@chrissnelling @EE I know. They obviously know about it because I kept on at them. I think they just can’t be arsed to fix it to be honest. So I’m glad I left O2. 😊

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

Excellent work from @EE today, refused to speak to me because I said my name was Michael, not Mike which didn’t match the account so I was classed as a 3rd party. Impressive way to lose a customer so quickly!

@Jr_the_beard @EE @MartinSLewis Yeah that doesn't surprise me at all. Had nothing but errors from EE since signed up for mobile and broadband. Couple of BT engineers came out and didn't talk favourably about them either. Signal for mobile is really patchy here & when back in North Berwick is non existent.
