    @BritishTelecom Can you explain why new customer @EE broadband rates are not available to existing BT customers. I thought that sort of sharp practice had been banned. @MartinSLewis

    @EE I have, more than once and recieved no resolution. It is not worth me annoying myself reporting it again for you guys to do nothing when i can just change provider

    @EE I've just put the phone down on someone called clair, refused to raise the complaint to your exec team, she rang me back stating I cannot discuss an upgrade because of an outstanding balance on the account, After 9 years with EE I want to terminate the contract with immediate

    @EE Same problem with different browser. Likely wifi IP block, out of mobile data (used up during new house move) cannot use that. Ive had pages not loading, spinning wheels and all sorts this week, hoping it was known issue for everyone and fixed soon, but seems not๐Ÿค” what to do..

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me ยฃ600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a ยฃ2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE Iโ€™ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldnโ€™t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but itโ€™s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
