    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    On Weds it will be 3 weeks we are without phoneline, broadband and careline - my 82 year old mum is prone to falls. I’m a teacher who can’t deliver online unless I leave her to go to work. Shocking service for vulnerable and key worker. @OpenreachHelp @EE

    @CFC_Chaz_ @EE Good luck. Its a pain in the backside, not @EE problem but samsung are slow and pretty much want blood. Took 7 days for my claim to be checked then wasnt right, gunna tske another 7 days before its checked again.
