Colin P (He/Him) (@FKAColinTDF) reported from Swindon, England
@EE why can't I get the same prices on upgrade as I can as a new customer on the Pixel 6 Pro?
-
Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England
@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!
-
Simmo (@robertsimms) reported from Swindon, England
The @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

DJ DEX (official since 1986)🇺🇦 (@DJDEX6) reported from Swindon, England
@EE I don't have a problem with a small increase. It's the HUGE increase stayed in this article that I seek answers on .
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England
@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England
@zepzepzepzep_ @VOXI_UK @EE Vodafone customer service is shocking but I figure if I go onto a rolling monthly SIM I can change whenever I like 😬
-
Neil Pudney (@NeilPudney) reported from Witney, England
Dearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!
-
Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Swindon, England
Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.
-
Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England
@EE whats happening with your signal in the Oxfordshire area the last 24 hours? It keeps dropping out?!
-
Andrew Monkhouse (@Bobajob40) reported from Carterton, England
@EE Hi I received a parcel today from ee...I am not aware of ordering the item. How can I check the item has not been sent in error. I have not received any emails re the subject item except DPD delivery notifications. Finding your on line help no help...help appreciated
-
Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England
One of thos times im glad @EE wifi is shockingly **** so i dont have to watch anymore of that horrendous #nffc crap #HughtonOut #EEout
-
DJ DEX (official since 1986)🇺🇦 (@DJDEX6) reported from Swindon, England
@EE Yet the signal in our area is awful. Multiple drop-outs. No signal. So more money for an ever decreasing service.
-
Dominique Hamblin (@LadyNanBullen) reported from Swindon, England
Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England
@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England
@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it
-
sl4phe4d (@daryl_telling) reported from Swindon, England
@EE called to talk about my payment plan and got no help what so ever! Very unusual as I normally get exceptional customer service from you.
-
AndyD 🏳️🌈 3.5% 💙 (@19EightFour) reported from Swindon, England
have to say i am supremely impressed by @EE data plans and reliability of service i’m on unlimited data and haven’t had a single problem streaming You Tube
-
Dominique Hamblin (@LadyNanBullen) reported from Uffington, England
@EE hi, there appears to be a problem with very poor/lack of signal in the SN7 area at the moment?
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England
@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too
-
Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England
@carlsmith_88 @EE Prob switch providers and get a sim.only deal soon so they cant **** about my bills.

@EE your phone signal is pathetic constantly dropping out
-

@EE Checkout is still not working.
-
jordon fawcett (@FawcettJordon) reported
@EE Tried numerous times to be told the same thing, can I message you my details so someone can contact me?? If not we will have to cancel as it’s not good enough
-
JD0411 (@JD0411jd) reported
@EE please do something to improve the 4g or Signal strength for the area G69 Glasgow. Lucky if we get one bar. Practically no chance. Disgraceful phone power lasts half as normal as phone constantly searching. Does roaming work in UK.
-
Cara S. (@TriScalpel) reported
Don’t you just love it when your @EE 4G connection evaporates right at the start of your Zoom meeting? Zero issues all morning and then BAM! Slightly concerned at my irrational panic of having no connectivity for 45mins.
-
Anthony Reid (@DonnyLebowski) reported
@ee slapping a 4% increase in charges when inflation is just 0.6% is pretty poor form!
-
Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported
@EE Yeah I've already good a data booster box from you, so I can use my mobile, because there is no 4G signal where I live. However, that booster relies on the router and it's 1Mbps speed.
-
Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported
@EE Estimated download speed range given on your website is 1-5Mbps. Consistently in the 20th percentile. Every video call I do is interrupted by weak signal, despite signal boosters/cables (rather than WiFi). Can any discount be offered if service can't be improved?
-
Cara S. (@TriScalpel) reported
@harryclax @EE I’ve never had a problem using my phone before, but both that, and my dongle, were suddenly useless. Frustratingly, I’ll probably just schedule all future meetings for when I’m home to prevent this amount of flapping in future!
