@JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.

@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

@EE Hiya EE. I tried DMing last night but trying again as I think I need to resolve this urgently. BT have advised me that I need EE to cancel the cancellation order as they want to take over the line, rather than it being disconnected completely. Please help!

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

Well @EE is the worst network out there. Their customer service is appalling - using lots of technical language no one understands, not being clear on what needs to be done, and contradicting themselves. Brutal

@EE I just ran ofcoms mobile checker app. The only provider that ISNT green for voice calls is yours! Why wont you release me from my contract ? Where is the “ excellent customer service” you promise to deliver ? Calls last seconds …. !

@EE are an absolute joke. I pay close to £500 a month for my business contracts and for a while my signal has been rubbish when on the phone to clients. Turns out their network has been down along the north wales coast since SEPTEMBER 🙃
