  • adamd72
Adam Davies (@adamd72) reported from Southampton, England

@EE You said that last time. Still crap. No engineer as promised. No apology. I want a refund for the pain you’ve put me through the last 3/4 months. I’ve paid you in good faith and you’ve failed to deliver. I won’t DM as you request as I want everyone else to see how awful you are.

  • adamd72
Adam Davies (@adamd72) reported from Fawley, England

@EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!

  • Vdweller
Vivienne 🖤🐟🏠 Wear A Mask (@Vdweller) reported from Southampton, England

@EE @RitaOra Get this awful woman off Twitter. She should hang her head in shame after her recent behaviour. Not gyrating around in my timeline. Arrogant and offensive.

  • olafhorne
Olaf Horne (@olafhorne) reported from Portsmouth, England

@EE why has my broadband speed dropped again! Already had 2 engineers out to fix the issue but it’s still terrible! Why am I paying for fibre when I can barely get 10mbps

  • stevesheridan
Steve Sheridan (@stevesheridan) reported from Ryde, England

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

  • LiamGTheatre
Liam (@LiamGTheatre) reported from Southampton, England

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

  • Chaplin_Barry31
Barry Chaplin Fisher (@Chaplin_Barry31) reported from Southampton, England

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

  • LaurenCawte1706
Lauren Cawte (@LaurenCawte1706) reported from Hill Head, England

  • DaveSwateridge
Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

@chrissnelling @EE I know. They obviously know about it because I kept on at them. I think they just can’t be arsed to fix it to be honest. So I’m glad I left O2. 😊

    Paul Welham (@pwel11) reported

Hey @EE when we're on interminable hold to get some customer service, it's really annoying getting told by some recording every 30 seconds how busy you are. Just once will do.

  • M1X3Dniall
    Niall McDonagh (@M1X3Dniall) reported

@EE You are selling a service , why does Joe bloggs get the exact same service for £17 a month cheaper ? I have been with EE a long time if it was a couple of pounds wouldn't really mind , but 17 quid is a joke yous are milking loyal customers who are trapped #UK'snumber1swindlers

  • TMGould2
    Tom Gould (@TMGould2) reported

@EE I’m really confused where EE’s broadband fits in, I’m in the process of being on-boarded on 900mb full fibre after leaving BT, I’ve been into a few EE retail shops, some are pushing EE fibre, and some are pushing BT, BTCS are trash talking the EE router as inferior. Help!

  • freedfromthest1
    freedfromthestyyeah (@freedfromthest1) reported

@soyoprincess @EE Oh, hang on - I think you have to top up £10 a month to get the data and rollover so I suppose it's a sort of quasi-contract.

  • MartynJohnston
The Real MartynJohnston 🦡 (@MartynJohnston) reported

@EE The service (both technical and support) from EE is excellent.

  • GoonerMU
    . (@GoonerMU) reported

@MartynJohnston @EE It's crazy how people get ripped off by mobile contracts. If you can't buy without a contract, you should revaluate your spending. For a mid range, you end up spending 24*31+50=£794. You can buy for £239 if you return any crappy/broken phone from Samsung. Leaves you with a 4gb

  • J0K3R_GaNg
    WhySoSerious!? (@J0K3R_GaNg) reported

@EE hey folks, my ee app has notified me I am able to book in for my annual MOT and service, having never booked one can I ask if these include screen issues?

  • ashforth_emma

@EE Would sign up to EE if the signal from you was stronger.

  • ashforth_emma
    Emm Ashforth (@ashforth_emma) reported

@EE Thank you for your reply, but I only get one bar for my phone signal where I live rather than the 3 bars I get currently with 02.

  • lisnagowan
    soprano20 (@lisnagowan) reported

@ee why is the coverage in Tyrone area so poor. Last 15 years seems worse. Had enough, will try another network
