@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

  • MattFrost216 Matthew Frost (@MattFrost216) reported from Claydon, England

@EE Hi EE - you’ve locked me out of my online account after a password reset! Please help!!!

  • MattKiddle Matt kiddle (@MattKiddle) reported from Colchester, England

@EE your social media team are great, upgrade department however don’t want Support customers. Really disappointing. 👎

  • MattKiddle Matt kiddle (@MattKiddle) reported from Colchester, England

@EE being offered a deal in one of your stores which now you won’t honour as the stores are closed is awful. Long time customer being completely dis-valued. Thanks 👍

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported from Ipswich District, England

@IAmTomGardiner @EE This is terrible how EE can treat customers so badly

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ls_1983 Lee Stewart (@ls_1983) reported

@EE After 23 hours I would hope so, surely also a redundant question when you state you’ve fixed an issue already.

  • Andywalker1985 Andrew (@Andywalker1985) reported

@EE It started working again after a couple of hours. My partners phone is also on ee and she had the same problem so must of been the local mast

  • dawg_cookie CookieDawg (@dawg_cookie) reported

@EE @MeganLDN There are thousands of tweets of people saying they have had issues the last few days. It is so frustrating to read "we aren't aware of any outages" hundreds of times. You are going to loose lots of customers and look bloody stupid doing it.

  • dawg_cookie CookieDawg (@dawg_cookie) reported

@EE how can you write "we are not aware of any outages" hundreds of times and still not be aware of any outages. So frustrating to read as a customer. Both mobile and broadband have been almost non existent since Sunday.

  • dawg_cookie CookieDawg (@dawg_cookie) reported

@EE something is wrong your end, probably DNS servers. Playing dumb and blaming the social media sites being down, is incredibly frustrating to read as a paying customer for both Broadband and mobile data. Terrible strategy I'll find someone new thanks 👋

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Dunstable, England

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

  • MJamesonOhYes Matth-oOoOo 👻 Jameson (@MJamesonOhYes) reported

Not sure but I THINK the @EE phone support guy just slipped in a 'love you' as he signed off

  • kitty_la_la KittyOohLaLa (@kitty_la_la) reported

@EE The service problem in my area that was going to take 16hrs to fix….is now at 6 days and counting. Any danger of me being able to make a call that doesn’t involve me shouting “hello, can you hear me” 10 times?!!

  • beehivetruth beehiveartsstudio (@beehivetruth) reported

@EE interested to know what is Arcadyan Router and why it appears instead of EE router and why technical team did not provide a professional service.

  • Izziewizzy Denise 🦄💖🍰 (@Izziewizzy) reported

If #EE are the UK’s best network and can shave a man up the top of a remote mountain (tv advert), how is it that I get absolutely no signal whatsoever when I visit friends in North Norfolk -one of flattest parts of the UK…?!? 🤔 @EE
