EE Issues Reports Near Harwell, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Harwell and nearby locations:

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@zepzepzepzep_ @VOXI_UK @EE Vodafone customer service is shocking but I figure if I go onto a rolling monthly SIM I can change whenever I like 😬

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

  • GarethDeanPR Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • FMTDC Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Milton, England

@EE @professorgreen @rickedwards1 It wouldn’t be any good trying to make that important call from @EE network.

  • nurburgsteve Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England

@BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?

  • LadyNanBullen Dominique Hamblin (@LadyNanBullen) reported from Uffington, England

@EE hi, there appears to be a problem with very poor/lack of signal in the SN7 area at the moment?

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

Another 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....

  • mattrogers9 Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Didcot, England

@EE I’ve just checked my bill the details I have for security match exactly so I really don’t see the issue

  • nurburgsteve Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England

@EE Hello, I think I upgraded my phone yesterday over the phone but have had no confirmation except the delivery cost being taken can you help me please?

  • RustyBearsMum Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England

  • RustyBearsMum Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England

@EE Your phone system's not fixed yet. My husband's unable to make or receive calls (as at 13.46 in central London). Help!!

  • nurburgsteve Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England

@SameDayCoventry @ShellStationsUK @EE are the worst, a simple upgrade has taken a month and still not sorted!!

  • ddloua Andrea Gray (@ddloua) reported from Abingdon, England

@EE I’m so sick of my crappy signal! For the past month or so- sudden drop outs of signal out of nowhere, constant call failures and loss off 3/4G!

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • uktoday Clive Summerfield #FBPE (@uktoday) reported

@M51Ho @darrengrimes_ @EE I presume you have evidence of collusion between the main mobile companies to support that? Given that so far EE is re-introducing roaming charges, O2 and Three bringing in data caps, and Vodafone is doing nothing it's hard to see where they're colluding to fix prices.

  • _michmash_ michmash🇺🇬 (@_michmash_) reported

My internet over the past couple of days had been super slow :/ @EE

  • Samantha_1991_ Samantha (@Samantha_1991_) reported

@EE is there a problem with signal in Sandown,Isle of Wight?

  • ratboy1980 Martyn rackley (@ratboy1980) reported

  • ConnorJJames Connor (@ConnorJJames) reported

@EE Make you a deal, you answer my 1 question on how to cancel the account without switching, and then I'll answer your 3 questions.

  • SimmyCymru Heyo! (@SimmyCymru) reported

@EE @bryonydixon Load of crap, straight into the fat cat pockets of the shareholders- any opportunity to fleece your customers you’ll take it.

  • mattwright1983 matt wright (@mattwright1983) reported

@EE is honestly one of the worst networks

  • JamesBu11645332 James Burch (@JamesBu11645332) reported

@EE It’s not working at all, is there maintenance going on today?

  • pgr3master Asa (@pgr3master) reported

@Nettwerk @EE No you won’t as WiFi calling is only used when you have poor network coverage and are connected to WiFi also network name would also change to something like “EE wificall” Otherwise your phone if it’s connected to LTE aka 4G would make phone calls using voLTE and its enabled

  • LaVallette Steve Farrugia (@LaVallette) reported

@DenisMacShane @EE @VodafoneUK I agree - but fully expect the others to follow suit in a few months. I blame the people that never considered things like this when they voted for the liars that told them this wouldn’t happen
