@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE How does a 10% increase help protect customers with financial hardship, it makes it harder!?!🤔 @Ofcom rules says we can leave without penalty if any increase is over the RPI rate, which is 7.4%, can you confirm @EE adheres to this?
