@EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

@EE I think @ADT_UK are looking into it, (unlikely they’ll take ownership to be honest) either way.. that’s a farce from both of you! Customer services, when most of the call was on hold the max was 4 mins of a 29 min call… and it costs £22.18. Merry Christmas to me eh?!?

@EE @MarcAllera what a sad experience i have had with your customer team today. Your staff shouting and yelling at me making an enquiry about upgrade. Been a customer for 7 years paid 12k in terms of bills. What a horrific day to start with. Disappointed and gutted.

@EE What's wrong with My EE app, it won't let you log in, I've looked on Google play store & everyone is have the same problem, all you say is try reinstalling it but it seems that don't work, you ask people to send a DM, but just explain to everyone on here why it don't on here.

@GooglePlay can you please help me with an account hack and charges to @bladeandsoul, as the charges were classed as entertainment there is no correlation ID to complete the online form. @EE want to charge me £238 which someone in Korea spent!!
