@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

@mtnsofscotland @EE @Ofcom You would need to raise a complaint with OfCom for them to investigate the poor speeds but with regards to the service being down they will only refund if it’s not sorted with 24 hours of it first being reported to them

@Connor_Gardner1 @EE Yes, EE does experience issues looks other companies. What makes them incompetent is that they don't have anyone that's about to deal with it. People work from home though the night, have uni/college assignments to upload etc etc

Indications are @EE broadband is down nationwide since ~0120 today. Any chance of an update? No indication on your website things are broken, but they do seem to be, for some hours, for most of your users...
