@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@heather1981 @EE Yeah its an google error happening all over the world you can fix it by Going to playstore, uninstall or remove update: android system webviewer. If that didnt work then try disabling chrome
