@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

@EE I think @ADT_UK are looking into it, (unlikely they’ll take ownership to be honest) either way.. that’s a farce from both of you! Customer services, when most of the call was on hold the max was 4 mins of a 29 min call… and it costs £22.18. Merry Christmas to me eh?!?

@EE @MarcAllera what a sad experience i have had with your customer team today. Your staff shouting and yelling at me making an enquiry about upgrade. Been a customer for 7 years paid 12k in terms of bills. What a horrific day to start with. Disappointed and gutted.

@GooglePlay can you please help me with an account hack and charges to @bladeandsoul, as the charges were classed as entertainment there is no correlation ID to complete the online form. @EE want to charge me £238 which someone in Korea spent!!
