@EE As I said @EE you need to be held to account, until you sort out you awful logistics handling and poor customer care. I feel that this unfortunately whilst this may get resolved for me, many more will suffer a similar fate and now the principle of this is far more important than simply 1 iPhone delivery. Whilst I demand to have the item delivered as it should, as it is a breach of contact not to, you should now consider the wider implications this has on EEs reputation across the UK and undeed the world.

@EE broadband help has gone from excellent human contact to absolutely useless and very disturbing non human messages which misunderstand our issue: from 10/10 human support to 0/10 non human time wasting in 6 months - a shocking deterioration in support #humansupportonly

I have had enough of @EE since I renewed my mobile and broadband with them in September I have had issues every month. The amount of aggravation and nuisance is beyond belief. As soon as I can I am changing provider. Terrible service all round.

Kmt @EE the flipping worst company. Misold a broadband and TV package and since I’ve changed to fibre one the broadband keeps cutting out.

Missing your product? Given wrong advice when sold something at a @EE store. This is a common occurrence recently and ee seem to not want to solve any of the issues. It goes as far as people like @Nomme1992 ordering something and not getting the device in the box on arrival.

Terrible service from @EE switched my dad to new broadband package changeover date was 15th Dec. Cut him off at 12am today told he needs to wait till 15th nothing can be done! Dad is 83 and vulnerable with health issues relys on Internet very dissapointing
