@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

Why do we have to pay a £40 disconnection fee (I didn't with @EE), and if the line has been disconnected how can we be charged £24 per month for a service which cannot possibly be connected (though admittedly being disconnected is hardly much worse than the current service). 7/9

@EE Unfortunately not, the network I'm heading to offer a better value 12 month SIM-only tariff that apparently EE can't match. And I've been having serious signal issues at home recently, so I'm afraid it's time to head elsewhere - sorry!

Lots of people getting threatening scam calls from 'HMRC' prompting them to 'press1' to avoid imminent arrest for fraud. It should be possible for @EE to trace and see who pays for the service, pass on details to police and put an end to this? Last example 02032010838
