So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money.
