@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@MarkFlatley @giffgaff @EE It’s crazy how bad mobile signal is in the UK. I’ve NEVER had a black spot in Thailand, even on ferries crossing the sea. EE served me well last time out. 👍

@EE I need help please. I’m currently abroad and purchased roaming minutes to call the UK. Sadly, I used all my minutes calling the airline (several times) to locate my suitcase… I’m now out of minutes and cannot make ANY calls, my phone just seem to end every call Im making

@EE Thanks bob, having read the T & C’s no where dose it say a customer has to pay for services not rendered? Can you possibly point me to where it dose ??!

@EE appalling service. Despite my partner setting up roaming before leaving the UK, you have again left her with no mobile data while abroad. How do we sort this out?
