@EE Sam, used to get full bar signal at home on 4g, now only get 1 on a day with no maintenance recorded and like to today when I have no service, the checker says maintenance in your area, it is never improved..6 months like this

I used to be with @EE who give the best coverage around here. I don’t know what network this new one is on but it seems to be way better than @EE – I can here people talking to me absolutely everywhere I go.

@EE I don’t think you are here to help anyone. I’ve rang customer services 12 times over the past two weeks requesting a callback from one of your managers due to a lack of and very poor service , One call I was continuously put on hold for 1 1/2 hours then cut off. I could go on....

@EE @BAFTA @BAFTAGames Been thorough this already a few days ago to be told I have to call 150 as I'm a business customer. Thanks for reaching out though. Customer service is shocking and frustrating right now. I've called twice today and have to wait 10 working days again. That's today's update.
