Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

Ee wifi, @EE is a complete sham. They got £10 out of with the promise of a BT WiFi service. The signal, though full...cuts out every 5 minutes on all devices. How did the BT and ee wifi merge without Mp intervention? Ee is mobile data provider, they'll give you bad broadband

@vdsmdbk2wt @EE I wouldnt recommend EE to a dog!The service is disgraceful, the customer service is awful,purchased a sim only with the choice to upgrade after 3 months to a phone contract. Only to be told no it’s 6 months,the shop guaranteed me 3 months.Not one of them with take accountability

@EE Awful service. Left EE due to poor coverage and excessive charges. 3 complaints raised and still no resolution just threatening letters. Never had this with 02, Three or Vodafone
