    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE Some Googling seems to suggest that you have a CGNAT issue in some cases, particularly on EE Full Fibre, which I am on, with resolving connections over 51820. Just confirmation would be helpful, I may be able to get my employer to reimburse for bringing my Starlink backonline.

    This morning, my wife had a message from @EE asking her to get in touch about an issue. Three hours later, we are no clearer, have had no meaningful help, and are extremely frustrated. I have never experienced such woeful customer service! I can’t quite believe it!
