@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE Good Morning! My phone is switching from 5G to 4G then 3G. It’s disconnecting all calls after 30 seconds or not connecting. Is there a known issue in Manchester? I working within the NHS and it’s proving difficult to reach patients and others this morning. Thanks!
