Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

@EE what terrible service from EE store in Northwich I ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max plus on28th October got a text on 30th Nov collect phone on 1st Dec went in Northwich store to collect on 2nd Dec told phone was not there I’m still trying to contact the store no luck HELP

@EE Hi there can you help with setting up my 4GEE WIFI MINI? We connected it and used to stream from the TV without registering it and it looks like we've used all the credit. We are unable to register it now.

@Jessica85079057 @EE I got the money back but they are now refusing to take it off the bill which is now “overdue” despite explaining the fraud. @EE are shameless and don’t care about their customers. Just close the complaint and bury their head in the sand.

@EE Well Chris, seeing as it took you ages to respond initially I resorted to other means of contacting you. We’ve now escalated it to another level in an attempt to rectify the erratic signal, dropped calls and general inconvenience
