@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE It’s been off for over an hour now. All the lights on the router are green apart from the internet one. I’ve seen some other people from my area having the same problem. This isn’t right,we’re paying every month and we’re expecting good service. Any idea when it’s gonna be back?
