Up here O2 failed to look for an alternative site for a mast in the city centre the building was being demolished (received a years notice). It caused an over load of all the surrounding masts leading to no data/poor reception for 6 months.

I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Still not responded to my complaint about this and your previous response on here was also dreadful. UK’s best mobile network? Absolutely unbelievable!
