Hey @EE how difficult do you have to make it to upgrade? The website doesn’t work, the store doesn’t have the phone I want and they can’t order it… maybe it’s time to move network.

Hey @EE, it's been 24 hours since our broadband cut out due to an "external fault". One of your colleagues told me to 'wait and see'. Both my partner and I have missed a full work day, as we both work online.

  • ThisIsBrucifer
Bruce (@ThisIsBrucifer) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@GailBainbridge @EE Seems like you still have 3G though. Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

  • elGumso
Michael Dongworth (@elGumso) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@mssres @simesa @nest @EE @theTunnelBear They must have made some changes regarding blocking, as my Signal Messenger has stopped working over 4G today also...

  • markrs75
Marky Mark* (@markrs75) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.

  • dawna88

  • stepham10
Stephen Hammond (@stepham10) reported from Cookney, Scotland

@EE No. I can’t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesn’t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.

@EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?

  • ulookingatmefu
    DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported

@EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted

  • WorbleGames
    Ben (@WorbleGames) reported

@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

  • TheGrumpasaurus
    The Chumpasaurus (@TheGrumpasaurus) reported

@EE WHERE'S MY BROADBAND? It's been months now and I'm still using your awful 4G hub . You've got until the end of August then I'm leaving. I'll also cancel my phone contract out of shear spite.

  • AFCBUDDY85
    Bodz84 (@AFCBUDDY85) reported

@EE dont worry, i'll just blast your Customer service team on the phone and then look cancel my broadband with you.
