@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE I've been with Orange/EE for 20 years or more. Here in Bedfordshire, I had a strong signal for 3 days. Same chair, same spot. Now nothing. I'm standing on the roof to send this. 4G is vastly better in Nepal. You should be embarrassed. Next year, I'll look elsewhere.

End of @O2 contract gave 30 days notice and now my network is buffering alot. Not as the way it was before . Same problem happened with @EE when i gave them 30days notice 2yrs ago.. why do networks do this when someone moves servies?? Very angry

@EE @EnglandFootball That’s all very well but please can you respond to my messages. My husband has been without a working phone for 3 weeks since porting his no. He is using our 11yr olds phone now, leaving her without. Please get in contact. Service is appalling
