How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I havenโt had any updates, emails or texts.

Sheila (@MrsLScotland) reported@EE This was useless went into a text loop with a diagnostic BOT ๐ณ, I say itโs the actual phones (instruments) are disconnected. BOT says your line is working well whatโs the problem I repeat the answer the BOT repeats the question. On and on and on .. help please

I was with BT but they couldnโt offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but itโs been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a ยฃ600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for ยฃ100. EE is a sewer.
