@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE This doesnt really help now you have stitched me up. The one minute calls were to an automated service and i was cut off after. This isnt good enough, i could have flown there cheaper. Its 2019, i would have expected these charges in 1990

@EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

@EE So you're telling me 2 days ago we weren't classed as a long standing customer but now we are? There is absolutely no way the price I got was the best deal at the time as its much cheaper as a new customer. You just don't care about loyalty and would rather have new customers!

@EE And for an internal cable to be fried and need replacing suggests that the fault was present before I was sent the phone. & now Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value £150, In the long run it's going to be cheaper to pay @EE up and move on as phone likely as more faults.

@EE Urgent help needed to get a landline transferred to old mans new address, previously told by u it can only be done by him calling, but he’s moved now and ended up in hospital,flat has no landline and your mobile service doesn’t work there so he had no way to call for help - ?

Good Morning @EE what options do I have to pay up an account immediately? Account is 3 weeks old. Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value is on £150, to fix damage internally that was clearly present before I received the device.

Especially when it was transferred from another European country before being sold in the UK by @EE, they is no point having an account that I can't use and I ain't waiting 101 weeks. This has just been one issue after another with this account. I've had enough.
