@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE I spoke with a customer service agent recently about the issues I was having compared to the price I am paying. They said my contract would be reduced on the phone and I'd get a new router. Instead, I got an increase in price letter with the new router. Laughable.

@ChrissyChrissy @EE My contract ended December and they have still charged me.When I rang they said because I didn't ring them up and tell them to stop it the contract just continues! Also had threats on bailiffs if I don't pay, awful company and will be telling many people not to go with them.

Buzzing that we’re through winter & the heating is off til October - oh hang on my @OctopusEnergy monthly energy bill has just gone up by 77% after a 30% rise 3 months ago by @BulbUK before my account moved. Chuck in @EE taking the absolute piss with 14% for a laugh.
