@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Customer services can work remotely from home. As can sales and service. There is never an excuse for bad customer service, politeness or bad communication and failure to return a call. Only excuses Current excuse is covid It's becoming an excuse now for everything.

@mouthwaite @EE Customer service in the uk is a thing of the past unfortunately. I am with Virgin & their customer service is utterly dreadful. So greedy. In fact I would go so far as to say all US companies are particularly greedy. It’s a shame. It’s wrong & you absolutely should expect better

@Apple @EE I'm stuck in a Kafkaesque security nightmare. My son's phone is broken beyond repair but can't proceed with a claim until the 'find my phone' feature is removed. Can't get into the icloud account. Proof of purchase is insufficient. What to do?

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Just because you have been lucky enough to have had good customer service, it doesn't mean that someone who hasn't is a brat...No need to be nasty at all..... I've experienced both good, and incredibly bad customer service from ee, it depends on who you get on the day....
