    @EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I donโ€™t understand why this is so difficult.

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted ๐Ÿfrom one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? Itโ€™s really worrying her.

    @rsgnl Yep. Anyone with a cellular Apple Watch will know the pain of changing watches. Despite being old they support them Iโ€™m still struggling to find out how to get one online from @EE

    @BritishTelecom Can you explain why new customer @EE broadband rates are not available to existing BT customers. I thought that sort of sharp practice had been banned. @MartinSLewis

    @EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in ยฃ50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

    @EE your customer service needs more staff for 3 days been trying to contact you, as have returned Samsung s21 fe and samsung tablet which was an upgrade. gone back to my iphone 11, but want to upgrade to iphone 13, please call me 07789644059.
