@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

@EE I had broadband installed last Friday, the engineer said there was an issue with the outside line. Didn't give me a fix deadline, I called 0800 979 8586 two days later and they said Thursday, however its still not resolved. I need a connection to work from home 😔

@liamblue123 @SarahWhe78 @EE Went SiM only stayed with them but then got the 14.4 increase when other networks were as low as £9 per month my bill previously was £107 per month and a customer for 20 plus years Rinsed me enough including being ghosted an iPhone

@xSp4Rkz They installed it on Friday, said there was a problem with the outside line. When I rang they said it would be repaired Thursday. I'll check after midnight but I am very doubtful. @EE pull your finger out.

@EE The fact is you are blatantly ripping off your customer with a 14.4% increase on the bill. How can the actual phone element of the bill be subject to inflation exactly, this cost does not increase after the point you sign the contract.

@EE you will continue your level of investment without my money. I migrated from O2 after 10 years and I regret so much. The EE signal is poor even though you claim to be the best in the country… bs 😡
