@EE Hi Michael, all that does is give me the equivalent of INFO. It does not give me the PAC I need to switch network. I've been on hold to 150 for nearly 20 minutes.

@EE Curiously, not at all via your link, but if I go to the web myself, it works. And it's now sorted, thanks. Bizarre that the app is malfunctioning like that,a known issue?

@EE I had a poor signal for maybe 2 hours and even when it was bad, I still had a solid 3G signal. I was quite fortunate. Back to normal completely now though for me.
