    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE As a customer of 15+ years who is now eligible for an upgrade, I have decided to unfortunately go elsewhere. The mobile deal I was offered, new customers can get cheaper, so after buying a new phone & looking at sim only, I can get much cheaper elsewhere. 'Valued' customer 🤔

    @EE Chatting bubbles seems to be the only thing this EE account is good at, EE needs to pay attention to the people who run this account. They never there to answer questions.

    Is there a problem @ThreeUKSupport? - have tried several times since 0810 to send a text message to my work phone (which is @EE) and failed to send. Does not show as connected to 3. Signal looks okay. LL55 area.
