    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE hi, my hotspot still doesn’t work on multiple computers. I’ve also changed the sim and got that replaced. It still fails to connect and stay connected to multiple devices. It either doesn’t connect or drops moments later, can you pls help

    @EE After 1h 10m, yes. Nice chap tried to be helpful but you are refusing to increase my speeds even if I pay for it. And you want to charge me £100 to move to a service that will help. Shocking. @ofcom

    @EE hi how do I report an issue with my broadband please? I’m working from home and having to put some hours in over the weekend as the internet was so poor yesterday, and it’s still not working properly today. At times I’m getting speeds of less then 10 mbps!!
