    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    @EE For now good with signal. When I port from other network I was told I would get Indian minutes, but I didn’t get any Indian minutes. Despite many times I face signal issues and e-sim issues I still retain with ee. I humbly request you to provide Indian minutes as promised.

    @EE Went into your Yeovil store with the idea of upgrading. However the staff were rude, unhelpful and were happy use bad language. I wont be upgrading my 6 lines when theyre due and will be going elsewhere.

    @EE I work for BT and still nobody from the ee department has contacted me about an issue I've got trying to upgrade....I've gave in now after 4 phone calls, seems nobody knows what they're doing.

    @EE @ohsebsebseb EE help admitted to me couple weeks ago that there is known problem with Pixel 6/Pro which can get stuck on 5G with no data & no auto-switch from 5G to 4G. I'm still waiting as to when will be fixed, or a replacement mobile (Samsung!) as paying for 5G contract that doesn't work!

    Order a new iPhone 14 Pro from @EE and get a message saying 'THANKS. PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR ORDER' (charming right?). Call up their support line as instructed and have been stuck on hold for 45 minutes and counting.... @EE is this really deemed as good customer service?

    My poor Mum had the most horrendous customer service from @EE yesterday. Agent who didn't give a ff and was too busy dealing with her dog, which is called Roo BTW.
