@EE ...so when you say "final reminder", it sounds very much like you're saying your customer is in the wrong. This wrecked my sleep last night, worrying that I'm going to be charged £350 for a phone I KNOW you received on the 18th.

I gave up after 45 minutes on hold with @EE so I guess if they charge me for a trade in phone they received on the 18th, it'll become an issue for a lawyer.

@EE Once again I have no network! (emergency calls only). This has happened 3 or 4 times already this year and goes on for most of the day. TW16 area. What's the issue??

Impressed with @EE support last night & text based line check with @bt_uk which saw an @OpenreachHelp engineer here first thing to fix a line issue. Less impressed the fault is a result of neighbours ignoring a cable marker, digging it out, and then cutting said cable!
