@EE are the worst company ever, after making a purchase the amount was taken from my account twice, was supposed to be refunded in 3 days, still waiting, now my bank is overdrawn, My DD’s haven’t been taken and still no further forward!! Avoid at all costs !!

Anyone else having probs with EE signal atm? Usually it’s great but I’ve been in Brighton, London & Birmingham this week. It’s been crap in every town - half the time even saying I have 5G and then not loading anything… What’s going on @EE babes? Everything ok?

@EE What's wrong with My EE app, it won't let you log in, I've looked on Google play store & everyone is have the same problem, all you say is try reinstalling it but it seems that don't work, you ask people to send a DM, but just explain to everyone on here why it don't on here.

@EE I think @ADT_UK are looking into it, (unlikely they’ll take ownership to be honest) either way.. that’s a farce from both of you! Customer services, when most of the call was on hold the max was 4 mins of a 29 min call… and it costs £22.18. Merry Christmas to me eh?!?
