Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Now have been charged for a whole 1 month of wifi I will not use. I hope no one has to deal with this again and would never recommend anyone getting this temporary wifi/ even dealing with EE! @EE

@EE are actually ****, messed up 2 of my upgrades with false deals and almost cost me £570 ... Now blocked my 2 other numbers from upgrading and the only resolution they can offer is to put me in touch with the team that lied to me. All I want is the ability to upgrade myself.
