  • PeterSangster1
Peter Sangster 💙 (@PeterSangster1) reported from Portlethen, Scotland

Really disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!

  • dawna88
Dawna (@dawna88) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE my internet is not working at all....

  • ThisIsBrucifer
Bruce (@ThisIsBrucifer) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE Hi, still having data issues in the @PandJLive, get full bars 3G and some 4G (which was better than before) but the throughput when there is an event on is sorry to say, Zero. Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

  • stepham10
Stephen Hammond (@stepham10) reported from Cookney, Scotland

@EE Although oddly, my wife can make good calls on her iPhone 7, but my XR is terrible. I have taken it to Apple & it passed all tests.

  • ThisIsBrucifer
Bruce (@ThisIsBrucifer) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@GailBainbridge @EE Seems like you still have 3G though. Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

Robertson78 (@Robertson784) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE The EE network in Aberdeen seem flaky?!? Taking time to load up websites and timing out?!?

  • lolcrombie

@EE Hi EE when I joined for broadband, I was under the impression you would terminate my contract with my old supplier, but that doesn't seem to be the case?

  • martingfindlay
Martin Findlay (@martingfindlay) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

  • Toytowner
    Ⓜ️©Noddy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 😷🚔🇪🇺 (@Toytowner) reported from Westhill, Scotland

Excellent, not. @EE fixed internet down. When do we get 4g mobile hub backup?

  • lolcrombie
Laura Crombie (@lolcrombie) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE Hiya EE, I've tried messaging a few times and I can't get through on the phone. Can someone help me with this?

  • Robertson784
Robertson78 (@Robertson784) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE Over 35 minutes and counting on hold to sort a problem that should be easy on the EE app?!? Already through the music mix at least twice 😴#ee

  • Toytowner
    Ⓜ️©Noddy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 😷🚔🇪🇺 (@Toytowner) reported from Westhill, Scotland

@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

  • Toytowner
    Ⓜ️©Noddy 🇺🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😷🚔 (@Toytowner) reported from Westhill, Scotland

.@EE broadband down in Aberdeenshire again. 2nd night. My EE mobile data getting hammered. Router reset has not solved issue. #EEdown

  • mowgli1977z

  • markrs75
Marky Mark* (@markrs75) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.

  • Robertson784
Robertson78 (@Robertson784) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE How hard is to cancel phone insurance/flex pay?? Already phoned you twice to cancel it?? But it's still there?

  • Toytowner
    Ⓜ️©Noddy 🇺🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😷🚔 (@Toytowner) reported from Westhill, Scotland

  • pippaliciousj
    Pippa Jones (@pippaliciousj) reported

Turns out my cleaner has the same network that everyone who's had phone issues in my town has had: @EE . At least my network is fine.

  • shardcreek
    Caecilius (@shardcreek) reported

Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

  • manchesterdub
    The Manchester Dub (@manchesterdub) reported

@EE @GoogleUK I have a warranty screen repair to boom in on my Pixel. I've been directed to Trafford Centre store by Google but I just get cut off when I call. Can you help?

  • Oradaman
    Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported

@EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.

  • crazyzombienerd
    tiki (@crazyzombienerd) reported

@EE What is wrong with your network in EN8 area?

  • mr_ed_peters
    Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

  • Peter_POSH
    Peter (@Peter_POSH) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE I live in the countryside and my phone signal is crap. But you can still ring 999 without a signal as it searches all networks possible to make a connection.

  • psmcg76
    Paul McGee (@psmcg76) reported

@EE @sophie_reed98 As an ex customer for several years, this is not true. You never once done it with me. I left paying around double what you offer new customers.

  • Marcus_91_
    Marcus (@Marcus_91_) reported

@Amy_90_x @EE FFS that is ridiculous 😑😑 You can never be too sure nowadays with all the scam callers 🤬🤬 Tbh i don't get many anymore but I don't answer any calls unless it's a number I have saved in my phone

  • apr9999
    Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported

@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
