@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

@EE most horrendous customer service. Empty promises. Getting passed around. No signal for months on end. On livechat for 6hours & they still get it wrong. Followed up over the phone and another session on live chat with a promise and what a surprise they still can’t do their job

@EE it would be great to not be constantly harassed by your cold calling network ringing me all the time. I’ve no interest in switching or your services, and by the looks at some of the comments it would be best if you return some of your customers calls.
