@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Covid has become the be word excuse for bad customer service. There is no excuse for bad service from a tech company - everyone can and is working from home. It’s not like it’s a cafe.

@mouthwaite @EE I have had the odd issue with EE and I ask them them that is Covid the new network as it’s mentioned that much in the news it may as well become a network

@mouthwaite @EE I have left recently EE after 12 years customer service turned désastres, the UK is the only place ton the world where we don’t value customers retention Shame / ps: @EE signal is not the best either

@mouthwaite @EE Tamsin, I know how frustrating these networks are. I've been with Vodafone fir 15 years and their customer service is awful. I think a lot of customer services are at a very poor standard. You have to complain so much to get anywhere and your on the phone for hours and hours 😠

@mouthwaite @EE Regardless of their customer service, there are global shortages and delays on all things technology. 7 days is lucky, a lot of people are waiting much longer so a bit of patience is needed 👍🏻
