Dearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

  • AlexGorham96 Alex Gorham (@AlexGorham96) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE been trying to pay my phone bill this morning, both online and on the phone via your auto system, says theirs a payment issue and its unable to take my payment? Any idea as to what's going on or how I can pay my bill (account was suspended if thst helps)

  • Mepheisto Jake Bevan (@Mepheisto) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE Lost my patience with this now. I’m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that you’re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

  • Matieoo matt (@Matieoo) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE for the past 2 days I have been getting calls from random uk numbers (mobile and landlines), already had 3 today and its 9am! Have stopped answering them but it's annoying! Help!? #EE #spamcalls

  • Clerkenwill William Whitehead (@Clerkenwill) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Hey @EE my phone signal has been on barely 1 bar for the past couple of days. Is there an issue in the Oxford area?

  • hornet1blue Liam Daniel Grainger (@hornet1blue) reported

@EE any chance I can get your engineer who is due to visit today to call here last please! I want to be home when he arrives as I am sick of the broadband problems I have had since having it with EE!!! Mobile out phone contracts are good though 🥰

  • rm_91x Rachael (@rm_91x) reported

@EE how do you put in a formal complaint? How you expect someone to pay 100 a month after the inflation is beyond me especially through a cost of living crisis.

  • 80zDuer Duer_80z (@80zDuer) reported

@EE So much regret taking a phone contract with you. Was already expensive -£69 including a 10% loyalty bonus. No bill since has been under 70£. Now you putting it up by almost £10!!! I got 20 months left. I can’t afford this. Id appreciate some help.

  • The_Real_ModFix ModFix (@The_Real_ModFix) reported

@EE So with this continued investment why do I need WiFi calling to be able to make a call in my house for the last 5 years and why can I barely get 4G? Just another company jumping on the insane price increases bandwagon and not caring about customer loyalty.

  • MsTKIndeed TK (@MsTKIndeed) reported

@SafferTheGaffer @EE Even @tescomobile are putting up costs (use O2 network). I stayed with them as they made a big thing about NOT putting up costs mid contract. Can't afford to upgrade my phone so am hit by the price rises. Seems no MNO cares about their customers anymore, only their shareholders.

  • EliteTrickery - (@EliteTrickery) reported

@EE initially signed a contract for £61.60, price increase last year to £67.32, and now another increase to £77.01. £15.41/ 25% increase through the life of my contract. Making sure I never sign with @EE again.

  • flossylane Sarah Godley (@flossylane) reported

@EE Hi EE 2 hours have been and gone from Sunday afternoon for someone to call me re my complaint regarding taking money out of my account when my contract for my watch ended last July?? @MartinSLewis

  • _charlfletch Charlotte 🏳️‍🌈 (@_charlfletch) reported

  • joegreene2 Joe (@joegreene2) reported

@EE I got the tx message informing that my bill is going up 14.4% from 31 March. What can I do to my phone bill to get this down? I have literally just renewed my 3 contracts under my account in November & December

  • mindofmica_ mica. ❣️ (@mindofmica_) reported

@EE after increasing my bill by £4 last April, u wanna increase it by £8 again?! The service you provide is shocking and you will deffo lose a customer once my contract is up.
