@EE I’ve noticed over the past few days that if my Wi-Fi is turned off, I don’t get any 4G? This has never happened before as I get 60G a month? Please help as it’s an issue when I’m away from my house? I may as well have it in aeroplane mode? My data has renewed to? Help 😩😡

@EE Hi Megan. All of a sudden I started seeing the message ‘unable to join the network EE wifi-auto’ when requesting to connect on London Underground. I had no problems before, it used to connect automatically, it’s not a new phone, I can connect to other wifis without problems
