    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE my router has stopped working, nightmare when working from home. Tried calling and online chat and both give message saying no one there to help!

    Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

    Now in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldn’t need to keep calling) 😡

    So had an email from @EE saying my TNT Sport is going up to £25pm, message us to cancel the sub. Messaged and they say it will cost £20pm if I want it again! So seems cheaper to cancel and resubscribe! How does that benifit loyal customers? @MartinSLewis @moneysavingexp

    @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

    @EE Told @EE we want to leave and cancel direct debit, threatened with debt collectors as we are in a 'contract'. Sorry, @EE are the only ones not fulfilling their end of the contract!

    @EE Pathetic customer service. Trying to cancel a contract. Cant do it in store. Over the phone you keep hanging up. Online - this service isnt working.
