When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. Richard Marshall (@Marzy1867) reported@EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.
