    @hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

    Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

    @hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

    Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

    I need help 15th Aug my phone stopped working Came back went to carphone warehouse who sent the phone away for repair. When it came back the report said that @EE have blocked the phone I have never been with @EE , carphone warehouse think they have typed the incorrect IMIE number

    Hearing much about the issue for many disadvantaged families of affording data to keep they’re kids connected. I pay a premium for LOTS of data on my phone I’m not using. Wish there was a way for me to “donate” a chunk of my allowance. Sure we can figure this out @ee?

    @EE Ok thanks! And when I get the phone can I just phone up and add insurence because it never gave me the option for full cover when placing the order, just damage cover so I clicked unprotected bc I want full cover?!

    @EE been trying to cancel broadband (no longer live at the property). Can't ever get through on the phone and no reply to emails. Website advises to get in touch before cancelling direct debit, impossible when no one answers/replies? Last ditch attempt before it's cancelled...

    @JaneyGodley @EE After being told by five different customer service reps from EE that my new device will arrive 'tomorrow'. Now I receive a text to say it will not arrive until the 10th. Seems that poor customer service can be quickly brushed up by claiming the pandemic is affect delivery. Poor.

    @EE need to change my home address clicked on the link to do so & it's telling me I've entered the wrong password even though I got onto the app with it and I don't have any other passwords please help!
