    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE Hi I called your guys and they booked an engineer for MONDAY according to Ofcom I should have it fixed within 2 days or I get £9.80 a day for the lack of service. I'm a homeworker in a mobile data dead zone. Is there no prioritisation possible.!? Exceeding fox by 5 days 😪

    @EE I would like a refund, I'd rather stay with my current network. How do I go about that because you can't do it over the phone, which is what I was told twp days ago. Could you please send me a link to the correct person to speak about getting a refund on a payasyougo SIM card.

    @EE just got a call from 01274054449 claiming to be from you and saying my SIM card was expiring but they will send me a new one!! Needless to say when I refused to give info he got frustrated and rude!! Please block the number for your customers to keep them safe

    @EE So, one of your sales reps came to my door in June. She says you’d buy out our Sky contract and cancel them and in return we’d sign up with you. We agreed and we joined you on 30th of June. Just recently I had a realisation that something was wrong in my bank statements…
