I need help 15th Aug my phone stopped working Came back went to carphone warehouse who sent the phone away for repair. When it came back the report said that @EE have blocked the phone I have never been with @EE , carphone warehouse think they have typed the incorrect IMIE number

@JoeHolmes1994 @i_Jess @EE So I was paying £92 a month and EE refused to let apple fix my FaceID fault, £92 a month and no FaceID for 12 months of the 24 month contract period unless I paid their £570 fee

@jakeroge_rs @i_Jess @EE Why didn’t you go straight to apple with the issue when it first arises? Sorry I’m not being rude but I thought it was a common thing. Like when I’ve had issues in the past, I’ve gone straight to apple and they have fixed it, like issues with home buttons. Speaks etc.
