    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE You said that last time. Still crap. No engineer as promised. No apology. I want a refund for the pain you’ve put me through the last 3/4 months. I’ve paid you in good faith and you’ve failed to deliver. I won’t DM as you request as I want everyone else to see how awful you are.

    @EE I have a 4gee router and receive texts at an alarming frequency telling me there is a problem in my area RH14 9EA. These texts are followed by another one the next day saying the problem has been fixed and I need to restart my devices. Why can't you just fix the problem?

    @EE your website and customer service is defeating me. All I want to do is pay for data for my mobile broadband dongle. You allow me to give you some money, then defeat any attempt to turn that into data. Crazy system.

    @EE, why is it so difficult to cancel a contract with you😤 can't do it on line or in store & can never get through by phone. I don't have hours to wait in a q. Yet another reason I want to leave.

    @EE Yes it was, I asked for the mobile hotspot option to be turned on on my iPad, we had some issues along the way, but it was all sorted in the end!

    @EE Hi there, I've got EE WiFi and since changing to fibra broadband I can only connect to it if I'm literally sat ontop of the box. It's the worst internet we've ever had. Any suggestions please?
