Stephen Hammond (@stepham10) reported from Cookney, Scotland@EE No. I can’t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesn’t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.

Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

Ive not had this phone a year, i dont do anything abnormal and its down to 86%, ive spent hrs on phone with EE and noone wants to fix the fact that youve sold me a product which isnt fit for purpose. 2/2

Robgriff (@robgriff) reported@mobile_mag @EE @bt_uk We had Fibre installed by BT to the poles on our lane in 2017. It was never connected, such a a waste of money. Now being replaced but stopping at the property before us 300m away. Infuriating. Stuck on 4G broadband but signal is appalling even with cantenna.
