@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • rishidwadhwa wadhwaRD (@rishidwadhwa) reported from Reading, England

I have never had such poor and service from you guys! I’m even past my cooling off period ! And I haven’t got my router swapped! Better to go with @EE or @SkyUK !

  • Karenbayfield Karen Bayfield (@Karenbayfield) reported

Yay moving to @BT via @EE hope i get better internet speed than #TalkTalk (paid for fast fibre and get half service only to be advised I can pay for engineer or pay for new router yeah right - bye bye after over 15 years!). Should get refund for paying for service didn’t get!

  • dustmotes dustmotes (@dustmotes) reported

@EE I have been checking the EE Admin Hub page, and it goes to 'No Service' then connects after a short time. It happens quite regularly now

@EE when will I'm actually be able to see my bill? Been broken for ages now and still not received my paper copy! Next step will be cancelling my DD considering you are unable to bill me properly.

  • philsowton Phil Sowton (@philsowton) reported

  • Zacrh1no Zacrh1no (@Zacrh1no) reported

@EE I'm Starting to lose my mind with this company! Problems getting the internet installed and now your over charging me! The cheek is unreal if this was sky or bt or any other company they would be doing anything to keep me after the mistakes yet ee is doing the opposite!

  • RobertBBrain Robert In-Dawes (@RobertBBrain) reported

@StephenConstab7 @EE It isn’t really about the money - but thanks for either painting me as miserly or publicly stating ‘it’s only £2’ so if it was a big deal to me, I wouldn’t want to publicly admit it - it was more about the poor comms and explanation in the original message.

  • heatingsheff DC Heating (@heatingsheff) reported

@EE I appreciate that phil, but to charge £7 a month to a customer who has been with you since it was 'orange' is an absolute travesty. Especially with me spending over £250 a month through you

  • Darth_Andy MetalHead (@Darth_Andy) reported

@EE I was miss sold a data plan on my galaxy watch a while back, how do I go about cancelling it? As I never use the data on my watch
