Hi @EE as a customer of many years standing, overdue an upgrade but not wanting all the usual #upselling rubbish I have to endure everytime... I want to be rewarded with a better phone at no extra cost, on my same monthly package! Feel free to make an offer before I go elsewhere!

@EE, why have I had no/intermittent signal for the last few days in Porth RCT (CF39) Not happy, no warning of an issue and you’ll take my money like nothing has happened. I’m paying for a service, please give it to me or i switch providers when my contract ends.
