@EE hi, I have an iPhone 12 running on 5G which is like like trying to run a car on cola. It’s so slow it’s ridiculous. Can the phone be set to run on 4G? Please? Thanks

@EE Recently moved to EE and it feels impossible to speak to someone for customer support over the phone. Absolutely nightmare. Your response will be to access information online but that’s not good enough.

1/2: Ridiculous that after discovering when I opened my phone one morning that it was damaged, @SamsungMobile and @EE assured me that the repair would be free, except because it was "Physical" damage it's now in excess of 600 pounds. Who even has that in the current climate?
