@TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

@EE Rubbish. The huge cpi increase would already allow that. This is you artificially increasing the rate well above inflation during a time of national crisis. It's both selfish & greedy & will help push inflation even higher You're a greedy, thieving, selfish company I'm leaving

@EE People are already paying you for their service. That should cover you providing them the services they pay for.

@MarcAllera @EE It's a shame you don't treat #Neurodivergent customers with the respect they deserve. Image forcing them to leave so you can palate your responsibilities under the equality act. I am been told pay nearly £1900 to leave or suffer with no device for the next 12 months.

@EE i understand it going up but £7 extra a month is taking the mick, i already pay £50 a month and it was £42 when i took out my contact, it is ridiculous. i can’t even get signal in my own home because it’s so crap. times are hard and people are struggling as it is…

@TanteRos @mookpixie @EE I've called. No-one called back so I submitted a complaint and am having a DM chat with Georgia. The effect of this is horrid.

@EE Excuses and twaddle. You're already the most expensive network by fat and now you're adding to people's misery by making the cost of living crisis even worse with a price increase way way above cpi

My time with @EE is likely to end after 20+ years starting at Orange. Renewal offering was an absolute joke when compared to rivals @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK, £20 mth more for the same phone and contract over 24mths, £480 - that’s huge. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore

@EE @BAFTA @FrankieBridge but no SIM! I have since found out that EE doesn’t even work at my new address anyway. Then am told by Customer Service automaton that EE will charge me to stop contract! For a number I have never even had!
