    @EE You have totally missed the point. I have already spoken to BT and the best deal available to me does not include the deal available to a new EE customer.

    @EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who weโ€™re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?

    @madebygoogle @EE when will there be a fix for the WiFi connection issues between the EE routers and certain Pixel phones. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.

    @EE Iโ€™ve got an delivery today the chat bot is being zero help keeps saying something about 24 hours but itโ€™s on its way DPD looks like even though I put home delivery itโ€™s being sent else where all together and now itโ€™s giving me an headache and I donโ€™t now what too do

    @EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

    @bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? ๐Ÿง What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? ๐Ÿคจ
