    @EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE I got an iPhone 14 today and it can’t connect to the EE network, I’ve tried removing my SIM and reinserting it, tried restarting the phone and turning mobile data off and on again but it won’t work…HELP

    @O2 terrible service from O2 over the last week. Been a customer for 18 years but the service I’ve received from Ningreipam a complaint manager. 3 times today after spending hours on chat ended the message without resolving the issue, incredibly rude. @EE fancy a new customer?

    When I went to renew my @EE contract a month ago, they also "upgraded" my broadband. And every day since then, with sickening regularity, the bloody Hub just randomly reboots itself. I'm wondering what I'm paying the few quid extra for - 'cos it's clearly NOT good service!

    @EE Been trying to get help all day. Nobody in call centre answering the phone, no answer on social media. Very poor customer service. Being busy is no excuse for not being able to get hold of you all day. Even online chat would do but you don't even do that anymore it appears.

    @MarcAllera @EE Anyone have a postal address for @MarcAllera so I can send him my complaint? It seems their main avoidance tool these days is not giving out contact details. Else they would recieve thousands of complaints.

    @EE I'm panicking about this as I can't afford to pay the money & it's really stressing me out as @RoyalMail have been no help 😢 yes the return is part of an anytime upgrade I did. I sent it back straight away, I have my ref no. Can you check if it's arrived at all please ?
