@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@SkyUK why won’t your broadband let me on @Facebook @Twitter etc. Next doors @TalkTalk and my @EE 4g is fine. Maybe I’ll cancel and switch. Not happy.

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@bt_uk Was with @BT #BT via EE @EE - The merger/buyout has been kept quiet/on the down-low. Joining with BT was supposed to improve EE broadband+ but actually made it worse. EE bought Orange then closed down local Orange mast making half my home blackspot. We have now left EE/BT.

Not sorry @EE but we have decided we will be cancelling our plan and moving to fibre with another company for half the price. I have never EVER had 30mbps of upload in our entire contract. Bye.

@EE care to explain why your signal is so awful and is now costing me business and unable to make calls whilst your staff do nothing to remedial the issue ?
