@TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

@EE and @MarcAllera so another day goes by and #EE still hasn't resolved the problem. I am still waiting for my call that was promised by 15:00 last Thursday. Great way to treat a customer that has been with Orange/EE for 20 years!

@EE If I go to the park to eat my sandwich in peace, I won't get jealous about a poxy network deal from EE. Eating, breathing fresh air and watching life is more enjoyable than a stupid phone. Get a life phone drones!

@EE Passed 7 weeks I tried countless times to contact you through 'Let's Chat' on your website. I've been billed twice as much as the initially agreed amount. Even though I am not in my flat !!! I REQUESTED TO CANCEL BEFORE. YOU DON'T LEAVE ME ANY OTHER OPTION THAN CANCELLING MY DD.

@EE @oppo Vodaphone have much better deals and service for Oppo phones. EE are a money hungry company who don't give a damn about their customers. Look at other networks, I completely regret being manipulated into extending my contract. The worst Network in the UK!

@EE Currently been waiting 36 mins for an advisor to answer.... must say, by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had to deal with... and I deal with @VodafoneUK regularly.

@EE Been 4G Broadband with you since December 2020 & until now it’s been great. Since 6th March the signal has dropped - called to report but told no issues & really struggling to work from home now #help #eebroadband

@EE This is correct. Since starting the contract I have had nothing but poor service.Each time to be told it’s a mast problem near me.... Now I am finding out this has never been the problem,and infact it’s just a terrible reception area.
