    @EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.

    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    @EE You said that last time. Still crap. No engineer as promised. No apology. I want a refund for the pain you’ve put me through the last 3/4 months. I’ve paid you in good faith and you’ve failed to deliver. I won’t DM as you request as I want everyone else to see how awful you are.

    @rsgnl Yep. Anyone with a cellular Apple Watch will know the pain of changing watches. Despite being old they support them I’m still struggling to find out how to get one online from @EE

    @EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

    Are you having problems @EE ? Both my iPhone and Pixel had their Data disabled this morning. Had to go and manually enable data on both phones for them to work 🥴

    @Dawsy16 @EE Yeah it's bullshit. Like alot of companies,unless you come in as a new customer, you'll have to threaten to leave, then they'll throw all the offers at you.

    Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

    @EE morning, the area I live has 1bar signal and making calls is difficult. Recently I had to phone the dr and they couldn’t hear me properly due to the poor signal. So19 area

    @EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.

    @GazRich88 @PositiveLad @EE I’ve never heard of a company ever phone someone to tell them when we’ll expect a product. For a company like EE as well that’s a hell of a lot of phone calls they’d have to make and a hell of a phone bill too.. I smell 💩

    Oh @EE you make it very hard to love you - longstanding loyal customer here, but when my upgrade options are £20 a month more expensive than your competitors, you don't make it very attractive to stay with you. Are we breaking up?

    Got a new phone. 5G. Gets to the office, phone say s "Emergency Calls Only". If 5G is going to kill us all, it's going to do it very, very slowly. Thanks for the impressive coverage though @EE, it's like 1998 again!
