    The @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

    @EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

    Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

    Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

    @EE so disappointed with EE.. complaint is being totally ignored with a generic and incorrect reply. No complaint resolution offered. Couldn't get a phone I wanted on a contract offer due to EE system issue and no interest in going to ombudsman..

    Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

    @EE Would you happen to know why my signal has disappeared in TR109EP area? Used to have full 4g now nada, zilch, zero. Nothing showing at your online thingy...
