    @EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

    @EE Hi, still having data issues in the @PandJLive, get full bars 3G and some 4G (which was better than before) but the throughput when there is an event on is sorry to say, Zero. Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

    @GailBainbridge @EE Seems like you still have 3G though. Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE BT encourage me to join EE with a exclusive deal encourage me to port my number. Great however no mention there was an unlimited data deal and sell me 100GB immediately called BT to change they said its with EE then get sent back to BT. Told now have to cancel. Joke.

    @EE why is it that it’s so hard to switch e-sim from one Apple Watch to another? Spoken to 2 people and each time it hasn’t worked. Would be great if you could make this a self-service rather then making people call and wait for a hour each time.

    @EE I've spoken with several advisers since that last tweet and today I cancel my order for the Pro Max as I was told it could be another 14 days!! So instead I swapped it for the Pro 512 Deep purple and it's arriving Monday

    @NS1878NO @EE Count yourself lucky you aren’t trying to cancel - they all make it impossible. I’d tweet them & ask, they normally all have someone who will at least respond to you even if they don’t help. Might be a start?
