    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    @EE I recognise that, however this appears to have not been soully my issue, as nationally entire forums are voicing their frustration with exactly the same problem at exactly the same times; I assumed this would be a "We'll get someone to look into it" query. Either way, no worries.

    Amazing both @EE and @O2 have sent me txts saying they are improving my service. Err wrong. At Balcombe I had 5G with @EE now 3 bars on 4G, and O2 just 3 bars of 4G. Amazing improvement

    .@EE changed me £349 for a phone call I made trying to sort out airport help for my disabled son. I hear others were let off similar payments for being ‘valued customers’. Obviously 12 years and 5 current phones/ SIMs with them don’t make me one of those.

    @EE I’ve had a new iPhone for 6 months now .. I can’t barely get an EE signal anywhere ? 5G is slower than 4g …now in Spain on 4g and slower than ever in 10 years ? Do I need to change network provider ?
