@EE have thrown their customers under the bus. 14% increase in price to be “in line with the CPI” which is sitting at around 10%. So why the extra 4% when interest rates have risen? Stinking company. You’ve lost a customer.

Does my service improve? No. Do I still have to wait an hour to get through to customer service? Yes. @EE should be ashamed of themselves. As should every other organisation increasing their prices. And Ofcom for allowing it to happen. A shambles.

Advise to all, don’t get a contract with @EE charging me a ******* arm and a leg and it’s bloody impossible to get through to customer service
