    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @EE are the most disgusting company ever !! I’ve moved to the US and they are the only company to charge me extortionate amounts !!! 30 years service and tens of thousand spent with them for personal and business mean nothing !!! Loyalty means nothing to this company

    Well here I am using WiFi calling via iPhone and Whats App. My phone is on airplane mode and only using the WiFi supplied via satellite. Yet @EE has the audacity to tell me that it has gone through their network and charging me roaming charges. This while i am at sea with no GSM!

    @cedric08026845 @EE I had enough. Spoken to lots of different people at EE, some nice and some rude. My bill is generally £130 a month and I have been with EE for many years. They tried to offer £50 back from the £200 but I let them keep it if the small amount of profit is so important to them.

    @EE Terrible customer experience with @ee. Have been waiting over (4 weeks) for my phone with no support from customer services. They have collected payment 1st March then act like I’m at fault. Shame on you EE #poorcustomerservice Vicki & Simon Plymouth Call Centre @MarcAllera
