@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Sad when you have to call your service provider of over 10 years @EE to upgrade your phone after much thought and deliberation. And then you get a rude and abrasive person with little or no patience. We've all suffered in this pandemic. Been thinking about @VodafoneUK switch too!

Hey @EE Would be keen to hear what you are actively doing to clamp down on Robocalls. Not platitudes, or apologies,but real, tangible action. If you can’t control it, makes me question the need for the landline I pay you for.

After more than 10 years being on @EE I finally switched off after being told "With the quality of network we provide it is hard for us to match deals with other providers" -- Like bruh wdym quality, your site was down half the time😭
