@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE So the only telephone number in existence for someone to call is the customer services team, who can't do anything to help me? I've tried calling them, facebook message, email, online chat, and now reactivated twitter to speak to you. I am despairing please help me.

I’ve paid £500 for another years contract that I knew nothing about - because it is classed as a rolling contract? I was never notified about it coming to an end last year / given options. Is there anything I can do? Any help or advice welcome. @MoneySavingExp @EE

@lbp__x @MoneySavingExp @EE Laura EE are con artists... I’ve been paying £112 for a phone contract for the past 2 years. That was never my agreement in store but somehow they conned me into it with their sneaky wording and small print. Cancel and change provider as soon as!
