    @EE There is literally no point all you recommend to do is use wifi calling. I’ve called about it so many times, there seems to be no issues but when I can’t make a phone call inside anywhere unless I have wifi clearly shows there is

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

    @EE I did eventually get through to a person a @EE by 150 & clicking on a link - up grading my plan, as you link, as you will know to get through to customer service just takes you on a constant loop back & forth to the beginning = 150. It is obvious that you as a company ..

    @KatiesDisorder @EE Will try them again, used to get a poor signal indoors with them before as it's the O2 network. Hopefully, it's improved.

    @karen_amanda94 @EE I’ve had the same number since I was 16 with orange/EE, the level of contempt 14.4% tells us they have for customers is awful. Loyalty very much lost!

    @EE @cromptoncasting Ok, Russ, but how come the network is getting worse? @EE is clearly taking advantage of the crisis by rising these prices, yet the network is getting worse by the day... #appalling

    @EE EE has admitted that an error was made by EE which cost me over £80. EE refuses to reimburse me for these losses despite me being a long standing customer. EE explicitly admitted that it cannot be trusted to bill me correctly and that I will be liable to pay costs incurred
