@LynneVinton @EE @SamsungUK I've had the same. Ee have said I need to pay £330 as a mark shows I've dropped the phone but when it was sent off there were no Marks. I'm going to make a consumer complaint. Mine is 4.5 months old

@EE can you hook me up with a deal for home broadband? I’m an existing EE customer but don’t currently have a BT phone line (just the useless Virgin service)
