    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    @BritishTelecom Can you explain why new customer @EE broadband rates are not available to existing BT customers. I thought that sort of sharp practice had been banned. @MartinSLewis

    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given ยฃ40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

    @stuuk11 @EE Thatโ€™s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. Itโ€™s so dangerous

    Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @EE The worst company Iโ€™ve ever had to deal with AVOID THEM, liars, deceitful, dishonest, thieves, Iโ€™d be here all day if I tried to go into detail of what weโ€™ve had to deal with for months now, but do not use this company, I have no choice but to take this further now.

    Why is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile

    @LeilaniDowding @EE True. My parents, in their 90s, have been endangered by not being able to phone out for help when EE has not been able to maintain coverage. @EE
