-
Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, England@EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her
-

-
Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, EnglandAppalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.
-
Sebastian Garner (@sebgarner) reported from Bracknell, England@EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful
-
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England@SameDayCoventry @ShellStationsUK @EE are the worst, a simple upgrade has taken a month and still not sorted!!

Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.
-
Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !
-
Ultra Mugnus (@mkn1ght) reported from Reading, EnglandAnyone else on @EE getting a "No mobile data service - Temporarily turned off by your operator" message?
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Forgottengirl078 (@forgottengirl78) reported@EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.
-
Mark Royle-Evatt (@MEvatt) reported@Hepworthclare @EE Does any major company have good customer service? They all seem to be absolutely useless and not care about their customers. All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.
-
Carol Annesley (@Cannesle) reported@EE why for the last few months does my plan never renew when I'm always in credit think it's time for me to move on...not going into a store every month to solve it 🤬🤬🤬
-
Danfotoman (@danfotoman1) reported@EE It’s ok I’m speaking to 02 about going back to them, cheaper and better service
-
Kev (@KevlarBrock) reportedNow in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldn’t need to keep calling) 😡
-
TeslaGialloRosso (@TeslaLupo) reportedSo let me understand this I can pay £40 to @Starlink and get 100mbps while today I pay £36.99 to @EE for up to 30mbps and their choppy broadband with weekly texts about issues in my area? Bye bye @EE
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@Baron_Flumpy @EE Hello random poster. Your Tweet referenced having a coverage issue at home, which WiFi-calling rectifies. Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.
-
Gareth Higgin (@77fenrir) reported@djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect
-
shullup it worked out (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported@bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic
