    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE I have tried for 2 years to get technical answers for why you’ve moved / altered transmitters to me in DT7 3UF (even though I pay every month without fail), and NOTHING changes, no solutions, no efforts. You get people to sign up to broadband provision, then you change the rules.

    I enabled the @EE “My Place” alert system. In the span of 3 weeks I’ve been alerted to 4 problems in my area, then that is fixed. Never seen a difference, it’s been consistently crap since last year and never improved or gotten worse.

    @EE That's cool, but I likely won't upgrade phone for 2 years (environment!). I asked to cancel via @PhonesCoUk Twitter and was promised a call back. But no call yet. Worked out I'll be £72 worse off on that contract compared to your better tariff for existing customers.
