    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Any issues with broadband in the HP13 area? Been on the go slow for the past couple of hours and ping times are double what they usually are. Restarting modem and router have made no difference.

    Have to say bit dissappointed to go in store and be told no stock of the item required @EE although available to order online apparently obviously being a customer for over 20 yrs counts for nothing nowdays so no mobile now for at least a week hopefully no-one needs to contact me

    @EE spent an hour & a half on the phone to resolve an issue, got passed to the wrong people twice, promised a call back, still waiting. Absolute jokes! Also the fella I spoke to was a smarmy tosser!!

    @EE hi, I upgraded my phone yesterday and received a confirmation email but it doesn’t have a tracking or order reference number and I haven’t heard anything about delivery (it just says estimated delivery day 30/12) can you help?
