@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE I’ve been an EE customer for years but had a couple of really poor experiences recently which is making me think of switching, and customer service on the phone have been very rude and unhelpful. Is there any way to speak to somebody more senior and hopefully more reasonable?

@EE That's all I've been doing, the light keeps flashing orange, switch it off, wait, back on and the same issue, then just leave it and it may come back on randomly after an hour or so, how do we go about getting a replacement, I'll be honest if it's not fixed we will have to leave

@EE Hi Jamie, the code is sent directly from EE (I have the text) so no issue with the code. I go to add it in during the checkout process for the upgrade, then it states its not eligible. I've tried multiple different deals and it doesn't work on any of them

@EE Untrustworthy service, various members of staff have scammed my elderly mother in the Richmond shop. She was signed up for a tablet she thought was free, for an unnecessary 12 mth SIM which she never received, and one pocketed her cash. Stay out of that shop. AVOID.

@cupofquokka @EE That’s really bad! My ex applied for O2 and one of the interview questions was would he try and get an elderly lady to buy a phone that might not be right for them and because he said he wouldn’t do that he didn’t get the job! Not all are like that thankfully
