    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE being offered a deal in one of your stores which now you won’t honour as the stores are closed is awful. Long time customer being completely dis-valued. Thanks 👍

    @EE Morning. I checked my router and antenna (non EE) and speeds still very slow. Around 3meg speed. I also have two mobile phones with EE both slow. Been around a month or so now.

    @EE I topped up someone else's account £20 2 days ago The money has been taken from my credit card but she's not received a notification or the top-up despite the details all being correct Local shop won't help as this was online Please tell me how to resolve this quickly

    Winners of the Richard Branson Awards for Shite Customer Services are @bt_uk and @EE Phone ends contract,#BT say I now have to be with #EE. BT fail to send PAC. Chased it up next day. EE tell me it will take 6 (SIX) DAYS & would I mind being on a temp no. til then? WHAT A JOKE

    @EE This is now 3 days of contact with EE and I’m still not any closer to sorting it out are you dealing with me or someone else because this taking too long between responses we cannot phone you now because it’s asking us to use *611 can I escalate this now as a complaint !

    Called @bt_uk y’day for mobile upgrade with @EE Call Handler said I’d receive emails and phone today. Not heard a peep and checked junk mail…nothing #help
