  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇲🇦🇬🇧 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

Given that virgin mobile use @EE's network and tesco use @O2's, it's not really fair to compare them to the other 4 for coverage #Watchdog @BBCWatchdog

@EE Hi Andy, existing customer here was looking to upgrade

  • keiranotooleUK Keiran O'Toole (@keiranotooleUK) reported from Newport, England

  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

@chrissnelling @EE I know. They obviously know about it because I kept on at them. I think they just can’t be arsed to fix it to be honest. So I’m glad I left O2. 😊

  • Tutts558 Mike T (@Tutts558) reported from Fareham, England

  • stevesheridan Steve Sheridan (@stevesheridan) reported from Ryde, England

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

  • Vdweller Vivienne 🖤🐟🏠 Wear A Mask (@Vdweller) reported from Southampton, England

@EE @RitaOra Get this awful woman off Twitter. She should hang her head in shame after her recent behaviour. Not gyrating around in my timeline. Arrogant and offensive.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Redrog76Part2 Rog (@Redrog76Part2) reported

@allicat249 @stevie89940908 @EE I don't rate Southgate never have never will. They played all their games at home bar one and had an easy route to the final. They drew with the worst team on the way to the final. Southgate bottled it and went too defensive and when Italy got on top he needed changes quicker.

  • sjdon16 Samuel Reardon (@sjdon16) reported

@EE Rashford didn't though he did a stupid run up what hardly ever works

  • stuart_pearce Stuart Pearce (@stuart_pearce) reported

@jaysupershag @EE Better off buying from a third party retailer much cheaper. EE certainly isn't the cheapest network though.

  • Rocester9 Josh (@Rocester9) reported

@Danger__Dean @EE Ignorance is your issue not mine

  • Lucky_Luxy Spencer (@Lucky_Luxy) reported

@ladyywatermelon @EE @VodafoneUK No worries. I think there is 2 Virgin networks on the tube. One is called Virgin Media, not sure if you need to be a Virgin Media customer or not to use it, but the other is just called Virgin WiFi. I’m sure all you need to do is register. My phone just automatically connects.

  • Dinalli Dinalli_mclaren (@Dinalli) reported

@EE help please, I took out a new sim plan on Saturday, I was told my number would be transferred over on Monday but nothing has happened. Can you help?
