Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

There are worse days for @ee network to go down but they aren’t immediately obvious, thousands of people going to #glastonbury22 and arranging to meet. I’ve had to stop at every service station for updates
