@EE hi I added extra data on and selected £8.99 option but just checked my bill and it’s £20 unlimited! I only needed a little extra! What can I do? As I don’t want unlimited and never have!

So... @VodafoneUK has been experiencing mobile network issues in SE22 for about four months. Every time I contact them they promise to resolve it and never do, plus, they've been charging me the same for a service I can't use on my current location. Any offers @virginmedia @EE ?

@EE we have one of your signal boosters and the last week it has been patchy and we have had to reset it multiple times. It is a necessity for our household as we do not have signal at home without it and not all of the phones are WiFi compatible... Any advice would be great!
