    @EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

    @EE could you confirm where service is guaranteed. Constant issues with phone since Jan 2022. Unable to answer calls today. Told by your technical advisor service is not guaranteed at home, whilst moving or whilst stationary.

    In Gloucester @EE shop, making an insurance claim on phone. Taken more than 2 hours on the phone SO FAR. First time, they took about 1 hour. Then went through another person. The next person's system crashed. Latest person is reading terms & conditions of policy. Help

    @EE Thank you I understand that! But I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and working in retail myself keeping loyal customers happy and making feel wanted by the company no matter how much money they spend, I think, is very important in retail!

    @EE so been on the phone with connectivity problems 20 minutes, got passed through to level 2(?) line DROPPED! Agent called back so im at the back of the queue again? Its coming to an hour now with zero resolution!
