@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE I am in Germany. PAYG does NOT WORK when leaving the UK. The App doesnt as i cant login without a passcode which is sent to the number that is no longer accessible because I am outside of the UK. I cant call 150 as it does not work with PAYG. I CAN'T call other number. No PHONE!

@EE Hi. Just tried to phone my Dad and it went straight to answerphone. I messaged him instead through Facebook and he tried to call me but he’s getting a “no cellular network” message. Postcode is SK6 - are there any issues?

@EE Just crying in frustration at having to input a stupid uppercase lowercase digit password for the thousandth time to watch any channel after changing to your TV package. Not to mention U can’t connect to Wifi on desktop. Zero help. Wtaf? We’re not all tech savvy. I’m 66 ffs.

@EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store
