Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE Mum in law’s (93), landline still not working. Trying to get through to a human being at customer services is hopeless. Perhaps an option when you phone should simply be ‘Houston we have a problem’ instead of the current choices.

@EE Not to mention issues with turning off data roaming in the app when travelling and then stinging customers for additional charges ! And then having to spend 3 hours online chatting trying to resolve the issues, and not getting anywhere !

@EE Guess what EE it's STILL bloody down here in central London FFS! and STILL can't connect or get through to 150! so STILL no voice calls in or out can ONLY use mobile data for WhatsApp this is a joke and I'm NOT LAUGHING! WHEN WILL THIS BE SORTED OUT? IT IS ALL GOOD IS A LIE!

@EE Hi EE, I’m in Newcastle (NE2 2TA). My mobile data suddenly stopped working indoors, but works fine outside. Tried on 2 EE phones — same issue. No Wi-Fi at home, so I rely on mobile data. I saw you’re investigating — any update

@EE still can’t make or receive calls, can’t even dial 999 what a ******* joke, imagine needing emergency services but can’t dial out, sick of this ****, I’m not paying my bill this month and switching to another provider.

@bbcnews my @EE phone is not working for the 3rd day in a row now - why are you not continuing to report on this? Thousands of people cannot make or receive calls on their phones - this is affecting BT, Vodafone and others too.
