EE Issues Reports Near Witney, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Witney and nearby locations:

  • Mepheisto Jake Bevan (@Mepheisto) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE Lost my patience with this now. I’m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that you’re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

  • AlexGorham96 Alex Gorham (@AlexGorham96) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE been trying to pay my phone bill this morning, both online and on the phone via your auto system, says theirs a payment issue and its unable to take my payment? Any idea as to what's going on or how I can pay my bill (account was suspended if thst helps)

  • KingRauni Rauni Barros (@KingRauni) reported from Oxford District, England

Is it just me who’s EE network is down??? @EE

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

  • channy8224 Robin Chan (@channy8224) reported from Woodstock, England

@EE I'm thinking of renewing mobile phone contract sim only. Looking at 5g package plus bt sports. I've already subscribed to bt sport do I need to cancel my contract if I take up the offer?

  • Hatwell88 Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England

@EE whats happening with your signal in the Oxfordshire area the last 24 hours? It keeps dropping out?!

  • LeapfrogMark Dr. Mark Shanahan (@LeapfrogMark) reported from Abingdon, England

Which marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.

  • Matieoo matt (@Matieoo) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

  • DrWho3000 Mork Clare (@DrWho3000) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE when are you going to fix the app not being able to login keep saying there is a problem I have removed rebooted added back and changed password still can't login

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

  • Bobajob40 Andrew Monkhouse (@Bobajob40) reported from Carterton, England

@EE Hi I received a parcel today from ee...I am not aware of ordering the item. How can I check the item has not been sent in error. I have not received any emails re the subject item except DPD delivery notifications. Finding your on line help no help...help appreciated

  • Rollsyoufc Shane Rolls (@Rollsyoufc) reported from Chipping Norton, England

@smh85 @EE Mine been **** for a week. A lot of things not working without being on WiFi

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • Hatwell88 Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England

One of thos times im glad @EE wifi is shockingly **** so i dont have to watch anymore of that horrendous #nffc crap #HughtonOut #EEout

  • Clerkenwill William Whitehead (@Clerkenwill) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

  • AlexGorham96 Alex Gorham (@AlexGorham96) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE any idea roughly how long it's gonna take for my number to be transferred from my p30 pro to my iPhone 12 pro? Arleady lost service on my p30 pro

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Hey @EE my phone signal has been on barely 1 bar for the past couple of days. Is there an issue in the Oxford area?

  • NeilPudney Neil Pudney (@NeilPudney) reported from Witney, England

Dearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE for the past 2 days I have been getting calls from random uk numbers (mobile and landlines), already had 3 today and its 9am! Have stopped answering them but it's annoying! Help!? #EE #spamcalls

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • davidmajestic83 David M (@davidmajestic83) reported

@EE Mobile coverage is patchy at best where I live. Where I work there is no signal at all and can't make or receive calls. My office is on the edge of Aberdeen so not even a rural area. Been told before by advisor's the system says it should work perfectly. Can guarantee it doesn't

  • southerner1985 James Southern (@southerner1985) reported

@EE your home broadband service is dreadful! Almost every day it drops out, sometimes multiple times a day! And your increasing your prices! Daylight robbery!

  • spacecadet2231 spacecadet2231 (@spacecadet2231) reported

@EE @Country_fan20 If that's the case why are you putting 14% on the whole of my contract? Surely the rise should be only on the cost of the network portion, and not the portion paying for the handset. It was bought (as part of the contract) at a fixed price at the start of the contract.

  • richwhiting1811 Rich Whiting (@richwhiting1811) reported

    @MelJBroo @KCOMhome @EE Same for us, awful 🙈

  • vinnyb_14 vinny (@vinnyb_14) reported

@Lionesses @EE Wtf is everyone saying katie I'm sorry but she was ****

  • Jellyfish4EveR immortaljellyfish (@Jellyfish4EveR) reported

@EE Service is still crap and network absolutely the worst though... is that part going to improve with the £7/mth more I need to pay? Or is that more money #Profiteering for you and worse service for me? #CostOfGreedCrisis #inflationmyass

  • r_creedbalboa76 Rockyraccoon (@r_creedbalboa76) reported

@EE That wasn’t my point I knew the increases were coming but never been as high as 14.4% before.

  • neariedy hollie♡ (@neariedy) reported

@DianeAnnakin @EE idk what u want them to say no problem i’ll just lower your bill. they can’t do anything about it

  • inuttyprofessor Paul Naylor (@inuttyprofessor) reported

@EE @DannThomas93 CPI + 3.9% , when inflation drops back down against trust you will be lowering our bills ?

  • davidmajestic83 David M (@davidmajestic83) reported

Not just @EE mobile contacts increasing an absurd amount but also their broadband too. Using the excuse they need to invest more to provide a good service etc. No improvement in service in the NE scotland though. Will look at other providers when contract is due for renewal #EE
