Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Gem🧣 (@gems_endgame) reported@EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.
