Stephen Hammond (@stepham10) reported from Cookney, Scotland@EE No. I can’t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesn’t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.
-
Laura Crombie (@lolcrombie) reported from Cove, Scotland@EE Hi EE when I joined for broadband, I was under the impression you would terminate my contract with my old supplier, but that doesn't seem to be the case?
-
Ⓜ️©Noddy 🏴 😷🚔🇪🇺 (@Toytowner) reported from Westhill, Scotland@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

Martin Findlay (@martingfindlay) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

Peter Sangster 💙 (@PeterSangster1) reported from Portlethen, ScotlandReally disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Richard Stokes (@RSSWFC) reported@EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didn’t work!!
-
Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE @WeAreOpenreach since we have had no service since the 14th August why don’t you pull your finger out and sort the issue out!! The client Journey has been a disgrace, lie after lie, I even got told I can’t speak to the cancellation team and I can’t cancel. @Ofcom
-
eekman (@ebuz445) reported@EE you people should be embarrassed for the service you offer. I have had connection issues in my house 3 years now and you have failed to fix it. I have now been told to buy a shelf to elevate the modem which i did and its now even worse. What exactly am I paying for?
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Thought you might like an update- the engineer attended and ran his tests - I was told the test indicated I was getting 350 mb download speed - I said that’s not what I’m signed up to I’m signed up to minimum1.3GB - so not even close - The engineer said I have to contact EE they can sort it from their end - I just felt like laughing at him - so I contacted EE and tests were run I even managed to run a speed test myself - and guess what we got an increased speed of 930 mb/s still way short of what I’m supposed to get - and it was agreed that the fault still existed - fast forward to 17:40 this evening and so get a text saying everything should now be ok - great I thought so I turned off the router and restarted it as I was told to do in the text - and wait for it - what a pile of 💩 it’s not fixed in fact I’m now only getting 850 mb/s - so the fault hast been corrected and I’m once again having to pay for a premium service which is worse than the BT service so was advised to change away from - Once again lie after lie after lie - I want this sorting - I want someone more senior to contact me and explain this whole thing through - and tell me the truth - why am I paying for something I’m not getting !!!!
-

-
Grant Ingrams (@gji1964) reported@EE never had reason to complain but following you failing to turn up to upgrade my broadband you are sending repeated messages that I must return the kit & a list of penalty costs if I don’t.
