@SamsungHelpUK Hi, I've got screen burn on my S21 Ultra, I spoke to @EE but they told me it wasn't under warranty with them any more so I would need to speak to the manufacturer. Would this be something that you can fix?

I have insurance with EE which was missold by an agent. My phone was stolen and when I went to claim, you keep telling me I took up damage only cover. Several agents have told me I have full cover but your insurance company refuse to honour it. Ive called over 20 times @EE

@EE is there any work getting done in the following areas wf11 8ea , dn14 0sn , and in general around these areas as the signal has got poor , just wondering if a towner has been removed if so i need to move network
