    @JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

    @EE we have no broadband since Monday evening, I was told that the service would be up and running again by 5pm today and we still don't have a connection. I've no communication whatsoever and it's now beyond a joke

    @newlandfarm @EE Have chased them again today, they have been advising people that there is an issue with the access to be resolved, not true!!. Hope all well and not to much damage last weekend 👍🏻

    @EE And yet every other week I get a text from EE - there's a problem near Home. It's taking longer than planned to fix it..
