@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE I’ve done that on a weekly basis but no resolution and no feedback as to when it will get fixed. I’d like a refund or termination of contract please.

@EE Hi there. I've lost my mobile data connection since updating to ios 15.1. Have tried rebooting and resetting network connections but no change. WiFi is fine. Are you able to help at all?
