@iD_Mobile_UK spent over an hour this evening on online chat trying to resolve a porting issue to be told to go to the phone provider? The port was successful, confirmed by you, so why is this now a phone issue? Surely the issue lies between you & @EE to successfully transfer?

@HyPeSTsNaTchY @EE When PoGo first came out with sponsors stops the same was for the Sprit stores. Some of the employes knew others did not. I have worked retail. Info from HQ doesn't always get down to employees as it is supposed to.

is it true @EE will rebrand soon to IN, Standing for internet never! I’m Sick of the signal dropping out on my 4gee router!! I’m only 50 meters from a mast! I had better reliability back in 1998 with dial up! Utter joke! Can’t wait to be out my contact!
