    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    @EE why has my broadband speed dropped again! Already had 2 engineers out to fix the issue but it’s still terrible! Why am I paying for fibre when I can barely get 10mbps

    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE This doesnt really help now you have stitched me up. The one minute calls were to an automated service and i was cut off after. This isnt good enough, i could have flown there cheaper. Its 2019, i would have expected these charges in 1990

    No @EE phone signal at PO4 9-- for over 3 weeks. We've been emailed and told its fixed but it isn't. Can we have a proper update or estimate when the signal will be restored.

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    @EE Hi I was sorting a problem out on here yesterday about not being able to gift data to my phone and iPad and was having another department contact me about the issue , no one contacted me . Been without data since last Thursday !

    Almost 30 years as an @EE (originally Orange!) customer - thought I'd be a lifer until this morning. Ordered upgrade, told 7 days delivery, waited 7 days and had to contact them to discover that delivery time is actually a month. CSA was clearly not bothered either. Yeesh.

    @EE Hi I upgraded recently and had to send my old phone back as part of the anytime upgrade. Its saying it was delivered and signed for a week ago but I've had no confirmation and recently got a txt saying I'm going to be charged £425 because they haven't received the phone,help?

    @EE Can't believe that I placed an order for a new mobile phone on Friday 4th March & was told it would be delivered on Monday 7th Match. It's now a week on & still no phone or even a new delivery date. Customer of yours for 20yrs+ & disgusting customer service 😡
