Hi @EE my mother's broadband went down around 16:00 yesterday and hasn't come back. There are telecom workers in her street saying it shouldn't have been affected by them. She has tried restarting router. Postcode is SS1 2UQ can you help?

  • jdprosho James Prosho (@jdprosho) reported

@EE Hi Tom, I tried doing that but it invites you to enter your mobile number which I tried and it just said it’s not recognised. Im no longer on the network but I’m still getting charged.

  • jdprosho James Prosho (@jdprosho) reported

@EE Hi. as an old customer, how can I contact someone about my account still being charged? Cheers.

  • DigitalStefan Stefan (he / him) (@DigitalStefan) reported

@EE I know why you’re doing it, but it never used to be required and if you need extra money... why are you giving new customers lower prices than I’ve been paying so far? This is literal nickel & diming and it does not sit well.

  • VLF9 VLF (@VLF9) reported

@EE No sorry. I’ve already got a new contract elsewhere. How do I terminate?
