It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....
