Stephen Hammond (@stepham10) reported from Cookney, Scotland@EE No. I can’t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesn’t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.

Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Honestly DPD is making EE look so bad with the service from yourselves as there chosen provider.

Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.
