@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

@EE Hi I received a parcel today from ee...I am not aware of ordering the item. How can I check the item has not been sent in error. I have not received any emails re the subject item except DPD delivery notifications. Finding your on line help no help...help appreciated

Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

The @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

Typical **** customer services from @EE called to cancel my apple care the ladies computer frozen and said id get a call back this was at 12pm never got a call back such a poor company and they blah about there best in there adverts.

@EE I've been in the USA for 2 weeks and have a USA Roaming benefit but I cannot receive or make calls. Neither can I receive or send texts. Can you fix this?

WiFi is being fixed so I’m in a communication hole again thanks to @EE not being able supply reception to certain areas of Belfast. Atleast emergency numbers work right ?

@EE An engineer came through.. worked on it.. it worked for a day and it’s back to its poor state.. unfortunately I’d have to discontinue my contract due to this. Thanks though for attempting a resolution. However I cannot continue to deal with this

@EE You took 2 days to respond. An hour wasted online, an hour wasted in a phone queue, and two days for a response here. All because you closed the plan I was on and would automatically force me onto one I didn’t need if I didn’t contact you. Poor treatment for a 10+ year customer.
