Why the hell (myself included) go with @EE?! They claim to have the best coverage in the UK, but most places I go to has crap signal. Make that make sense 🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬

2 of the many insanely dumb things I've done this year. 1) Buy a "cheap" Porsche 911 off Autotrader 2) Switch to @EE for my mobile phone service

@AasimSaeedPPP @EE @Ofcom I have received the worst coverage during the last few months at home, and no one has even apologised for that. Three Mobile used to refund the whole month's charges.

@HammondmarkMark @EE I’m going to terminate my contract early with them as I have proof of all of this and I will happy take them to court at this stage . Shocking service and putting their customers at risk of danger overseas

@EE I now want to leave my hotel room to enjoy my holiday but can’t as this is my only way of contacting you. Even then I’ve needed to beg you to reply. It’s just terrible service at this stage

@EE hi. Have u managed to work out if my sim is faulty on my phone? Emergency calls only, and it says when I try to make a call, not registered to network. Can't even make WiFi calls

Hello @EE /@EE__SupportTM You have closed my complaint VOL013-974971800184 without resolving it. Broadband faults continue, service is poor, and I’ve had no redress. Under @Ofcom rules and the Consumer Rights Act, this is not acceptable. #ConsumerRights
