  • Vdweller Vivienne 🖤🐟🏠 Wear A Mask (@Vdweller) reported from Southampton, England

@EE @RitaOra Get this awful woman off Twitter. She should hang her head in shame after her recent behaviour. Not gyrating around in my timeline. Arrogant and offensive.

  • thatcedric The Curse of Cedric at The Capitol V (@thatcedric) reported from Portsmouth, England

No @EE phone signal at PO4 9-- for over 3 weeks. We've been emailed and told its fixed but it isn't. Can we have a proper update or estimate when the signal will be restored.

  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

@chrissnelling @EE I know. They obviously know about it because I kept on at them. I think they just can’t be arsed to fix it to be honest. So I’m glad I left O2. 😊

  • keiranotooleUK Keiran O'Toole (@keiranotooleUK) reported from Newport, England

@SkyUK why won’t your broadband let me on @Facebook @Twitter etc. Next doors @TalkTalk and my @EE 4g is fine. Maybe I’ll cancel and switch. Not happy.

  • GavinReeman Gavin Reeman (@GavinReeman) reported from Southampton, England

@EE hi, I’m having real problems contacting you regarding my elderly mother’s landline account. Is there anyone that can get back to me?

  • Tutts558 Mike T (@Tutts558) reported from Fareham, England

@EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

  • BesantDavid David Spencer-Besant (@BesantDavid) reported from Waterlooville, England

@EE Hi I was sorting a problem out on here yesterday about not being able to gift data to my phone and iPad and was having another department contact me about the issue , no one contacted me . Been without data since last Thursday !

  • stevesheridan Steve Sheridan (@stevesheridan) reported from Ryde, England

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

@EE It’s ok, I’ve seen a few other people have had the same issues, but I’ve sorted it and made an account.

  • Chaplin_Barry31 Barry Chaplin Fisher (@Chaplin_Barry31) reported from Southampton, England

    @EE help please

  • MatthewKing35 Matthew King (@MatthewKing35) reported from Southampton, England

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

  • ClandyDayz ClandyDayz (@ClandyDayz) reported from Totton and Eling, England

@EE This doesnt really help now you have stitched me up. The one minute calls were to an automated service and i was cut off after. This isnt good enough, i could have flown there cheaper. Its 2019, i would have expected these charges in 1990

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇲🇦🇬🇧 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

Given that virgin mobile use @EE's network and tesco use @O2's, it's not really fair to compare them to the other 4 for coverage #Watchdog @BBCWatchdog

  • Robbiec1983 Robert Cox (@Robbiec1983) reported from Portsmouth, England

@EE why is the 4G internet so slow!! Been like it since yesterday here in portsmouth.

  • olafhorne Olaf Horne (@olafhorne) reported from Portsmouth, England

@EE why has my broadband speed dropped again! Already had 2 engineers out to fix the issue but it’s still terrible! Why am I paying for fibre when I can barely get 10mbps

  • BeckieLBrown Beckie Brown (@BeckieLBrown) reported from Northwood, England

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

  • DonnaJonesPCC Donna Jones (@DonnaJonesPCC) reported from Portsmouth, England

@LydiaEmillen @EE Awful Lydia, I feel sorry for you re the broadband, particulary when it’s so vital now 🥴

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • andy3196 Andy Mackie (@andy3196) reported

@EE That may have been just until the economic situation improves as I have been a contented customer for over 15 years but these problems mean I probably won't be back.

  • witnessconner conner // 41 (@witnessconner) reported

@EE my data keeps playing up can you fix it

  • JamesH4ll James Hall (@JamesH4ll) reported

@EE You call customer service and they just robotically state " you signed a contract agreement as saying we can up the price this, "nothing we can do about it" nowhere in that agreement did it say, you would increase my bill by 14% 2weeks after owning the phone.

  • andy3196 Andy Mackie (@andy3196) reported

@EE When I logged in last Friday I wasn't sure whether I was leaving, or advising EE of my recent change of address, but the website was so unstable I was pushed into leaving.

  • RKM_121 Raj. (@RKM_121) reported

@EE So in the space of 3-4 months CPI has gone up by over 14%? Are staff discounts on contracts not taken in to account with price increases? If the CPI goes down in future then, will our bills go down too?

  • Plasticcpaddy Paddy Joseph (@Plasticcpaddy) reported

**** right off @EE with your 14% price increase! Wankers

  • mattcowburn1 M. J. C (@mattcowburn1) reported

So anyone got any decent mobile network recommendations as @EE are seemingly taking the mick with £100 a month... Shambolic.

  • iamTongueNCheek Rishi C (@iamTongueNCheek) reported

@soxthewavingcat @EE It won't cost you anything. Best practice is to have logged a complaint with EE first and have noted down the dates you've spoken to them and the lack of action on their part. They should also state their complaints process clearly on their website.

  • BadBatchYNWA BadBatchYNWA (@BadBatchYNWA) reported

@TruckerBaron @EE This ‘up front’ garbage they keep spouting will just encourage customers to leave even more! Mine is apparently going up 15% ‘in line with inflation!’ #Bullshit

  • SuffolkPaulC Paul Cooper (@SuffolkPaulC) reported

@EE That's a terrible response. I have three numbers with EE. I can accept the increase for those very much mid contract, but one which is only 3 months in..... Please be assured that I will be looking to leave as each contract ends
