    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @Dene2018165 @EE From my experience they are all as bad as each other. Virgin media might be better if you can get it in your area. We’ve got 900mbps fibre with EE and it’s never anywhere near. Also the WiFi output on EE and sky routers just seem to have a cliff edge on their WiFi signal.

    @EE Sorry this hasnt worked and i believe i have veen contacted by someone claiming to be from EE pressuring me to download an app so you caj provide me with compensation! Please therefore let me know how i can get in touch directly with you to resolve this issue without a phone!

    @EE worst line ever u lot are dumb cos iv been telling yous for ages the line is ducking out i cant even go on me phone the tv stream is ducking out when i get a whatsapp its sooo **** sort it please sick of this me u need to pay doe back service is terrible

    @EE Hi I did call they managed to help me reset my network settings and so far it’s been okay. It’s been one hour so hopefully it stays fine thanks.

    Been bounced around by @EE for weeks – moved from eSIM to physical SIM and still having issues. Longstanding customer and getting nowhere with support. This is beyond frustrating. Can someone actually take ownership and fix this? #EE #CustomerService

    I’ve never owned kit that’s as glitchy as @EE ‘s Broadband drops. Booster falls off all the time. TV remote decides not to work. Just really unreliable. Wish I’d not switched.

    Truly dreadful customer service from @EE Sheffield The Moor. Been a customer since 1999 (when it was One-2-One). No more! Clearly EE don’t care about customer loyalty. I will take my money elsewhere. #EpicFail #Disgrace
