    @EE You have totally missed the point. I have already spoken to BT and the best deal available to me does not include the deal available to a new EE customer.

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @BritishTelecom Can you explain why new customer @EE broadband rates are not available to existing BT customers. I thought that sort of sharp practice had been banned. @MartinSLewis

    I got the iPhone Air. Had to swap to pay monthly for eSIM only, 50p cheaper. But the eSIM didn't hop over. So now I have no phone line. Fraud prevention due to one fail. Modern tech eh? @EE

    @EE android app is still down. Website keeps taking you to the app and the app doesn't work. Put your prices up by extortionate amounts and nothing works #ripoff prices.

    @EE disgusting I have mobile, tablet, internet and tv with you yet can not access it. No one replies to DMs yet you continue to be happy to take payment from my account! Maybe itโ€™s time I cancel direct debt letโ€™s see how long it takes someone to reply then!!!

    @EE is there an ongoing signal problem? I've got 'emergency calls only' showing on my phone. I have restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off.

    @bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for โ€œpremium WiFiโ€ and itโ€™s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say itโ€™s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?

    @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

    Thatโ€™s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee
