    @EE my router has stopped working, nightmare when working from home. Tried calling and online chat and both give message saying no one there to help!

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE No. I have a top up card but I've never used it and I don't know how to set it up. It doesn't tell you on the my ee website. My debit card works everywhere except ee

    @EE I upgraded to the s21 ultra in June, I recieved no charger or any form of audio device (headphones) I've been a customer for 4 years

    @Philtaylor04 @EE Having the same issue here, both me and husband having awful issues at the moment. Phoned for support and its no better even though everything should be fine. Contracts up soon will be moving the whole family I should imagine.

    @EE All sorted, it was the package …which has been cancelled. It was through BT. But BT mobile (which I’ve had terrible signal trouble with lately) and EE use the same network …so I’ve moved over to Virgin. Thank you for responding.

    @EE Brilliant customer service (and accent)from Courtney H. based in Newcastle customer services. Just switched over after years over 10 years on @ThreeUK (sorry guys there's just hardly any signal in Neath/Swansea region where EE is full bar). Amazing deal with @bluelightcard
