@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

Hey @EE how difficult do you have to make it to upgrade? The website doesn’t work, the store doesn’t have the phone I want and they can’t order it… maybe it’s time to move network.

@EE hello, I looked on the app and the Community and find our local mast is down perhaps for another week. Can you advise of compensation as we use mobile for our calls and it's expensive using the landline.
