@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE If only it was the other day. It's every day and has been since January 2022. There is a problem in my home area which EE have accepted, which they have been working on since the 5th of January 2022. Ee has offered to cancel contract 3 times, but subsequently refused, most 1/2

@EE On the flip side EE has given 2 months credit due to ongoing issues. I would rather have a phone and service that works than a free phone that doesn't.
