Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@EE after praising you for customer service you have charged me £6.59 for a customer service call!! So according to money saving expert I can claim this back through small claims court if you want it to go that far!! It’s a small amount but it’s the fact of the matter!!
