@EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

@EE I was a customer for over 20 years, and I have been trying to get my phone sim unlocked for 2 months, after several phone calls to customer service I still cannot get it unlocked. I am a key worker and need access to my phone, my elderly father is in hospital. Pls help.
