    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

    @iangould1968 @EE There should be a retention scheme will all network providers. The longer you've been there, the higher the % of discount you receive, up to a maximum set % of course. Say 12/15%.

    @EE Please help, I placed order xko282056372 on 24th Nov. I have received a confirmation email but nothing since. The phone is an xmas present i need to know delivery timescale please. I cant get thru on phone, live chat doesnt work and cant find an email address. Can anyone help??
