Hey @EE how difficult do you have to make it to upgrade? The website doesn’t work, the store doesn’t have the phone I want and they can’t order it… maybe it’s time to move network.

@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

@EE Hiya EE. I tried DMing last night but trying again as I think I need to resolve this urgently. BT have advised me that I need EE to cancel the cancellation order as they want to take over the line, rather than it being disconnected completely. Please help!

@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

My theory on @EE #EEDown Facebook had a major outage. People kept re-trying to load Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. That sent a lot of DNS requests to EE, and they couldn't keep up. So EE's DNS server just went "nope" and died.
