    @EE hello I just got an email from you saying about a bill hasn't been paid it was my mums account and she passed away in November my dad hardly uses a mobile phone so I phoned up your customer services and they ended my mums account and moved her number to a pay as you go account

    @EE Hi, just wondering if you’re ever going to sort out our phone signal/4G in the L10 area? I’ve been with EE for a good few years now, and this has never been fixed. Why am I paying for so much data when I can’t even access it in my own home/street? The coverage here is so bad.

    @EE It is a mobile roof mounted aerial rooftop dish in CA18 1RT. EE website has said it will be fixed in 16 hours and has said exactly the same for days. Online chat support was painfully useless

    @EE No thank you, I was backed into a corner between ee and the ombudsman and had to then accept a lower offer from you ! So bad publicity is the way to go

    @EE Yes. Spent to time to go to @Apple who confirmed a problem but out of one year manufacturer warranty. EE have said im@not covered even though I’m only 18m into my 24m contract. I didn’t expect to take a contract out and get a dodgy handset

    @EE I’ve never been charged an upfront cost to upgrade before. Always just had to pay the delivery.
