    @EE hi, I’m a new customer and have ordered a SIM card which hasn’t arrived in 10 days however I have been billed and sent letters about how much you’re going to bill me. How do I get in touch when my SIM card hasn’t arrived and I need an EE number to get through phone options??

    @EE Hi Ashleigh, that's nonsense! Been answering questions for a fortnight without any problems. Chris has an attitude problem, you can let her know the complaint will be on its way tomorrow. Reactivate my phones or speak to my solicitor

    @EE After an hour I was told they could cancel my up grade and re do it in store..... But then they said it would be a greater upfront fee and more per month than what I got online. I have been with you for more years than I care to remember but this is how your staff treat me.

    @EE I received my new phone (iphone 12 Mini) on Tuesday via DPD. It would not turn on, I charged it and still would not turn on. So Wednesday morning I took it in to your store in Aylesbury. The Manageress told me it was nothing to do with her and became very rude.

    Hi @EE, how do I make a formal complaint against one of your representatives, Chris from North Tyneside. She called with a 'superior attitude' and talked nothing but nonsense. I have a recording of the call as no doubt you do. Had it with your company!
