@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

@EE hi, EE service in Royston Herts is totally down. No mobile data, no calls, nothing. Website is saying service good but clearly not. Let’s hope I don’t have an emergency where I need to contact someone

Been on the phone for an HOUR trying to get to the bottom of duplicate direct debit charges from @EE that have been coming out of my account since February – the same time that they completely ****** up my change-of-address and took four weeks to fix it Crooks, or just idiots?

I wonder if anyone has ever managed to get the speedtest to work on the @EE app because I NEVER have and its annoying that a basic function on the app never works, shoddy EE very shoddy indeed !!!

@EE So, all in, I've spent the equivalent of two working days on the phone – only to learn four months later that the original issue was never fully resolved, and your incompetent systems have cost me £159. Gonna chuck in the equivalent of two days' wages for so much wasted time?
