You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.

How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

Stephen Hall (@Stephenhallll) reported@EE almost 3 months with poor internet in the evening. Despite 5 engineers, 3 more who didn't turn up. Ive turned down work to be in and spent at least 12 hours on the phone. Once again only yesterday I'm promised a call today by 10am and no call has been made. Shocking service

Junaid (@Junaid19980) reported@Miimisota @DBright83 @EE It seems to be an android issue. If you can uninstall an "app" called webview. It will uninstall the latest update. Webview allow certain apps to run and there seems to be a bug with it

Leo (@wiseboy901) reported@alexblaggerz @EE Should do. The last mast was opposite the premier inn near the station. When that was taken down in July all these problem occurred. The mast is closer to warley this time. Other side of the tracks.
