I like the fact Giff Gaff are little guys and other customers solve your problems on the message board. No more being on hold to customer service!

Left messages with more than 3 people, been to the shop 3 times, once for 40 mins and still nobody can replace my phone for 7 days. I am actually due an upgrade & have been an @EE customer for many years... HOW?
