@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

I need help 15th Aug my phone stopped working Came back went to carphone warehouse who sent the phone away for repair. When it came back the report said that @EE have blocked the phone I have never been with @EE , carphone warehouse think they have typed the incorrect IMIE number

Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

@EE Thanks, appreciate how busy you have been lately. I’ve seen different dates on the forum from people after speaking with customer service assistants. Some saying before 15th dec, others 20th Jan. If it’s 20th Jan ie after Xmas then this is a problem.

@MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE 4 hours over 2 days. 5 different departments. No managers at work apparently. Admitted being sold a service you cannot provide. Was told you can leave if you want to? Great service!!

@EE Is literally making it impossible to "Anytime" upgrade. I have received the new phone, but no returns pack to send the old one back! Calling 0208 732 3798 results in being in a never ending queue. I gave up after 35+ minutes. Online chat seems to be unavailable as well!

@EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

@EE The Recycle Team customer service is extremely dissatisfying. Was on hold for 40 minutes and still am yet to speak to a team member, my emails are being ignored AND still haven’t received my trade in quote amount. (Despite being promised it would be with me by today). HELP!
