    Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @EE I never asked for it for £20 I only asked what deals they had so I just walked out after how rude she was. So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

    @EE Mate.. All I want is a service I'm paying for. The woman I spoke to upgraded the fault to a complaint (So it's dealt with as a priority) 3 engineers have said the same thing.. The line is shorting out and needs a refit.. Nobody wants to repair it though.. Sick and tired of it..

    @EE @1ammer They tried to charge me £495 to repair my mobile which had mysterious damage that wasn’t warranty covered warranty, I took it Apple who fixed it without charge! 🤔 #SuspectOrWhat

    @EE I was charged for 37 months for Apple Music wich I did not ask for, did not want, and could not access. I already pay £14.99 per month to Apple for this service. I was refunded 6 months. I will reconsider my upgrade after 13 years as a loyal customer.
