  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it

  @Ofcom Can you point me to the relevant guidance about mobile service prolonged failure @EE has had signal issues for the past 90 days and have offered £0 in compensation, only credited what I would have paid if it was working 😵‍💫😵‍💫

  @EE Five weeks now and I’m still not receiving the service I’m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this “Hi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩

  @EE The only thing worse than "hold music", is hold music chosen by some twenty something experience specialist. You're never gonna please everyone so why not just have some bland background stuff rather than these bloody yodelling trendies?

  @EE @EE Suppose I owed EE loads of money and I said this other person will pay off the debt for me, but they fail to do so? Would you think my debt is their responsibility, or mine? The gift cards are EE's responsibility, not some 3rd party.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
