@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@madebygoogle Hey nothing was done by your support team. @EE had to send me a new phone. Both my pixel buds and pixel 4a are bricked. After my contract is over I will not be a google customer. I rate google a 0 out 10!

@LucyGoBag @EE I’ve been with several networks over the last 10-12 years and could tell similar stories about most of them. Virgin were by far the worst though, somebody stole my phone and ran up a 15,000 pound phone bill. It took months and months inc. debt collectors letters to get sorted.

@EE I won’t be staying with you once my phone contract ends. Last month I purchased a WiFi device on a plan I was told wasn’t a contract but could be stopped anytime. I decided to cancel within days as the WiFi quality was terrible. As I went in store to do so instead of online

@EE If I’m completely honest, what is the point. Internet still not fixed, we were told it would be today! It didn’t happened. My partner is on the phone non stop to you guys, your response time is just awful! Nothing is being resolved with still no end date in sight.

Well @asda_mobile a week later and still no reply to the message you asked me to send you and still no furtherforward... absolutely shocking luckily @EE have sent out new simcard within 3 days of ringing and 1000% better customer service and couldn't be happier!

@EE Thanks Chris I’ve contacted UW and apparently my sim is not linked to the number so they have linked it and hopefully I’ll be connected by 9pm tonight. But they are still maintaining that there has been an issue with EE. My sister is on EE and she has confirm she has had issues.
