    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @IP2guy @ThreeUK Three are ****. Take the opportunity to get away from them as quick as you can! I got a better deal with 4G/5G that actually works on @EE. I found Three internet was crap, slow and intermittent.

    @EE The router is working fine it’s 5G and not operating 4G at all. Just look at my account notes. I thought o2 were poor but if a call dropped they called you back. Customer service makes you or breaks you

    @EE Hi, it's 4G. Did contact your staff a few days ago and I have already turned the router on / off and tried everything else possible. Unfortunately It's a problem with EE, not my equipment. Thanks for your reply.

    @EE can you confirm a store closing time for me? in sainsburys in tamworth, website says 8pm, but sign in store says 6pm and was all closed up by 7.

    @EE absolutely shocking signal for the last few days at DY8 1JN. Struggling to make basic calls on 4G, 5G or even WiFi. Any ideas please? Using Samsing Galaxy s20+ (and have been for a year without issue)...

    @EE I dunno what you're doing, whether it's maintainence or just being generally **** but I've watched 10 minutes of this champions League final and 70 minutes of buffering circle. Sort it out.
