@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@EE it’s been fun trying to swap to u. An awful call application with the offer being sent to the wrong number, a failed credit search despite independently reviewed and found ‘excellent’ and the final insult - a cut a paste email saying we won’t review. Well **** you too #EE

@EE I’m still on hold having given up already twice today because I can’t spend my WHOLE afternoon waiting on your poor service. I’m a business customer with 4 accounts but can’t speak to a human no matter how long I seem to wait. ITS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

@EE have a new app , its a mess, spent 45 mins on the phone this morning and got nowhere , problem still exists , why update apps before you have a system in place that works.

@EE Hi EE I'm in Spain and unable to use mobile data for the last 3 days. I am traveling to a port today without sat Nov I'd normally have. Nobody on your team seems able to fix it. Why is that?
