@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE @btsport It would be a shame to leave EE for a better deal I’ve got similar deals from 2 other places but I’d rather not switch numbers or sims but I can’t justify getting less for the same money. Doesn’t make sense if I can’t get the same as a new customer with EE but I can elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK I’ve tweeted you a few times regarding this and it’s getting on my nerves, I am @EE customer and keep getting someone’s Vodafone monthly bill text message, I’ve blocked it every time and still the same each month!

@EE my Wi-Fi is down for the second time in two weeks, yet when I ring customer services I get told the lines are too busy and my call is dropped, with no option to wait in a queue. I need access to the internet to work, please tell me what my next steps should be
