@ee better deal if you go onto a business contract. At the time I felt forced into going down that route and a few years down the line I'm still stuck on a business contract rather than a normal service 🤔

25 years+ of loyalty to @EE and orange, but customer service during latest iphone13 upgrade a total shambles. No reply to complaints and promised callbacks haven’t happened. Will be voting with my feet and leaving EE asap.
