Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

BT have advised me that I need EE to cancel the cancellation order as they want to take over the line, rather than it being disconnected completely. Please help!

But unfortunately it’s not working and allowing me to use its services. I tap that I’ve joined through EE multiple times.

I’m not sure why it’s become so bad, but I live in hope that things will return to normal SOON.
