@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE The WiFi completely switched off and a pressed trouble shoot on my laptop and it said to contact the service provider as there is a problem with the router

@EE Do you provide "Proof of SIM SWAP" and YES how long it takes? If not, obviously @brightstar are doing shady stuff here (could be only me or they treat their customers the same ****** way) and they will be investigated soon.

@EE Yes. I was with EE for 18 months then EE helped me switch to BT. BT told EE to cut us off as our internet was starting but it wasn't as they were having problems with the fttp connection. They admitted fault but have given me a huge runaround since

Getting the run around by @EE at the minute. Their Perks service is failing to register my account and has even deactivated the process for my work email. Yes I am eligible for it. And I renewed my long standing contract with them to get the Perks. Thanks a lot.

@EE @FA @wembleystadium Don’t use the company, spoke to an agent yesterday about my broken phone agreed £87 for a termination of contract, bought a new phone and tried to terminate today they’ve increased it to £106.99

@EE would you be happy paying for a device that doesn't work? Well Im not Im sick of being fobbed off by 150 and in store There are only so many times resetting my device is going to sit with me More than happy to take my business elsewhere because the service so far is shocking
