Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

I need help 15th Aug my phone stopped working Came back went to carphone warehouse who sent the phone away for repair. When it came back the report said that @EE have blocked the phone I have never been with @EE , carphone warehouse think they have typed the incorrect IMIE number

Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

@EE good morning EE . have a question. I'm an EE customer and have mobile and bb with you . I have the 330meg package and its great but I have a big house and cannot get coverage all over . Is there a better router or extenders you do ? I want to stay with ee just need a upgrade

@ee stranded last night with no phone service have told it won't come back until this evening. As a visually impaired customer who relies heavily on my phone and last night was placed in a vulnerable position i'm not at all happy.

@voneusbroadband 5.77mbs again tonight you need to call yourself super slow broadband yet again back on @EE 4G as it is faster than the drops you provide and happily pillage my bank account on a monthly basis for no return!

@EE Teams in EE experiencing problems all over the east of England, software provider says it’s the network, can you tell us if there are outages? We can’t get through, maybe high calls because you have issues?

@EE Is there any way out of a contract with you because the service is so poor? Your mast is down around here weekly, and signal drops from 4G+ to 4G at will - the latter is useless. It’s a SIM only plan, surely there’s a way out when it’s this bad!
