  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @suzycoos @redpillb0t @EE I could tell you horror stories about comcast cable. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.

  @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently I’ve got no data no calls or texts either and I’m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so there’s defo issues lol

  @EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮

  @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

  @EE @LasallianSean What really annoys me is that if you want to buy something, few online clicks and sorted. If you want to cancel, you have to telephone, wait, listen to their grovelling nonsense, talk to a human. Just make things easy for everyone

  I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so

  @EE Absolutely awful service, left tonight without internet and told the issue might not be resolved until 17:30 tomorrow. Most reliable broadband…what a joke!

  Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?
