Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

Can extra capacity be looked at, as it is important that locations like this just work. @MarcAllera

You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?
