    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

    @TotalPolicing @three @EE If not happy, I will make a complaint. Or change company. But this morning, short downtime in an otherwise good service I have had for years.... No issue for me.

    @EE You have totally missed the point. I have already spoken to BT and the best deal available to me does not include the deal available to a new EE customer.

    @BritishTelecom Can you explain why new customer @EE broadband rates are not available to existing BT customers. I thought that sort of sharp practice had been banned. @MartinSLewis

    @EE I have broadband with you. My contract has expired and I’m not sure I’m getting such a good service. The speed of downloading is poor and the reception isn’t always good. Drops in and out! Should I look elsewhere?

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

    @EE Why have you suspended my services when I've paid over £120. Disgusting service. I did a promise to pay after redundancy and you said you wouldn't. I paid tonight and then suddenly you suspended my services..... Shocking!

    Hi @EE, my broadband has been down for over 40 hrs and all I keep getting sent is messages that it will be fixed at various times or within next 4 hrs. I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.

    @EE Absolutely awful service, left tonight without internet and told the issue might not be resolved until 17:30 tomorrow. Most reliable broadband…what a joke!

    @EE @EE 40 minutes into a live chat trying to get this sent out still. Whoever decides your customer services scripts and strategy needs sacking immediately. Can’t wait for my contracts to run down to move elsewhere because you’re THE MOST frustrating company to try and deal with
