@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

@EE can you please explain how long the issues of no Wi-Fi is going to last in HD3. As like many I work from home and not having any WI-FI just isn’t good enough. Before you ask I have already sent you a message and had zero reply so far the customer service is at a all time low.

@SophieJasminee_ @EE I'd imagine it's to encourage people to buy the iPhone 14. From what I hear, sales have been poor so far. Apple need that unit to sell. With the economy I can see them struggling.
