@EE *Cue the classic Karen comment* "I've been a loyal customer..." Blah blah... I am legitimately disappointed in EE service when I was abroad in Amsterdam last month. I thought I had free EU-roaming but I had no 4G whatsoever (unexpectedly) in a foreign country...

@EE Already did that last month and it didn't work. Don't worry it's all sorted as the customer service team sorted it for me when I was calling to get my pac code generated

@EE just went to pay for shopping with Apple Pay on my iPhone. Has no 4G but full reception on 3G. Phone said I had no internet connection so couldn’t pay so ended up looking like a right plonker. Drove down the road. Got 4G and internet connection came back. Why doesn’t 3G work?

@EE Still not working properly. Connects for an hour then nothing for the next 5 hours. I left @TalkTalk because of this issue with the promise of better but no better at all.
