-

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@Soxthewavingcat @EE I'm so sorry you experienced this with @EE but they are cold and callous when I frequently asked for assistance in a few issues I was having with the service. I gave up eventually and moved to three!

@Soxthewavingcat @EE I hate EE. They had a bad attitude with me once. I've never gone back. Not to mention the extortionate prices they charge.
-
Katy (@KatherineLeyden) reported
@EE I've been trying to cancel my contract since December and switch to PAYG, and have twice been told it's sorted and I'm today still getting info on my next bill and charges. My contract ended in January, but you continue to charge me the full contract price.
-
Socialist Red Robin (@RobinSocialist) reported
@Soxthewavingcat @EE Well then, I shall be switching provider when my contract ends if this is how you treat vulnerable customers. @EE

@OpenreachHelp @BrunoKalmar @EE I lie- they offered me extra data for my phone. Useless when all I can muster from my Faraday cage of a flat is one bar of H+ signal, good for 0.5-0.8 mbps download

Reginald Thunderbastard Esq 🇫🇷 🇯🇵 (@SatanMcBastard) reported
@Soxthewavingcat @EE I've been having that exact same issue with EOn. Appalling service...
-
Jonathan Legg (@JonathanLegg) reported
Moving to a SIM only mobile deal. Existing @EE Customer. Deal is £20pm for 12 months. Deal is on the basis that the charge increases by 3% in line with inflation at the beginning of March, one month after agreeing deal. Ridiculous. Make a deal, and stick to it.

@EE 4G broadband us absolutely shockingly bad....in Ayrshire
-

@EE 70+ drops since the 15th at least. One lasted just shy of 12hours and with the house connected to the wi-fi left without hot water and heating, (greaty for the disabled resident and child here) multiple failed call backs even from your escalation/customer assist team. What next?

@NornIronRover81 @Soxthewavingcat @EE I've experienced woeful customer service from these in the past, but I was very lucky in that payment wasn't the cause of my call. Still, obvious to see that they've not improved.
