  • stevesheridan Steve Sheridan (@stevesheridan) reported from Ryde, England

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

  • Chaplin_Barry31 Barry Chaplin Fisher (@Chaplin_Barry31) reported from Southampton, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Nicklikesrum NickAP (@Nicklikesrum) reported

@EE @theratcliffe82 That’s the thing though - you’re not investing in the network, you’re asking customers to pay for it instead. 14.4% increase is NOT justifiable at all, it’s sheer profiteering.

  • HendoKp KP Hendo (@HendoKp) reported

@EE Load of bollocks. How much profit did you make last year. Investment but your service is shocking. Getting worse year on year

  • mooney9118 Moo (@mooney9118) reported

@EE what a farce this price increase is, you cant even sort your signal out most places your service is terrible, should be a price deduction. Really hope you lose a load of custom from this. As if people haven’t got enough to pay for. Greedy *******!!!

  • penfoldjack79 David (@penfoldjack79) reported

@EE Not by that much it doesn’t. Nearly 15% for the same service is insane. What you’re saying is a damn generic answer probably briefed to you in preparation for the back lash from the big wigs claiming thousands in bonuses. #greedyEE

  • bignes1080 Ri (@bignes1080) reported

@EE 14.4% + 3.9% on a "fixed" term contract i took out in December, on the premise of "better availability" Can someone let me know if this 14.4% as its not part of the "reasonable" annual increase, can it be used to cancel the contract without fees?

  • Brolipam broli (@Brolipam) reported

@EE Thanks for the copy and paste ! Shame we can’t cancel our contract mid through isn’t it to stop ourselves being ripped off by scamming companies, contract up in September been @EE customer for years won’t be anymore !

  • AlexandraAnneMU Alexandra Fitzgerald (@AlexandraAnneMU) reported

@LimeGreenConslt @EE And @ee if you spout off the same old rubbish as you have on everyone elses rightly outraged posts I will lose my ****. Just disgraceful. I’m tied til November or forced to pay £650 to leave. I’m done.

  • deanmartin15 dean martin. (@deanmartin15) reported

@EE 14.4% price increase, claiming its inflation. Horrible company

  • s8j7s Scott (@s8j7s) reported

@BaldBaggie @EE How convenient you can’t just cancel for free. I’ve not had any comms from Vodafone yet but thankfully my contract only has about 4 months to run.

  • LuminolNights Luminol Nights (@LuminolNights) reported

@EE have just informed me that inflation stands at 14.4% and will be raising prices accordingly. Way to lose a 25 year + customer #EE I didn’t ask them to waste money sponsoring the #EEBAFTAs that no one would miss in a million years #ByeByeEE
