Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

I can’t get to the website. Password not recognised. Can’t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.
