    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE Re: this months bill. A suggestion. If you’re going to sell a 2nd phone to a loyal customer, don’t advertise it as FREE if a one off charge, for said phone, is payable & maybe advise your sales dpt to not withhold this info to help close the sale & thus earn commission!!

    @bt_uk hi, had quite a few issues since thinking I got a good deal(via @EE ), today was the date I had for the installation, not a great experience, who can I talk to about this without being on hold?
