Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@TheMattPrime @EE I transfered from ee to another company and my pac transfer didnt complete at all. Didn't know for months as I aas using data fine but rarely use calls. There must be an issue with number porting going on.
