@EE @btsport @EE i've seen crappy broadband provider in my life.. but you guys.. Just wow.. if you are not able to provide just normal service in central London, where can you? Just a disgrace.. in 4month the service has been cut for a month... if anyone considers EE for their home runaway..

Hey @EE why aren't you telling your PAYG customers that there's an ongoing issue with the web site and app which make it appear that they have no data when, in fact, they do, and they should text AL to 150 to get the right info? Took me nearly 4.5 hours to get sorted.
