  • _RobbieRoss Robbie Ross (@_RobbieRoss) reported from Ellon, Scotland

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

  • alexkoh Dr Alex Koh (@alexkoh) reported from Kintore, Scotland

@EE If your price is twice the cost of Three network, what’s the point?

  • brypie04 ɮʀʏքɨɛ (@brypie04) reported from Tarves, Scotland

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • FleabagSilverm1 Hedwig Wendell-Crumb (@FleabagSilverm1) reported

@EE I DID contact EE to say I won't be able to pay for my medication if this price increase is introduced. They told me there was nothing they could do and that my only option was to go to the ombudsman! How is that a solution.

  • goshgurl95 Bethan (@goshgurl95) reported

@FallenShadows82 @EE Problem is the cost of living crisis, at least that's what they'll blame it on becase everyone/thing else is increasing prices they will too. Not saying its right or I agree with it though

  • AngharadSmart Angharad Smart (@AngharadSmart) reported

@EE another issue with gifting data? Is there a problem? This happened last week too.

  • JONCOOK1979 Jon Cook (@JONCOOK1979) reported

@EE bye bye! You think you can just put my bill up by £171.72 per year mid contract and keep my business? No chance @O2 here I come. Disgraceful customer care. #mobilephone #ripoff #ee

  • cromeaticc mtv 🐑 (@cromeaticc) reported

EE you are begs @EE I dnt even use my phone network like that so u can wait til Friday like I have to

  • speedbird261 Brett (@speedbird261) reported

@EE Trust me, there is nothing you can do to fix this, the CPI was enough of a sting but your little extra 3.9% pickpocketing has sealed the deal. Just a little note to add, if there was any little extra leaving fee you’d not be getting that either.

  • chris_soup75 Chris campbell (@chris_soup75) reported

@EE WTF? 14% increase on my contract? £81 extra a year. That’s an obscene abuse of agreed contract. What’s the point of agreeing one when only one party has any say in it. Been with you 20+ years. Really not sure you can count on my loyalty going forward. 😡🤬

  • j300hno Craig Johnson (@j300hno) reported

@FoolsSuffer @EE Your paying for a service they can’t provide your well within your right to stop paying it until it’s sorted

  • qucharski Adrian Kucharski (@qucharski) reported

@EE All I want is decent 4G service. The problem is Thornbury near Bristol expanded rapidly years ago yet mobile coverage is bad outside town centre. I appreciate this can’t be fixed overnight but hundreds of new homes and soon thousands will be built with connectivity still the same

  • MrPonsenby Mr Ponsenby Smythe (@MrPonsenby) reported

@EE What price rise are we meant to expect above the CPI? Where I’ve come from you have to justify rises based on attempts to nail down efficiencies and improve value to your customers. Thank Christ we’re leaving this utter ******** of a country next year. Great.Britain my arse!
