  • PeterBa82304711
    Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

  • nanafasante
N9 SZN 🥽 (@nanafasante) reported from Reading, England

    @EE Na the problem persists

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

  • nurburgsteve
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England

@BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?

  • ronnieb2767
ronnie beasley (@ronnieb2767) reported from Thatcham, England

@EE Hi very poor signal in South Thatcham is there a problem

  • rishidwadhwa
wadhwaRD (@rishidwadhwa) reported from Reading, England

I have never had such poor and service from you guys! I’m even past my cooling off period ! And I haven’t got my router swapped! Better to go with @EE or @SkyUK !

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

  • sangyemaitreya
Buddha Maitreya (@sangyemaitreya) reported from Reading, England

@EE EE Georgia is insisting I use DM's but my DM's for everyone else are broken. Even @jack knows this!

  • PeterBa82304711
    Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

  • MonsieurSambers
Jerrie Sambers (@MonsieurSambers) reported from Reading, England

@EE I don’t mind the charges. And yes, a new phone won’t be bad at all.

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

  • ImogenRyan93
Imogen (@ImogenRyan93) reported from Reading, England

Should I just give up and realise my S20 Ultra is never going to arrive 😩 @EE

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

  • GarethDeanPR
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • LeapfrogMark
Dr. Mark Shanahan (@LeapfrogMark) reported from Abingdon, England

Which marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.

  • kqbrain
Khurram Qayam (@kqbrain) reported from Reading, England

Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

  • keatingpatrick
Cllr Patrick Keating 🔶🇺🇦 (@keatingpatrick) reported from Shinfield, England

Shocking pre Christmas service from @EE, failing to deliver a package and then refusing to honour orignal sale price despite their courrier being responsible for failed delivery.

  • FMTDC
Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Milton, England

@EE @professorgreen @rickedwards1 It wouldn’t be any good trying to make that important call from @EE network.

  • RustyBearsMum
Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England

    @EE @Terywall @AndrewRPines Still not working...

  • pali1603
Pali Palajegan (@pali1603) reported from East Hendred, England

    @EE @raphael_blk No network

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • g30r93g
    George Nick Gorzynski (@g30r93g) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE coverage means nothing if signal strength is so abysmal the network becomes unusable

  • scunnyplumbist
    dave mayfield (@scunnyplumbist) reported

@wsmsteve @EE Me too.had BT not a problem.went to EE broadband it’s no where near as good

  • CouncillorLuke
    Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').

  • adamgbrown
    Adam Brown (@adamgbrown) reported

@EE Hi, I need help but unfortunately can't DM you. You have dispatched a router which needs to be stopped. Our property is in legal dispute, spent hours on the app trying to resolve this, but you sent it anyway.

  • BeedleB
    Beedle The Bard (@BeedleB) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Just like me where I live, and ike here I bet you have no problem getting a text message through.

  • Fletchmeister81
    Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported

If you live in Rhyl and are thinking of moving to @EE because of there coverage map saying you get 5g+ dont its not even working yet apparently 99% of Rhyl should get it, you only get 4g and its crap

  • TomTugendhat
    Tom Tugendhat (@TomTugendhat) reported

I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

  • ArthurAssendune
    Arthur Assendune 🇪🇺💙🇺🇦 (@ArthurAssendune) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

  • Fr2962Free
    Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.

  • JasonOw55271825
    Ukobach (@JasonOw55271825) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m not saying immigration is the problem However it is relatively easy for a mobile cell to be overwhelmed by users - how many HMO’s have sprung up there - it’s a genuine problem and the networks usually address it with micro or pico cells
