@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@O2 could you not just focus on your job and sort your piss poor network coverage instead? i genuinely can't believe how bad @o2 are in and around birmingham. if not, you'll get a 👋🏼 the minute i'm out of contract when i leave you after 13 years and go to @EE.

@EE Apologies I didn't see your reply! Well, tbh I'm going to go elsewhere for same-day service, but if it's not possible to do same-day in a store it shouldn't be possible to book it tbh to save a wasted trip. Anyway, thanks for your help :-)

So just worked it out. @EE expect me to pay nearly £109 per month for my contract now they have removed two discounts even though they stated to @OmbudsmanServi1 last year they had no end date. My account is flagged with @EE for vulnerability issues but they are happy to do this.
