@andy_cov93 @EE Have you tried your old sim in the new phone? I had this problem with my new iPhone, turns out there was a dodgy SIM card reader so it had to be replaced 3 hours after I purchased it!

@ee when will I be able to report that my home broadband is down again? Your phone lines were not taking calls earlier, and my mobile broadband was down for a while too.

@EE Can you confirm if you're having network problems? I can't load some of my game apps even on WiFi as it says no Internet connection. My wifi is working fine on all other devices. It just seems to be my ee phone. I've rebooted it but still the same.
