    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    @EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

    @SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

    @EE renewal time and want to keep plan but upgrade iphone to latest model. chat with your team and told I need more expensive plan as well. Checked Uswitch and can get phone and plan cheaper with 3rd party on your network. Strange, maybe saying goodbye.

    @EE what a shocking service. Have been a loyal customer for 10 years and now been unable to use my phone at home or in the town I live for a month. But I still have to pay full cost of my monthly bill for a service I can't use. #REFUND

    @EE Thanks Olivia, shame, i really like the network and just wanted to stay with you and update phone. not sure how you can be undercut by 3rd parties on your own network. Sorry I am a bit thick in this area.
