How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I havenโt had any updates, emails or texts.

Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window

Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices โ for nearly a MONTH.

I canโt get to the website. Password not recognised. Canโt change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.
