    @EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

    @BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didnโ€™t get that far can you help please ?

    Another 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....

    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

    @EE Hi guys, this doesnโ€™t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I havenโ€™t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you canโ€™t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    @EE tried that - both on phone & online through app. Canโ€™t make complaint as donโ€™t seem to have an account set up for my Broadband. Been an EE customer for many years. I have full details of call on 1 July when I ordered broadband including full name of call handler but EE no help
