  I see posts on here slating @EE I have been a broadband customer since 2017 and earlier this year I took out a phone contract and got a great deal as I now have both with them. I have been very happy with their service.

  @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom
