    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    @EE Hi I was sorting a problem out on here yesterday about not being able to gift data to my phone and iPad and was having another department contact me about the issue , no one contacted me . Been without data since last Thursday !

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE Coversge in my area has been terrible for the last 2 months. Any reason for this ? Can’t even take a phone all in the house , without constantly losing signal .

    @EE my Internet has been struggling for a while with the simplest things (browsing safari or scrolling through Facebook) but whenever I switch to 4G it instantly loads.. please can you help me, this is majorly frustrating
