    @EE hi,my sim only bill is always £10 so why on earth this month is it £28? Especially after a month of no phone signal Too. And can’t get access to my bill to check it. Thinking of cancelling if this sort of thing happens 😔

    @EE every month when I go to pay my bill on the 7th I get told I owe nothing. Then by the 14th it’s gone up with a charge for being late! It’s not fair at all. Especially as I have no service every morning (I have proof)

    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @OpenreachHelp Yeah it has taken about 8 phonecalls for @EE to actually begin doing this. Been left without a landline for 2 weeks now due to this ongoing circus. Shouldnt need to "beg" for escalation so that service is l the level it should be as standard. Otherwise openreach jst fob them off

    @EE No Iain, I have had to response. My provider uses your network. 2 oit of the 3 masts are now operational. But the service is 50% down still. No update on replacing the decomissioned mast?!

    @EE your customer service advisors are rude and unhelpful (in-store and over the phone) why is it I am waiting for an hour before I even get through to have the likes of Kelly from God knows where tell me she does not know how to do her basic job. Always something with you guys

    .@EE Terrible service at your store #EE. Felt like I was being punished for having bought my #5G sim ONLINE! This is not how #DigitalTransformation works. Train your staff, online or at the store, all customers are same. Now regretting the number porting from @VodafoneUK 😭

    @IvyTenebrae @EE I've had 5G in Junction and Deganwy and even visiting my mum in the middle of Anglesey. It's faster than my home fibre broadband so I hope they're getting around to Llandudno soon. Especially for when all the tourists descend and signal grinds to a halt.

    @OwKxy7 @EE Yeah I’m with 3 for my sim only which isn’t bad at all, but yeah have a look at the option, I reckon you’d get the new phone for about £30 a month and the sim only is only £15 a month

    @EE getting increasingly frustrated with the service we get in our area. We simply cannot make calls indoors at our house. It was fine a few years ago but calls just disconnect constantly these days.
