@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE Hi. I'm not an EE customer. My elderly and disabled mother is and has been struggling all week without a reliable mobile in CM2 postcode area. All I really wanted was an idea of issue and downtime which really should be accessible on your website
