@EE Yes spent 40mins on hold just to be told there was no issue with the line that they could see so just to switch on and off, like I was making it up cause I enjoy wasting my time and data for no reason!

@EE It’s been an ongoing issue for months but the last 2 days has just not been good enough, if it wasn’t for being stuck in a contract I would be leaving your service. We are having to now pay out for extra data on top of having our WiFi bill just to get her onto her lessons!

@EE I'm having real trouble with my phone! I have no network and my phone cannot wifi call (I don't think). When I check to see if there's problems in the area, my Samsung A40 isn't recognised! Please advise what I can do because I've done the usual turn off, remove sim... thanks

@EE I took out a subscription to apple music through my EE contract. I would like to upgrade this apple music subscription to include family sharing. Do I need to cancel my existing subscription and take out a new one to enable me to do this?.
