    @EE why has my broadband speed dropped again! Already had 2 engineers out to fix the issue but it’s still terrible! Why am I paying for fibre when I can barely get 10mbps

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE Last three mornings no service in my area. Have missed very important calls! Every day your network checker says engineers are working on it. And today yet again no service. PO38 area. How much longer? Not happy paying for no service.

    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

    @EE Hi Mark. Currently I have no provider as I can’t sign up to a contract that can only guarantee around 6Mbs download speed. Moved in two months ago but @OpenreachHelp don’t seem to want to help if I don’t have a provider.

    That definitely shows the kind of support @ee really provides. What was hilarious is that the free calls that EE provided on Ukrainian sims weren’t really free. One had to have enough money to call on a Ukrainian number and then one could claim the money back…

    @bt_uk 3 year warranty only 12 months old and bt answer was well you will have to cancel @ee broadband come with us and pay extra again gor whole home wifi, im going to #tradingstandards

    So @EE told me they will call me due to sending me a SIM card that didn’t work and will compensate me the guy called me didn’t compensate me or even mention it just asked me if I got my replacement sim and that’s it it’s unbelievable how Iv been treated as a new customer

    I don’t know if this thread will get @ee’s attention and whether something will be done regarding this. But I just want to highlight this problem, and point out that they do need to work on customer orientation. This is the key to a successful business.
