AL (@ashleighlast) reported from Ipswich District, England@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE Hi I’m fed up of being misadvised and lied to!!. Friday all our internet and mobile services went down. I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasn’t happened!!!
-
They call me Shrugs (@Cooksley) reported@EE paid for a backup incase we lost broadband, now both are down been waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone and your automated service is telling me 2 days to fix. You bunch of clowns
-
Mathew.C.Mara (@tatsuo367) reported@alwaysMadManC87 @EE Tbf its so irritating that most voicemails dont give the option to cancel etc. When I worked on calls sometimes it goes to vm either without you realising or as you're hanging up or leaving notes yourself
-
James Taylor (@Jimtails83) reported@StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!
-
Mark H (@Lordylord) reported@EE your tnt sports activation process is virtually non existent online. Wasted 45mins of my life before resorting to having to wait in queue for telephone support (god knows how much more waiting is needed there)
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Thought you might like an update- the engineer attended and ran his tests - I was told the test indicated I was getting 350 mb download speed - I said that’s not what I’m signed up to I’m signed up to minimum1.3GB - so not even close - The engineer said I have to contact EE they can sort it from their end - I just felt like laughing at him - so I contacted EE and tests were run I even managed to run a speed test myself - and guess what we got an increased speed of 930 mb/s still way short of what I’m supposed to get - and it was agreed that the fault still existed - fast forward to 17:40 this evening and so get a text saying everything should now be ok - great I thought so I turned off the router and restarted it as I was told to do in the text - and wait for it - what a pile of 💩 it’s not fixed in fact I’m now only getting 850 mb/s - so the fault hast been corrected and I’m once again having to pay for a premium service which is worse than the BT service so was advised to change away from - Once again lie after lie after lie - I want this sorting - I want someone more senior to contact me and explain this whole thing through - and tell me the truth - why am I paying for something I’m not getting !!!!
-
