@EE such disappointing & frankly unacceptable service for full fibre installation. So much for the amazing deal @kevinbacon advertises. Key worker who needs to wfh now with no internet for 24hrs & potentially not fixed till 1-12! Customer service so poor- we’ve done all chasing

@EE my signal in my house is awful. Can you let me know why this is? WiFi calling doesn’t seem to kick in, is this because I technically have one bar of signal?

@EE I am absolutely astounded with the lack of customer service. I have 3 open complaints. Someone needs to contact me quickly as I am absolutely raging. You need to contact me ASAP 😡😡

@EE spent HOURS fixing an issue with my Apple Watch- the reason I have it is in case I collapse while out (health issues). They didn’t even know until after they’d spent most of a day. Not even an EE issue really as they didn’t decide Apple shouldn’t use REAL SIM cards! Awesome.

@EE Asked for a cancellation, they said can't do it, even after shocking service from the start! Signal still crap, can't load apps. Had a message yesterday saying they making improvements will take 4 days!! Said this from the start. Just got worse.
