@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@nikolajht @EE I was setting up my new iPhone 14. eSim never connected to network and not activated, but my physical Sim on iPhone 12 was deactivated, I’m left with no service now. Downloading eSim from EE didn’t work because it requires the older sim which they deactivated already.

@EE I upgraded to the 14 Pro Max as soon as it went live on the 9th, but due to there been a problem with my upgrade, it got cancelled without me been made aware. I found out Monday when I had to call about something else and the upgrade was put through again. 1/4

@ThePrizeForce @EE It’s a war of attrition. They want you to give up. Calling ScottishPower took 1h20 to get through, then bounced from one dept to another, each time back in the queue, total 4h30, and then they ignored their own resolution and back to sq1. Their mistakes always favour them🤔
