@BarbaraRich_law @EE Unfortunately, the people here won’t be able to get it to the right place, plus as I say, it’s a wider strategic effort to reduce network abuse. We just have to live with it in practice. Here in the US, it's even worse, despite interoperability between carriers to ‘certify’ calls

@EE hello, every time I make a call, it cuts out within the first minute. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not I have signal, it just cuts regardless. It's especially frustrating as I am trying to run a business and client calls keep getting disconnected!

So after Donna from Wexford @EE putting me in hold over 40 minutes ago, she has now ended the call 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 💩 EE customer service!!! Did you get you customer service certificates from your christmas crackers?? 😡
