@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

Yesterday I called EE to upgrade to a handset contract as my phone is a visual representation of this year and is hanging on by a thread. The phone was delivered this morning. Great service if you ask me @EE

@EE I know you prefer ppl to call you with there problems, and that you not bothered with helping anyone on here. How else can anyone contact you if your 'most reliable network' is out of service since yesterday? I mean talk about making things difficult for ppl.

Have to say bit dissappointed to go in store and be told no stock of the item required @EE although available to order online apparently obviously being a customer for over 20 yrs counts for nothing nowdays so no mobile now for at least a week hopefully no-one needs to contact me

@EE The staff who dealt with me yesterday were incredibly rude, patronising and at times confrontational with us for simply questioning the procedure- none explained this to us as you have. I’d like to make a complaint if possible?
