@EE ‘We’re currently receiving a very high number of calls…’. No you’re not, you’re just not employing enough agents. How you’ve got the nerve to put the words ‘customer’ and ‘service’ in the same sentence I don’t know.

@Jashanks79 @EE Same happened to me. Upgraded from my 12 Pro Max and was told my 14 Pro Max will be delivered. Sold my 12 and now my 14 isn’t coming. They said it should arrive within 28 days, called back and they said 14 days, called again and then said 1 week. Shocking service.

@EE dearest EE, please can you allow me to log into my mobile account. How can a company your size be so crap online? You're great at texting me adverts but I can't stop them without logging in. I've only been with you for 20+ yrs 🤯

@SaysKat @EE With EE, yes they were excellent to be fair. 2 other issues that we know about and which are reported and being looked into. Worried that more might come, it just happened that letters from those arrived in the same post today

@EE not sure how you win best network - we have had no signal and haven’t been able to make any calls all week from our area in Surrey. Worst network I have ever been with. When will you sort this out?

Well done @EE - I cannot imagine how many rude customers you’ll have had today. But everyone I spoke to today was super patient and very helpful. Received one iPhone. Waiting on another. No bother at all. Worth the wait.

In the process of switch to @EE and blimey the service is rubbish. Bought a SIM via Web, started a live chat to find out order progress was told that because I ordered online I needed to phone the 'Digital' sales team. Apparently digital doesn't mean what I thought it meant.
