@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE Been through the complaints procedure. Total waste of time. Didn’t get a call back. You end up complaining about the complaint. It’s ridiculous. That’s why companies have complaints/resolution departments.

@EE Considering you are a communications company, your current communication is appalling. Purchased a phone from you 2 weeks ago and after chasing, still don’t have a phone that works, I have had poor conversations with your call centre and your Message service is horrendous……
