    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @EE Struggling to WFH today in NW Wales because there is a service limitation on your mast due to a fault that occurred last year that you won't fix (your words). When tourists visit our area, many of us are left with speeds often under 1mb. Please can you fix it? It's 2022...

    @EE Um. This was an "up front fee" before they even sent it off to have the minor damage quoted for... They wanted £630 up front and then probably £200 to repair the damage. I was prepared to pay the £200 since I broke it!!

    @EE I'm currently in the US, my phone hasn't connected to a network. Roaming is enabled on phone (Pixel 3a) and in my account. Please help, it's been this way for days and I've tried everything.

    @EE Busy day at work kind of day. I just changed over to it on my smart benefit but I think I've had it for a trial period on my number before which is why I think I'm having the issue.

    I've been out of country and now need to make local calls but can't @EE Did support team press the wrong button earlier in the month and deactivate my number rather than refund the data pack that wouldn't work abroad?
