Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

Stephen Hammond (@stepham10) reported from Cookney, Scotland@EE No. I can’t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesn’t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.

Adammmm (@AdamGarner10) reportedOrdered a new iPhone 12 pro and decided to switch over to @O2 from @EE been with them for years now but their customer service is appalling as well there offers. Plus got told I had to wait 8 weeks for a phone o2 said I could order for next week. Wont be sad to see the back of EE
