    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE haven’t been able to log into @btsportfootball app for at least a week. Keep getting errors and you’re not taking calls. How can you fix this?

    @spacecadet2231 @EE Tbh I have been a customer of @EE since 2013 & I have used other providers in between these years & always gone back to EE because the excellent service I’ve had every Time I’ve needed to contact them & the coverage is best to non. I’d rather pay the price & get the service I pay

    @EE Hi, my contract ends at the end of March, and the upgrades with EE are more expensive than changing to a new provider, do I have to wait until my contract ends to cancel this, and do I have to give 30 days notice? Thanks

    @nidriks1 @EE Yep I agree , @ee are just ripping people off . To be fair to Virgin and Sky I have had contact with both and they reduced their demands after complaining. Anyone thinking of joining EE should really think twice about it . Very poor customer service

    @EE been a customer for 15 years, never missed a payment. No longer get an EE signal on my mobile devices at home. Spoke today to customer services were exceptionally unhelpful. @itvMLshow found out I had signed for a 24 month contract, when I specifically asked for a 12 months.

    Honestly third time that Ricos phones broke and he doesn't do anything to it..it just goes black and calls emergency services they've apparently fixed it twice..and he's only had it since Christmas day..but they've had it more then me..@EE are the absolute worst !!!
