  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

  • josieewarman Josie✌ (@josieewarman) reported from Tidworth, England

@EE my network was working yesterday now it says I have no service??

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

  • josieewarman Josie✌ (@josieewarman) reported from Tidworth, England

@EE my signal is not working at all!!!

  • AndrewDowson Andrew Dowson (@AndrewDowson) reported from Pewsey, England

@EE The 4g signal in Pewsey SN95DW appears to be down, it was also yesterday for a few hours? Please advise.

  • AndrewDowson Andrew Dowson (@AndrewDowson) reported from Pewsey, England

@EE you sent me a message to say the signal has been fixed, it hasn’t. SN9

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England

@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

  • OmerTallal Omer Khan (@OmerTallal) reported

@EE Roaming on the EE network in London, curious to know why dialling internationally with a ‘+’ doesn’t work but using ‘00’ ahead of the country code works fine.

  • OneDirtyGooner DeanoBravo (@OneDirtyGooner) reported

@virginmedia I'm having to use @EE in order to watch catch up TV on your cable box because the wifi has been down for nearly two weeks and you sent me a letter not apologizing for the poor service but to raise your monthly rates

  • IainnotIian IainnotIian (@IainnotIian) reported

@EE is 4g down in the L37 postcode area?

  • MrNealeGraham Neale Graham (@MrNealeGraham) reported

@EE Hi, my TV has a Chromecast built in so it should be fine to cast from BT Sport app, as it has been before. The message that popped up suggested BT's stopped supporting that, & I had to use their Android TV app, which then asked for a BT login that I don't have as an EE customer.

  • beckiemariaxo B E C K S 🤍✈️ (@beckiemariaxo) reported

Why is it after 10pm every night @EE goes down, app and their website doesn’t work

  • georgiaswan96 georgiaswan96 (@georgiaswan96) reported

@EE are so **** I done my upgrade weeks ago I was told the new phone would be the next day. I chased it the next day and I was told two weeks. I chased it again today and now I’m being told 4 weeks. I’m still paying £66 a month for a iPhone 11 my new contact isn’t even that much.

  • babfitz Babfitz (@babfitz) reported

@Quilterdown We only use them for mobile - and up until this sorry episode, I would've recommended them. But sometimes you only get #BadCustomerService when there's a problem. #EE refuse to rectify their own errors. I don't get it! @EE seem intent on doing damage to their own reputation.

  • NeilMullard muzzer (@NeilMullard) reported

Anyone else's @EE signal gone absolutely rubbish lately?

  • thebigdonmk mk🌻🌻 (@thebigdonmk) reported

sorry but @ee is quite possibly the worst performance company ever ive said it

  • sinclair_method The Sinclair Method (@sinclair_method) reported

@EE My network is down and I have been promised it will be up and running again in a week!!!! 😡😡 Not good enough as all my work is on mobile from home!
