    @hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

    @hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

    I need help 15th Aug my phone stopped working Came back went to carphone warehouse who sent the phone away for repair. When it came back the report said that @EE have blocked the phone I have never been with @EE , carphone warehouse think they have typed the incorrect IMIE number

    Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

    @EE called to talk about my payment plan and got no help what so ever! Very unusual as I normally get exceptional customer service from you.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

    Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

    @EE I ordered upgrade iPhone 12 pro on 19th Nov. EE text on 10th Dec said phone would ship today...just called CS for an update, there are no handsets in stock and can’t tell me when I may get the new handset. I’m now looking for alternative network deals.

    During the worst financial time in my life every organisation has helped by reducing payment or allowing holidays. @EE has the disgusting attitude of "when you fall behind and end up with collections we may be able to help" 5 months left on the contract.... I will remember this!

    @chris_carr7897 @EE Same here i'm so desperate too!. 2020 has been awful and to not have the PS5 only makes it worse. This 5 day christmas thing is only going to make the COVID even worse. We should forget about this Christmas and focus on a new year. They are saying another lockdown after Christmas
