@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@EE signal is shocking in PR2 6 phones constantly cutting off mid calls, having to go outside and walk up road to get a signal. Not connected to Wi-Fi call so it’s not that & when I check last week one of your staff said everyone’s calls are bouncing round masts! Please sort it!

@Surviving_LADa @EE you do not pay for their advertising, you pay for the service they provide, that being mobile internet and the like. they are a private company and can do what they like. if you really don’t agree with it, cancel your contract and switch

@EE once again the signal in the HU16 is rubbish, can’t even get 4g today , can you explain why this keeps happening and why I’m paying you so much ? Il be cancelling my direct debits if this doesn’t improve rapidly
