Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

@EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

@EE Your service is Terrible! My data on my contract never works and your customer service is even worse! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use your network! Shocking. PS I will be moving networks asap
