@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Hi, the issue did disappear after around 20 hours. However, after another flight yesterday the speakers are now not working again. Let me know how I get a replacement device please?

@DaveMGallagher @EE The call centre is now owned by BT. We have had a nightmare with them signed over to BT wifi for them only to merge a week later. Gone to cancel with EE and they keep sending us bills. Whilst also sending us Bt bills.

@EE I am having problems with my EE mobile WiFi box. It turns on ( all 4 lights showing) but then does not go through the sequence of going off and on again. This started Saturday and still not corrected. I did have data on this device so that not the reason.

@LivWojniak @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
