Dominique Hamblin (@LadyNanBullen) reported from Swindon, EnglandHey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

DJ DEX (official since 1986)🇺🇦 (@DJDEX6) reported from Swindon, England@EE Yet the signal in our area is awful. Multiple drop-outs. No signal. So more money for an ever decreasing service.

-
Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Swindon, EnglandFfs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.
-
Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.
-
Simmo (@robertsimms) reported from Swindon, EnglandThe @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?
-
sand (@Sand26562) reported from Devizes, England@EE what's going on in my area (Devizes Wiltshire) no signal for over a week ,had enough now surely if there's a fault it should be sorted by now hope I'm not going to be charged this month

-
PIX (@PIXX3L5) reportedI'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU
-
Jo (@JoCornwall26) reported@EE exactly how long am I supposed to stay on hold??? You promote good customer service, this is a joke!
-
Peter (@tenerifepete) reported@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite
-
KMA (@KMAUK24) reported@EE I have done this and had no signal for 3 days now! Unless on WiFi! Will Be making a complaint and using this as evidence
-
Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy
-
davewalshcreative (@davewcreative) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE Because they want new customer details that they can sell on to make more money than your plan. They have yours, mine and they’ve already sold them probably twice over. They don’t care about loyalty - never have never will.
-
micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported@EE Can you give me a number straight to customer support , be 10x easier if you had online chat like most suppliers have
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.
