@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

Really disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!

@EE Is there a way I, (not you) can check the actual real time mobile signal strength I receive from EE for calls ,texts.. and also for mobile 4g data, the symbol on my phone says 3 bars yet my iphone xs wont use mobile internet or make calls unless I connect to wifi
