    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    I was unable to send messages from my phone for some strange reason. After unsuccessfully trying to fix it, I decided to call @EE, where I was helped by someone from EE Mobile Tech Care- Merthyr Tydfil. He did not only fix the issue, we also had an interesting chat. 1/5

    @EE It’s crap. I’ve put an EE sim in the car and struggle to get any signal in Manchester. My Mrs is on EE and she has same issue with her phone. I’m on O2 and never have a problem. I’ll be putting an O2 sim in the car next.
