    Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

    @Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

    @rsgnl Yep. Anyone with a cellular Apple Watch will know the pain of changing watches. Despite being old they support them I’m still struggling to find out how to get one online from @EE

    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

    @EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.

    @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp why are you useless at connecting broadband? @EE have been trying to get you to sort an issue for a week now. My homemove order stuck in your system but it appears you are too incompetent to resolve the issue. My children need wifi for school work!
