@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Unfortunately still the same issue - rebooted twice. EE seems to have blocked the ability to turn 4G off in Pixel 6 settings. When it does go to 3G (rarely), data works

@EE Please help me. As of last night, I have zero signal and am currently relying on wifi. I changed SIM plan two days ago and has been fine, now I cannot make/receive any calls even at home. I need my phone for work.

@EE hi ee I’m trying to add a new mobile wifi sim card to my account. Im on the on line chat and they cant seem to understand what I’m asking. Ive tired to do it online but my phone is a nano sim and this one micro so can’t receive the text. Can someone help me please.
