It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.
