    @EE No. I canโ€™t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesnโ€™t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.

    Hey @EE, it's been 24 hours since our broadband cut out due to an "external fault". One of your colleagues told me to 'wait and see'. Both my partner and I have missed a full work day, as we both work online.

    @EE Although oddly, my wife can make good calls on her iPhone 7, but my XR is terrible. I have taken it to Apple & it passed all tests.

    Really disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely itโ€™s then about how you rectify things !!!

    @EE Hiya EE. I tried DMing last night but trying again as I think I need to resolve this urgently. BT have advised me that I need EE to cancel the cancellation order as they want to take over the line, rather than it being disconnected completely. Please help!

    @EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasnโ€™t the right person. โ€œTry this numberโ€ฆโ€. Anyway if the online firm works, Iโ€™m sorted, but hours of my lifeโ€ฆ.

    @EE Hi, still having data issues in the @PandJLive, get full bars 3G and some 4G (which was better than before) but the throughput when there is an event on is sorry to say, Zero. Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

    Gotta love he @EE complaints process... they **** up, they ask you to wait 8 days for them to respond, but their communications say they'll close the complaint if they don't hear from you within 7 days!! Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!

    @Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted Iโ€™d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were โ€œlostโ€ and they matched the original offer.

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! Itโ€™s really the worst tv package Iโ€™ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I donโ€™t. You canโ€™t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
