@MarinaPurkiss @EE This is interesting Marina. I was abroad earlier this year and used local esims and physical sims. EE are saying chargeable calls were made despite setting the phone to the local sim/esim. Over the past 18 mths the tech side has really deteriorated as has their customer service.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I met an elderly lady in McDonalds and ended up talking about her mobile and internet. She was being charged £70 a month and had no clue why. This is something that seriously needs looked into. That poor woman. I tried my best. It was also EE she was with.
