Really disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!

@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Hey @EE, it's been 24 hours since our broadband cut out due to an "external fault". One of your colleagues told me to 'wait and see'. Both my partner and I have missed a full work day, as we both work online.

@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I was at Wembley on Saturday saw EE sponsored them so though I would get access to Wi-Fi as I’m a customer, I was wrong no access to Wi-Fi so why not ?

@EE could someone please get in touch with me asap? I trying to sort out my dads phone and have now been blocked from calling 150. My dad has extremely limited mobility and capacity for various reasons. This is terrible service, do not recommend @EE for anything

@EE @EE So the signal box is being switched off around 30th June 2022. That's the only signal we have with our three phones. Admittedly one spot in the house where we can get a signal if we hang out of the window. Take it I can switch networks without contract penalties.

@EE I’ve just had a “Great News we’ve updated some of your network settings, please restart your phone to make sure it’s up to date” text from an unknown number. Is this from you? I’m not taking any actions related to texts from unknown sources.
