I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Can you please cancel & refund the roaming pass that isn’t working and ensure I’m not charged for any roaming usage upto now.

𝑀𝒾𝓈𝓈 N (@licclemissN) reported@EE Hi, it is still very intermittent. Even though I have a 5g phone we don't have 5g yet at home so it jumps back to 4g which is what the issue is, I've no signal with 4g at all I'm getting ! next to the signal icon. It's happening to other peoples too?
