    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    @EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

    @EE sort your network out in Brentwood, it’s ridiculous, this has been going on for 2 years now & there’s still no resolution, my contract is nearly £100 per month & I can’t even use my phone for the simplest of functions to make & receive calls. This is effecting my business 🤬

    @EE EE you continued to charge me the same bill after my phone was paid off and I had to ring you FIVE times to get it resolved. Then recently I was charged £24 for a data add on offered to me at £10. I had to ring twice about that. Your customer service reps were extremely rude.
