    @EE No other network gives you 5G in more places than EE but no other company gives you the headache that EE will. Apauling service and I will never be using them again and will advise against anyone I know using them. Extremely disappointed.

    @EE If you spent more time replying to customer complaint forms & less time on social media, you could improve your customer service. I've sent 2 complaints with my details, reply to those. Seems publicly complaining is the only way to get a response these days.

    @EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.
