@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE. Latest update is that reporting no service in Sheffield to @EE, my complaint cannot be processed as I have failed the security check. Ironically because EE could not send the security pin to my phone as there is NO COVERAGE! @Ofcom
