@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE There is no DM to send. You know your coverage is poor on HS1, not a single webpage would load. Compared to other high speed lines in Europe that’s inexcusable.

I was asked yesterday why i got a new contract while my area is poor for connection .. my reply was LOYALTY, RESPECT and also going by whats been advertised as the BEST NETWORK, so my question to @EE if you know it's poor connection why are selling your products for that area
