Was paying ยฃ118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.

Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time off on was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August Iโm being charged for TNT sports which I still canโt access - so donโt tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a ๐ฉ

Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and itโs not just the signal! Itโs just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. Iโd say you guys are in big trouble!

Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!
