@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@JTaylor69 @EE @UbigiOfficial there is an (additional) technical limitation - it's related to permissions issues on the app side, because EE require EAP-AKA authed against the SIM and the permissions it gets on stock don't allow it. It's possible to work around this on a rooted device but ugh, it's a pain.
