@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

@Adzymo @EE Ring up and (very politely) speak to their customer service team. They’ll offer you £30 ‘shortfall in service compensation’. That’s the max they’re allowed to offer you. Please don’t be rude to them, if they could compensate you entirely they would - it’s EE’s fault, not theirs.

@PhysixGuy @EE @Ofcom Ohhh no! Is it compensation you’re after? The network was down less than 24 hours…… wonder what you’re going to do with £1/£2 😮
