@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

I love @EE and really don’t want to move network but I’ve just been in the EE store in Cardiff and for sim only I’m being offered 10 GB for £20. Went into @skytv and I’m being told 10GB for £10 with rollover data and send data to a friend! How could I not move? :(

@EE Yes , but EE customer service is lacking . Ordered an upgrade with option to trade in the old phone . Received the new phone , but no communication what to do with the old one ! Spent 3 hours trying to figure out what to do before I get charged and still did not get anywhere!

@EE network speeds below 1mbps again in EX32 9--. If you dare to tell me this is a one off again, I'm completely ******* done with you lot. This has been an issue for 6 WEEKS NOW!! I don't know what is going on with you clowns, but it needs to be sorted. This is unacceptable.
