WOW! Can I just say @EE never fail to impress me. I noticed my broadband speed drop and phoned them. I spoke to a lovely lady called Maggie who told me she has Tourette’s and may make a few noises/sounds. It was so refreshing to speak to her. #ee #greatcustomerservice #mademyday

@Grufflock @deadheaddraven @EE I've not had an issue with talktalk while I've been with them Virgin were annoying when I went with them, fixed fee for first year but kept getting letters saying after your contract ends your rate will increase to a higher amount then again a few month later

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@DrAnamorphosis @EE They're owned by BT, therein lies the problem. Ironically it's awful phoning BT. I got shot of my EE contract, moved to Giffgaff, I couldn't be happier.
