    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    Another 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

    @EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @EE Hi guys, this doesnโ€™t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I havenโ€™t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

    Itโ€™s crazy that a company such as @EE employ people who clearly arenโ€™t bothered about their customer base. Imagine being told something and lied to, ignored and made to feel like nothing ok a call when I was trying to stay with them. Laughable !!!!!

    14 years with @EE and this is how Iโ€™m treated? Agreed to an upgrade, got written confirmationโ€”then they put my order โ€œon holdโ€ and tried to upsell me or push Flex Pay. Now they wonโ€™t honour the deal. Unethical. Misleading. Complaint raised. #EE #ConsumerRights #BreachOfContract

    @EE please could you sort out the billing area of your website and phone app, neither work and as you have been mischarging me for a long time I have no way of checking if you have rectified the problem. Been trying for weeks.

    @EE Sadly 2 hours of phone calls to be told that all of this was unnecessary as the hub has a hardware fault (told them this at beginning) and to take it to store. We are now up to 10 days with no hub - terrible service from all except Plymouth

    @EE I called last Tuesday 8 July asked for a manager to call me, complaint was logged - yesterday as heard nothing called again and lady that was supposed to assist kept giggling on mute ! So I said Iโ€™m ending this call due to above and please get manager to call .still waiting!

    @EE Your call centre wait times are a joke! I have been on hold for 40 minutes and it is impossible to get through (plus it is annoying that you are always changing your options). Very poor customer service! ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @EE This is appalling; your 15 minute call-back service has just passed half an hour! The guy in your Sutton branch shop said one of the apps had a virus causing my phone to not swipe up but having deleted many it's still a problem!
