Would be a true novelty that in 2021 (Nearly now 2022) someone between @EE, @WeAreOpenreach or my local MP bothered to do anything about the fact that our broadband continues to be so poor in this area that most of us have to go into an office to do our jobs just to video call...

@EE Hello! Was missold a sim only contract in your store in Woolwich Arsenal. Attendant was hasty, fraudulent and didn’t inform me of the Terms and Condition. I decided to cancel less than 24hrs but the store didn’t process it. says I have no right to cancel #AvoidEEscam

@EE I can find an EE £10 for 10GB 5G sim easily online. However when you purchase as an existing customer account you cannot buy it. Is this deal for new customers only then??

Just want to express my gratitude to Charlene of @EE who provided exceptional customer service today. After a very frustrating 2 hours on your online chat, she sorted it in minutes. She needs to be training her wider colleagues on how to assist customers. Other 3 weren't good!

@EE do you price match competitors? I've seen deals where I can get the iPhone 13 for £42 w/ 30GB data & no upfront cost. Your cheapest is £56 for 4GB and £80 upfront. How are you able to do this? (pls don't say due to having the best signal cos that's not true)
