    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE I’m not there any more. I went in to get some help with a roaming problem but it’s so annoying. I just feel like the shop is there just to sell phones, not to help people :-(

    @EE trying to find out position on delivery of two upgraded phones as emails/texts not being received to know what’s happening, but not getting any connection when trying to call. Is the phone service down?

    I experienced the same problem when my contract with @EE finished. They asked to pay twice more than the competitors for services that were not even comparable to what others offered.
