Charlie Gamble (@_charliegamble) reported from Eastleigh, EnglandHi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?
-
Simon Hopkins (@Hopppers) reported from Eastleigh, EnglandThis is pathetic service @EE I’ve been merging calls with Vodafone for years, come to EE and you’ve gone backwards… Can I have a refund

Helen Gregory (@lufa1133) reported from Winchester, England@EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Sharp practice
-
Joanna Quade (@jejquade) reported from Fareham, England@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?
-
Sean G 👁🗨 (@Sean_G90) reported from Eastleigh, England@EE Once I log in any button within the store will make me go here. I get I have a upgrade available but that don’t help for getting an Apple Watch.

-
Rahim™ 🇲🇦🇬🇧 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, EnglandGiven that virgin mobile use @EE's network and tesco use @O2's, it's not really fair to compare them to the other 4 for coverage #Watchdog @BBCWatchdog
-
ClandyDayz (@ClandyDayz) reported from Totton and Eling, England@EE This doesnt really help now you have stitched me up. The one minute calls were to an automated service and i was cut off after. I hate the system we have to plough through just to get a civil answer to a problem these days. They call it progress I’d call it regress.
