    No @EE phone signal at PO4 9-- for over 3 weeks. We've been emailed and told its fixed but it isn't. Can we have a proper update or estimate when the signal will be restored.

    @EE why has my broadband speed dropped again! Already had 2 engineers out to fix the issue but it’s still terrible! Why am I paying for fibre when I can barely get 10mbps

    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    @SkyUK why won’t your broadband let me on @Facebook @Twitter etc. Next doors @TalkTalk and my @EE 4g is fine. Maybe I’ll cancel and switch. Not happy.

    @EE Hi I was sorting a problem out on here yesterday about not being able to gift data to my phone and iPad and was having another department contact me about the issue , no one contacted me . Been without data since last Thursday !

    @chrissnelling @EE I know. They obviously know about it because I kept on at them. I think they just can’t be arsed to fix it to be honest. So I’m glad I left O2. 😊

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!

    @EE After speaking to her again she said she never actually downloaded anything. She had a text from you saying her phone needed to be restarted to apply an update. Which she did and this is now on the screen. You can't switch the phone off or reset it. Its completely stuck

    @EE @Samsung My @Samsung phone intermittently shows "no network connection" across the screen. Despite connections being fine and it takes minutes to disappear. I've reported this, 6+ months ago - two updates since - no fix.

    @EE Turned out that WH Smiths in Bude are selling EE PAYG Sims that have cancelled numbers and wouldn’t register on the network!!! They gave me two more, one was the same (£10 deal), another on a different deal (£15 top up) was OK

    @EE Had no decent mobile signal in Farnborough since friday. Website says will be fixed in 16 hours. Its been like that over 24 hours. I even upraded thinking it was a fault with my phone buts its the same issue on both. Gen thinking of taking phone back and switching providers.

    @EE Ever since i got switched to pay-as-you-go all incoming calls appear as ‘Unknown’ caller. Need the issue resorted ASAP. Cheers.

    @EE not had 4g or 5g and been having calling issues since friday in Farnborough. Thinking it was my old phone I finally upgraded but still having issues. I trust I will be compensated? Or shall I take my phone back and switch providers?
