Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

@ThePollitt Had mine three week’s ago… …where are all my upgrades! @ee can’t give me any friggin’ signal at home. Their broadband is 💩!!

The 150 ladies were great. The web chat were confusing, contradictory, WRONG and worse, told me the problem was MY fault. I get that faults can be difficult to find and resolve but how hard is it to put a banner or popup on myEE site admitting to the issue @EE ?

Hey @EE why aren't you telling your PAYG customers that there's an ongoing issue with the web site and app which make it appear that they have no data when, in fact, they do, and they should text AL to 150 to get the right info? Took me nearly 4.5 hours to get sorted.

@EE Thankfully the service came back on last night and I now have 4g. At least EE refunded me which is more than I can say for BT who gave a measly £50 credit after months of upset and still no broadband.

@EE @btsport @EE i've seen crappy broadband provider in my life.. but you guys.. Just wow.. if you are not able to provide just normal service in central London, where can you? Just a disgrace.. in 4month the service has been cut for a month... if anyone considers EE for their home runaway..

@EE 4G mast issues in the SY18 6 area seem to be getting progressively worse today after seeming to be fixed last night. I’m working from home with meetings to attend in the morning. Can’t afford to be dropping out every 1-2 minutes.
