@EE so when is this issue going to be fixed? Over 12 hours since the outage began. Aren't you embarrassed? Supposedly the "leading mobile and broadband provider" in the country. It's pathetic. An outage shouldn't take this long to resolve

@bt_uk @EE nine days ago while modifying my service I agreed to migrate mobile service from BT to EE, in hindsight had misleading information from BT and zero communication from EE. You’ve managed to take money and have yet to supply a new SIM for service I have no access to
