    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE is there some work being undertaken on the network as seems a really slow connection? It has been for a while now. Random cutting out on calls and sites not loading properly. Been with you for years and it's never been this bad.

    @EE Liars who don’t tell you your FIVE MASTS ARE DOWN in your area and sat no problem on line until you call to check! Oh, and it might takes months to gain access to the main mast which is on PRIVATE LAND

    @EE Just called to cancel a plan that ends on the 3rd of Jan, and the person on the call told me he couldn't then hung up. Useless customer service bet you would be intouch quick enough if I didn't pay.
