@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@kaykay_okay_ @EE Been in exactly the same situation for over 2 years was told it was my phones they needed an upgrade, then it was the router dropping WiFi calls and still no proper service ombudsman can't do anything either because I'd upgraded knowing there was an issue

@EE Hi. I've been calling one of your stores relentlessly as I need to find out if they have a part in stock for a same day repair but they never pick up. Is there anyway to find out other than driving over/paying parking etc only to find out they don't?
