@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

@O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.

@EE I’m looking to setup mobile broadband in a caravan and the area checker says ‘You'll get excellent coverage indoors and outdoors on 4G-enabled devices.’ If I bought the 4G router with unlimited plan and it didn’t receive a good signal what’s the return policy?

@EE I just spoke to the most unhelpful guy at your call centre, I would tell you his name but he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me! I queried the extortionate upgrade price that I have to pay and he did nothing to help, only encouraged me to leave EE!
