Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE 😤 when you work your fantastic But.... Two days no signal it's becoming too frequent. The issue is that people on Vodafone or O2 are on the same tower but working fine. You wanna look into it, it's DL1 1TT I'll save you the hassle your technicians are looking into it!

@EE No, it's a business line, that I've had for ages, don't want to cancel anything. Just want to transfer the eSIM to the physical SIM that I have. I'm told it's not possible on the phone
