If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

@EE To head office. Upgrade would then be cancelled told I had to do it all again. I asked to re deliver to my home address but this wasn’t an option. Wasted time and money. EE customer for over 10 years also. Very frustrating

@MarcAllera @EE Hi, we have no phone signal and can’t get fibre but the box is 0.3 miles away, across our land, could we get an underground line put in to that cabinet instead of the cabinet we’re on? EE won’t help us

@EE Hello, Are EE able to process insurance claims today? Tried doing it online on Sun and Tues, but did not work. Also waited 30+ mins on Sun, only to be told the 'system' is down
