    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE I recently upgraded and purchased insurance with the phone and was told I should receive a phone case and screen protector which I never did when the phone was delivered...any help be appreciated 👍🏼

    @EE hi I’m in Southampton with bad service. I have the ‘Roam Further’ swappable benefit, I was wondering can I stick data roaming on and it be covered by my normal data plan? Basically, wondering if you get charged for data roaming when in your home country (not abroad).

    @EE Hi Jenny. I have seen some tempting offers, but I've always been happy with EE and the service provided. I am due an upgrade - have been since about July 2021, but not really seen anything worth upgrading to until now.
