-
Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England
@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.
-
Andrew Dowson (@AndrewDowson) reported from Pewsey, England
@EE The 4g signal in Pewsey SN95DW appears to be down, it was also yesterday for a few hours? Please advise.
-
Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England
@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

Josie✌ (@josieewarman) reported from Tidworth, England
@EE my network was working yesterday now it says I have no service??
-

@EE my signal is not working at all!!!
-
Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England
@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@anybassdrum @Ofcom @EE Also, EEs service has got a lot worse over the past couple of years. Anyway, have a nice night 👍

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE …might be worth trying another network when your contract is up but very often indoor coverage issues are cross network.

@EE Hi Russ. I’m not sure the advisor was aware this can be resent. She said she can only send emails through outlook? I’m usually very pleased with the service from EE but today has altered that. Very unprofessional email too.

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE Do you have home broadband? Most phones support WiFi calling which solves the issue of indoor coverage. I live in a house with thick walls and get zero in the house so have to use that.
-
Benjamin Cruise (@benjamincruise) reported
I haven't been able to make any phone calls since Tuesday 21st March @EE this isn't exceptable. You've increased the prices and taken away any phone service!
-
Tim Lindsay (@DocTimLindsay) reported
@GNetworkComms down again... Just about ready to beg @EE to take me back.
-
Andy Long (@Andy_D_Long) reported
Hello @EE, I’ve suddenly stopped getting 5G in BD23 - get it fine elsewhere. Service checker says everything is fine. Any known issues?
-
i am nobody (@anybassdrum) reported
@mathertim @Ofcom @EE That makes sense. You basically need to use provider with best coverage in your area. 30 miles away somebody no doubt will be on O2 or Virgin not getting signal whilst another family member on EE or Voda etc having no problems. 👍

Hunbelievable (@letyerclubdie) reported
@jonno76070484 @ScotlandNT @EE Mcginn was poor in the 2nd half
