Really disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!

@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

@EE Why should I have to waste time in a queue calling for you inadequacy? Your engineer turned up on Monday and luckily my other half could get home to meet him. The week before you came on the Wednesday when it was booked for Thursday and never told us so we missed apt spot
