@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

Called @EE to discuss the lack of ability to call people on my phone which I pay over £100 a month for. £1200 a year to not be able call people! Then I get through to an agent who answers “hello” no welcome to EE my name is…. How can I help! Then he cant help and cuts me off 😡

@EE Apparently it was a @btsportfootball problem. Lots of people were complaining about it during the Man City game. It resolved itself about 1/2 hour in.
