@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

@EE have a cheek to be increasing my bills when the service has been shocking 😡 I’m absolutely #scunnered at everything getting more expensive and not getting what I’m paying for, especially when I’m not getting paid any more 😡 #FML

@EE don’t provide valid services to PAYG users, but charge them more. Cue a ‘sorry you feel that way’ fob off & demand for DM, which EE never read & my being blocked from Twitter.

Just wanted to let @EE know that this number 020 3695 6428 is calling your customers and pretending to be Your organisation. They were Asking for key details about customer accounts. Email address. Password etc. when I asked them what my name was. They hung up.

@hwallop @EE I'm moving from Three and made a stupid mistake in my order. Called them and the customer service agent was LOVELY and fixed it all for me, as well as telling me more about the process. First impressions are very positive! Phoning Three before almost broke my spirit.

As Twitter is mostly for moaning, I thought it only fair to say that the service I've just got from @EE was really quite good. Not only did they answer their phone immediately (I know!), I got a discount on renewing my contract "for being a loyal customer for 21 years"
