    Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

    @EE I never asked for it for £20 I only asked what deals they had so I just walked out after how rude she was. So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

    @EE Yes. The poor service was during the game. It’s the same for every game......4G coverage is Ok’ish but there is just not enough capacity for the match attendance.

    Customer service for @EE is non existent almost now. I can never log into my online account, the text service to check my usage/ upgrade details never works 😔 I’m very sad as I’ve been with them 15 years but can’t wait for my contract to end March 3rd....I’m off to @virginmedia

    @EE I finally did it online. But only on desktop. It won’t work on mobile. I tried two phones and both WiFi and 4G in two networks. There’s definitely an issue with your final payment step. This is using iOS 11 & Safari. Please get it checked.

    @PorscheSauce @EE They are all awfully bad. I would never ever go EE or Vodafone after our work contracts, signal and coverage was soooooo bad. I'm on 3 personally and the vfm is great but, I'm a bit fed up with phone and non UK support

    @PorscheSauce @EE BT Mobile is hard to beat if you have BT broadband, as you get £5 a month discount, and it uses the same network as EE. I get twice the data allowance I pay for too.

    @EE when your in a different part of the UK you would expect the top network to work very well the network was very poor could not send stuff via data may be blackpool is not in the 4g area.

    After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.
