@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

Days since @ee did £700 damage to my phone: 18 Total time spent dealing with this so far: 14 hours 33 min in 34 separate interactions (6hr 11min with customer service, 8hr 22 in EE shop, writing emails, chasing DPD drivers) @MarcAllera

@EE Nope, I was fobbed off…….. online chat was ended and no one got back to me. I’ve given up this is the 2nd problem I’ve not been able to sort out. Had excellent customer service for 10 years. January is bringing a change of contact. Enough is enough all for the sake of £75
