I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

They’ve run diagnostics, router has been restarted and still no service all of last night. So far this morning it’s all working, come this evening I presume I’ll have no service again.
