@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Hi, just transferred to you from BT on their recommendation. Barely any signal on my new SIM and according to your help info I have to phone you. I can't phone with such little signal. If this is standard I am not happy with the service.

09:00 this morning - text from @EE confirming my number has transferred to my new EE plan. 10:53 - email from EE saying 'your prices are changing' One hour and fifty-three minutes on a mobile network before they increase their prices... really??!
