    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    @SkyUK why won’t your broadband let me on @Facebook @Twitter etc. Next doors @TalkTalk and my @EE 4g is fine. Maybe I’ll cancel and switch. Not happy.

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE can you please fix your website! I’ve tried to upgrade my phone now 5 times since last night and wasted my time as when I get to the end it says ‘website under maintenance’. Very annoying!

    @EE (1) Good morning, I’d be a whole lot better not having to chase EE up. I did speak with them. They’ve run diagnostics, router has been restarted and still no service all of last night. So far this morning it’s all working, come this evening I presume I’ll have no service again.

    @AdzWhitcombe @EE It's been down three times this week. Three is also down. Is there just the one mast in the area..if that's down then several operators are down ! @EE doesn't help when BT can only get 2-5mb land line in a brand new street.
