-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript
-

-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.
-
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England@BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?
-
Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Didcot, England@EE I’ve just checked my bill the details I have for security match exactly so I really don’t see the issue
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too
-
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England@SameDayCoventry @ShellStationsUK @EE are the worst, a simple upgrade has taken a month and still not sorted!!
-
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.
-
Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England@EE @Terywall @AndrewRPines Still not working...
-
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.
-
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England@EE Hello, I think I upgraded my phone yesterday over the phone but have had no confirmation except the delivery cost being taken can you help me please?
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, EnglandAnother 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....
-
Dr. Mark Shanahan (@LeapfrogMark) reported from Abingdon, EnglandWhich marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, EnglandIf you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE
-
Andrea Gray (@ddloua) reported from Abingdon, England@EE I’m so sick of my crappy signal! For the past month or so- sudden drop outs of signal out of nowhere, constant call failures and loss off 3/4G!

Hambcwgf (@hambcwgf) reported@EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better
-
Friends Of The Stoop #COYQ 🃏 (@QuinsFOTS) reported@EE since Monday, I have used the text service as told only way to report issue. Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Call to cancel to be told I will have to settle contract, even though you aren’t meeting your promises, never again
-
Rebecca (@lesetoilesx) reported@EE are you having login issues? I’m not receiving the code to verify and login despite asking for it to be resent so many times it’s now locked me from trying lol
-
Danny wright (@Dajwright89) reported@EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing
-
mo (@slomoassassin) reported@EE your app is joke it's always bloody down at this time when I want to pay my phone bill what a joke
-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@imjustryan___ @EE London's a pretty pretty big city, can you be a bit more specific? And is the issue poor data speeds? Or lack of coverage?
-
Alan Battaglia (@BattagliaAlan) reportedWhatever you do never ever use, or interact with @EE they are a scammmers and liars and their customer service is simply atrocious awful
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
