@EE hi - I am trying to help my father who is isolated in hospital by topping up his mobile phone which is payg. Have put 50 on in last week and seems to be using it really fast. How can I talk to someone about this please as it appears he is out again. Thx 👍

just had a very poor encounter with @EE over trying to put my mums phone number onto a different network. She's disabled and moved into a home with very poor network coverage. All i've had are threats and being told i'm cancelling. They even refused to consider a reasonable

@EE best network for 7 years running?? Have a word, for the 2nd time in a month I’ve had nothing but issues with sorting items on my account. I was told by the first operator I’ve had a EE account for 8 years. @VodafoneUK fancy a new customer?

@EE Not happy with roaming charges coming back. I for one will not be renewing with @EE, after many years of otherwise happy service. So it's a bye from me.
