DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

Been without data since last Thursday !
