ษฎสสึษจษ (@brypie04) reported from Tarves, Scotland@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Kate (@kitkat_wba) reportedActually impossible to speak to @EE. An hour and 15 min wait is a joke. Won't even let me sign in online because the account was set up wrong. Guess just stick with broadband that keeps dropping out. May be best to switch.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.
-
Jo Oliver ๐๐ฌ๐ง (@BagFleaBag) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldnโt work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.
-
Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported@EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.
-
VisionsofGold (@VisionsofGold) reportedSo @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
-
cliff cook (@cliffc100) reported@TheDealEnvoy @EE This applys to anyone from any company or organisation that sends you a one time passcode the genuine company will never ask for this code anyone doing is a scammer trying to access your account

EVEngineer (@TheEvEngineer) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE Like @gigaclear ยฃ46 for me a customer of 3 years and new customers ยฃ19 for a faster service. Should be illegal

Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company ๐
