    @Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

    @JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

    @EE Just DM'd you,,, but hey I have been your customer for more than 10 years now and I can tell you that you are not sorry at all because this has been the case the whole decade ... It is BTs way of not let costumers know how they been charged . I'm pretty sure you would say no. 👍

    @EE Just received a text from EE   "Great news! We've updated some of your network settings, please restart your phone to make sure it's up to date"   Could someone tell me what these updates are?   It would be good if EE said in the text what they’ve updated specifically!

    @greensyncro @EE Utter crap service. Kept blaming my handset. Four handsets later......same issues. Next they blamed the sim card. Got a replacement. Still the same **** service. Joke this lot.

    Seriously @EE what is up with your website? Been trying to swap one of the numbers on my account to sim only for TWENTY days!! But it never lets me… usually with a website down or “too many redirects” message!
