@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

@EE Tried that - I have to work so I can pay my debts, not hang on the phone for over an hour! You clearly need more operators or a better call centre. I made 2 calls on Friday waiting for 1/2 hour each time before having to hang up. The contact details on your website don’t help!

@EE Perhaps that was the problem , I can usually get 4G in town but there’s a blank spot close to your mast to be able to use Ringo and Apple Pay in Faversham central car park I have to be a long way from the mast

@patmcfaddenmp Pat, you really also need to start dealing with corporations that have no idea about LPA’s for the elderley. Companies like @EE and @bt_uk are *awful*. The LPAs are electronic, but still need to see paper copies in branch. Utterly, repeatedly incompetent.

@EE No signal at SY15 6TJ. Used to be ok, but recently it's not working. Now the network coverage says I should no longer get a signal. 5G 'improvements'. Cheers.
