  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

  • Angelstars michelle Angell (@Angelstars) reported from Ventnor, England

@EE Last three mornings no service in my area. Have missed very important calls! Every day your network checker says engineers are working on it. And today yet again no service. PO38 area. How much longer? Not happy paying for no service.

@LydiaEmillen @EE Awful Lydia, I feel sorry for you re the broadband, particulary when it’s so vital now 🥴

  • stevesheridan Steve Sheridan (@stevesheridan) reported from Ryde, England

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

  • BradSaundersPfc Bradley Saunders (@BradSaundersPfc) reported from Portsmouth, England

Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@EE you should train your staff to end the call, before they start *************** out of your customers ... you ignorant, rude bunch of *****

  • shgl1 shawood (@shgl1) reported

@EE the worst company I’ve ever come across failed to deliver my phone 5 times now refusing to refund me bc they haven’t had the phone back

  • stuartjbull Stuart Bull (@stuartjbull) reported

@rab1dkorndogg @EE FTC is fibre to cabinet. I think this is advertising FTTP fibre to premises. Pointless advertisement either way. Its only in selected areas and saying its coming is a let down in Most areas they are probably 2 years away. The one person i know who has it says its amazing though.

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@eddystephenson1 @EE Yep I've had the same issues previously

  • Pubgrundy Pubgrundy (@Pubgrundy) reported

@EE can you please help me. I pre-ordered a Pixel 6 Pro in-store and picked it up on release day. The receipt given clearly states it is a preorder, but @Google are refusing my Bose headphone claim as the date on the receipt is the release date

  • Gingerlord20 Ginger lord (@Gingerlord20) reported

@EE signal in LN12 area is on/off poor this morning

  • _AndroidAsh 🄰🅂🄷 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@_AndroidAsh) reported

@EE Can't get it where I live, can't get any fixed broadband services from a "third party ". Our one and only fibre choice is fast and reliable, but it's damn expensive! 😑

  • IAM_Sharon_ ❤️Sharon_H🏳️‍🌈🌈 ❤️ (@IAM_Sharon_) reported

@NB_Aecern @EE I did have a text to say that they had updated network settings. Maybe that’s why you are having issues

  • SocialTechHD 𝓢𝓸𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓮𝓬𝓱𝓱𝓭💙🧡 (@SocialTechHD) reported

@rab1dkorndogg @stuartjbull @EE I live in a town and had full fibre for years and that's incorrect you get your own fibre cable from the ducts and also a allocated speed won't affect anyone else on the same network wouldn't offer it if capacity wasn't there it's so much different to FTC which does affect speeds

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@EE Gigabit speeds...haha...only if you're sat on the signal tower...
