@EE I have spoken to various team member as have my neighbours. No explanation is given for the ‘outage’ and ‘fix date’ keeps getting extended. We are rural customers. Obviously low priority.

@EE I did that lat night and they said it was a known problem and there's no eta on a fix , I can't view my bills or check my allowances for any of my numbers on my account , is it a known problem or not?

@EE I contacted help as suggested, and after many many hours on the phone I am now in a much worse position. I will be looking to find a way out of my contract.
