Barbara K (@Nicky_2900) reportedHey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a £160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.

OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@MMKUK1 @Ofcom @EE Take the issue back to EE and not waste your time with a social media worker for Ofcom. Escalate through the correct channels and take it to the ombudsman if you need to. They will review the issue and demand a resolution from EE if they feel EE haven't been fair.
