Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Thatcham and nearby locations:

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

  • ronnieb2767 ronnie beasley (@ronnieb2767) reported from Thatcham, England

@EE Hi very poor signal in South Thatcham is there a problem

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

Another 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....

  • iainlaw Iain Law (@iainlaw) reported from Basingstoke, England

@TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

  • GarethDeanPR Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

@EE network is painfully slow with no signal can’t event make calls

@EE I have no signal. Problem since at least yesterday.

  • Methanoid James (@Methanoid) reported

@EE Its ironic that I need to complain to you that a complaint I raised 5 days ago online has yet to receive a response... Best network? Maybe. Best service? Nope

  • andydurant Andy Durant (@andydurant) reported

@EE looking to renew a sim-only contract, but all your deals are really expensive compared to other providers. I've been a customer for ages, can you do any better? I've DM'd more details.

  • walker_markB B (@walker_markB) reported

@EE why are me and my wife paying for a service that doesn’t work in Beverley? I can’t ring and speak to my pregnant wife when I am out with my son? My messages aren’t sending straight way? She can’t rely on her phone to ring in an emergency and yet we are £66 each month. #ee

  • skajme2 Bim. (@skajme2) reported

Ordered a #Pixel6 direct from Google. **** @ee the robbin *****! £41 a month for a 1gb data contract, I've been with them since the 90's when they were T-Mobile! The phone sim free is only £24 a month aswell hahahahahhaha. Actually should be ashamed of themselves
