Simon (@Lava087) reported@O2 @EE I’ve been in #Newark town centre most of today and signal on both of your SIM cards have been atrocious!! You really need to focus on improving signal around Newark! It’s awful!!
-
Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.
