@dwoodley1990 @EE Currently experiencing the same issue! Landed in Canada today and have had no service, despite having the roam abroad add on. Think it’s related to the network wide outage. Not impressed at all! Especially as they have now logged off for the night without fixing it.

@EE Even Kevin Bacon would be smashing his phone up against a wall and calling EE obscenities by now. I bet he'll switch networks now he can't even send a text. Where are the updates promised too? Get a grip EE. Customer service?

@EE My signal has been really bad for a month!!! I’ve contacted about it and they were Ment to phone me back and still no response, got told to reset my phone to beginning and nothing is different with my signal! - thankfully everything is backed up!!!

@EE had a terrible day today. No internet, interrupted phone call service and text service. Nowadays we rely on phones and internet too much. Could not do anything. What a waste of day.
