If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

Just switched away from @EE where I have been a customer for years to go to @O2 - cheaper sim only contract and EU roaming still included. Companies like @EE should be ashamed for ripping off Brits who travel just because there isn’t a legal ban anymore.

@EE data has been painfully slow all day. Can send whatsapp and imessage texts bu twitter isn’t loading at all and snapchat is glitching but everything works fine on WIFI. My twitter notifications are coming through on data but when i open them the app doesn’t load at all

@EE what the hell is going on with the network in the Crewe area? For the last two nights whilst out walking the dogs I can’t stream anymore than two minutes radio or music without losing connection. Normally no issues whatsoever!

@EE is one of the biggest tech based companies in the country and yet their website is the worst ******* thing I've ever been on. Never works. Always down. Glitches out constantly. Wankers
