    @EE abroad for 3 days. Still no roaming despite active in my account. Online help says a start conversation button will appear. Does not. Can’t call as no service. Do you have a Skype help?

    @o2 I'm glad I'm not a pay monthly customer of yours. Only got the sim because @EE have started to charge for EU roaming and I'm still in contract with them. Never had any technical issues with @EE.

    @EE Hi. Can I get help regarding purchase of sim from overseas for UK delivery for use while on holiday? Tried online but no UK mobile for contact and form won’t accept Australian address that accompanies payment details. Preferred 100GB Sim seemingly not available at airport.

    Daughters Mob contract is up for renewal. @EE are so out of touch with what I need, I want a good sim only deal that is monthly & won’t increase every year and can be used in the EU at no extra charge. EE can’t tick any boxes so after 34yr as a customer it’s time to go elsewhere.
