@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE Hey EE, you kicked off in 2010 – that’s 15 years, longer than my patience! Why can’t I get a decent signal on the train into London? I zoom past Wembley Stadium (your sponsored spot with blazing 5G), Full bars of “rubbish” (5G), Spotify stalls, radio cuts out, and web browsing Forget it! – slower than a train when they’re not on strike.
