@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

Excellent day of customer service today. Workforce in the road cut off our phone and internet this morning. Within an hour @EE (our mobile and broadband provider) had boosted my data by 50GB so we could keep working from home and within 6hrs @OpenreachHelp had fixed the fault.

@EE why are you selling your 4gee routers when they are known not to work. Have wasted four hrs trying to sort only to be told it’s a known problem and no point being sent a new one. This was sold as super speedy and great for home working!! MUSS SELLING???

@EE After looking around online, I've seen that EE are the only provider that lock their routers down this way. You're stuck without the ability to set a VPN, are stuck on rubbish NAT types and can only use IPv6. Honestly, had I know this I wouldn't have taken the service from EE.
