Peter Sangster 💙 (@PeterSangster1) reported from Portlethen, ScotlandReally disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!
-
Laura Crombie (@lolcrombie) reported from Cove, Scotland@EE Hiya EE. I tried DMing last night but trying again as I think I need to resolve this urgently. BT have advised me that I need EE to cancel the cancellation order as they want to take over the line, rather than it being disconnected completely. Please help!

Marky Mark* (@markrs75) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.
-
Bruce (@ThisIsBrucifer) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@GailBainbridge @EE Seems like you still have 3G though. Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.
-

Martin Findlay (@martingfindlay) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….
-
Mikey Bateman (@mikeybateman) reported from Aberdeen, ScotlandHey @EE how difficult do you have to make it to upgrade? The website doesn’t work, the store doesn’t have the phone I want and they can’t order it… maybe it’s time to move network.
-
Matthias Glenday 🇩🇪🇩🇪 (@mattglenday) reported from Aberdeen, ScotlandHey @EE, it's been 24 hours since our broadband cut out due to an "external fault". One of your colleagues told me to 'wait and see'. Both my partner and I have missed a full work day, as we both work online.
-

-
Ⓜ️©Noddy 🏴 😷🚔🇪🇺 (@Toytowner) reported from Westhill, Scotland@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

-
Neil Green (@ngmillers1973) reported@Craig_Higgins @EE Since these company have emerged EE BT virgin 02 crap Vodafone three not like it use to be
-
Friends Of The Stoop #COYQ 🃏 (@QuinsFOTS) reported@EE since Monday, I have used the text service as told only way to report issue. Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Call to cancel to be told I will have to settle contract, even though you aren’t meeting your promises, never again
-
Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.
-
Mark Randall (@MarkyTalk) reported@C1981L @EE My signal is appalling at home.
-
Danny wright (@Dajwright89) reported@EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing
-
Julie Kubiak (@JulieKubiak) reported@EE Sunday at 11.26 I went through the totally crazy process of ringing you, so I could verify my account, hang up and get a message that said you would ring me back within 15 minutes. Guess what? I’m still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasn’t allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the ‘message’. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And don’t get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once I’ve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone 😡
-
Eerik Beeton, MCIM Cmktr (@EerikBeeton) reported@O2 24h later still waiting for service. @EE you got good reception these days?
-
𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
-
Andy Livingstone (@andylivi1) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.
-
Hambcwgf (@hambcwgf) reported@EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better
