    @EE Sorry Monika, I'm not buying it. I pay 35 a month for 3 contracts - it needs to stay that way or I'm gone. You don't need to invest in the technology, you need decent engineers. i.e the latency is roaming times between 4g to 5g and back again is ridiculously slow!

    @EE@EE OVER THE PAST TWO HOURS I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES FROM MY MOBILE BY RINGING 150. THE NUMBER IS COMING UP AS UNCONTACTABLE. I SEE FROM YOUR TWITTER MENTIONS I AM NOT THE ONLY EXPERIENCING THIS. WHAT IS GOING ON ?

    @EE Hi. The postcode I quoted isn't my home address. I have been checking updates and seen quite a few people are having similar problems as myself. This is almost daily. I hope it resolves soon as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting in full.

    @EE looking for a bit of help if it can be provided, I finalised a pre-order for the new Samsung S22 ultra on the 17th Feb and was told I would have it today, the order status page hasn't moved since I placed the order on the 11th. Just looking to see any estimate for delivery?

    @EE The 4G signal around W13 has been terrible all week. The status page was saying you'd fix within 16 hours for half the week but now it says "We are aware of a problem with this site" which gives me zero confidence. When will you fix this?

    @_TheManor @EE I’m getting the exact same problem. All of them just bleep 3 time then cut the call. I’ve tried 3 different EE phone numbers and tried using a land line and other mobile phones and it does the same. It’s been like this for a few days now.

    @EE 3 phone calls in 2 days from what I reckon is your sales team, trying to sell me ****. I haven’t been on EE in over a year and nor do I want to be! Delete my number and leave me alone 😡
