Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

@EE I have been having signal problems in my local area of Pontardawe for several weeks now. I can’t make calls and texts without having the WiFi switched on in the house. I’m also not the only one to complain either.

@CamillaFAhall @WeAreOpenreach @EE I had the same issue with BT Fibre - 10 weeks I had no internet after it was installed and I was even dealing with the Chief Exec of BT’s office. All of these i’t networks too big and out of control

@EE I can't use your Android-formatted website to report a problem with your network in my area if, each time I detail the problem, the website can't submit my completed details and I need to start from scratch again. Any chance of a fix?

The @EE reception gets worse by the day. Lost count of the amount of times ive been waiting for a call back from 111 for emergency dentist. For them to only get my voicemail due to my **** service and then end my case after 2 failed call backs. Fuming!

@EE hi I’ve tried today to order a phone from yours to pay monthly which was 50£ upfront to paid but it been refused because of my credit check. But they had taking the money from my account. Can I have some help please. Cause they taking my money then I want my phone. Thanks.
