@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE Tested again via mobile app. Plan is £72 but is down to £62 due to price cut. If I select offer and go to the basket. It shoots back upto £72 again. I believe it does this as I have family and friends discount added to my account?

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

@neil_neilzone @andrewjskatz @EE Ah, how I wish I had your useful advice when Virgin Business did the same thing to me! They disconnect the phone service as soon as any direct debit fails. No prizes for guessing the only way they’ll accept payment to clear it up…

Gotta love @EE network been down for days the last three months straight. Due to essential maintenance work in my area. Why am I paying 50 pound a month for this. Where's the discounts for the constant downtime every month ? Sort it out , it's ****

@EE is there a way to contact the head of customer service in Darlo? The guy I spoke to yesterday and today, to get a new pixel 🙌 was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I'd like to pop a little email to management to let them know, is this possible?
