If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

Another 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....

@OpenreachHelp @EE @BTgroup It’s Openreach and EE that are most at fault here and only Openreach who can now fix this mess. Typical Openreach sloping shoulders, hiding behind process and SLAs rather than fixing your own mistakes.

@EE Bill is now over £10 more that is was when I signed up 15 months ago! How can you do this to people with everything else going up in cost,I will never sign a contact with EE again! Your sales colleagues over the phone failed to mention any of this! Just took my money and ran!

@EE Thanks, Naz. I didn't really want help - just the chance to vent in a way that wasn't screaming into a cushion! It's a persistent issue - the connection randomly drops out at intervals over a 24 hour period, then it behaves itself for a week or so.

@EE debited me twice for my phone upgrade… and have failed to process my upgrade today. The message support was not able to help. App still offering to upgrade me. Prove to me you aren’t completely useless by sorting this out!!!

@EE Yesterday I had the best, most professional, efficient & personable service I've received in a phone shop in many years. After hugely disappointing recent experiences in O2 Shop, Three + Vodafone visiting the EE Shop was a world apart. Where is best to feed that back? Here?
