@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@WGunson @EE They responded to say that there was a problem with one of the masts in the area and that an engineer would be fixing it, although it's not back up and running just yet as I've still got no proper signal.

@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE

So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

@EE That’s a great statement if only it were true! £95 a month and another provider can do it for almost half that with same service. It’s actual robbery!

@EE Hello. I was told by Samsung themselves that the network decided when the rollout would be, and advised to contact EE. The S20 series got Android 12 in January on most networks.. why didn't the S20 FE on EE? And yes, I've checked, no updates pending.
