  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  @EE EE is placing vulnerable people's lives at risk we have had issues with our phone and Internet line keeps going down at night my mum has an emergency alarm for medical conditions and eevare failing her and putting her life at risk not fixing it

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)
