@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@EE @jake_bev I’ve had the same thing happening to me, some guy messaged my number asking why I called but it wasn’t me and he’s been having the same issue. so i spoke to EE customer service and they said the following :

@EE Yeah, checked all wires are connected, replugged them as well to double check. Apparently, there was an accident in the area that almost took out the green box. Could that be related to this issue in any way?
