems out quickly. I have had some signal issues with @EE. I don't think their coverage is as good as they claim but I like the staff.

@EE Please help. I cannot send sms messages. I am in Rome, have the £2 a day pass, have a £20 spend cap. I have followed the link and nothing happens. No connectivity. No automatic connection. I need to contact my kids. Please help!
