@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

@EE just been waiting to get through to someone for 25 minutes to get PAC code, got through eventually just to have your agent hang up on me after couple of minutes. Can't get PAC online/SMS, only way is to call, waste of my morning so far 🤬

@EE can't gift data to a number in my plan when they run out of data. Had the exact same issue back in 2017. Surprised it's still a thing. Not to worry, plan refreshes tomorrow though, just think it should be looked into though.
