@EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

  • teachandgeek
Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE Good morning Helen. They fixed the problem, the issue is I never contracted a second line but apparently was paying for it for months, money I’ll never see back of course…

  • Hunsy1969
Paul Hunsdon (@Hunsy1969) reported from Wokingham, England

After some disappointing customer service this morning from @EE they are back in my good books thanks to Andrew in customer help & the guys from their Bracknell shop! 👍

  • prometheus3
Dr Katie Bates (@prometheus3) reported from Reading, England

Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

  • pietergriffin
Pieter Le Roux (@pietergriffin) reported from Camberley, England

@EE Just to consolidate what I spend - stupid spending the amount I do. I am@thinking of closing my last number 07732409143 as well and perhaps going SIM only

  • Bjsfreaked
Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England

@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

  • carboncoach
Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

  • nurburgsteve
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England

@BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?

  • xacity01
x.acity01 (@xacity01) reported from Wokingham, England

Hey @EE what’s going on? Is there some issues on your end cos my internet ain’t working or it’s too slow..!!

  • RyanRay74
Ryan R 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England

@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

  • GarethDeanPR
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • mattrogers9
Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Didcot, England

@EE I’ve just checked my bill the details I have for security match exactly so I really don’t see the issue

  • PeterBa82304711
    Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

  • Hunsy1969
Paul Hunsdon (@Hunsy1969) reported from Wokingham, England

@Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

  • running_gooner
Brian Russell (@running_gooner) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE waiting for over 10 mins and still waiting to speak to customer services is not good enough especially as only moved to EE today 😡

  • cm_charu
Charu Malhotra (@cm_charu) reported from Wokingham, England

Please help, with some compassion @EE team , dealing with our grief is being made worse by your bureaucracy

  • nanafasante
N9 SZN 🥽 (@nanafasante) reported from Reading, England

    @EE Na the problem persists

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

  • Sarah_FireHorse
    S (@Sarah_FireHorse) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.

  • ScotDommesSlave
Princess Amira ***** Boy (@ScotDommesSlave) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  • PIXX3L5
    PIX (@PIXX3L5) reported

I'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU

  • tompascoew
    Tom Pascoe (@tompascoew) reported

After 25 years of being with @EE, Orange before, I have finally had the time to cancel my account. After creeping roaming charges in (especially data) that never used to exist and increasing prices yearly it feels fantastic. Bye!

  • AP196779
    Aldo (@AP196779) reported

@EE I have called you at least 6 or 7 times with regards to this issue. I have spent almost 10hrs on the phone to you trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised call backs and updates and haven’t received anything. This has been dragging on for 5 weeks now @EE

  • Stokesy88
    Darren Stokes (@Stokesy88) reported

@ArgosQueryDpt I'm experiencing Wifi problems atm, and I'm trying to work... @EE you're in the firing line now!

  • RaPiDkIlLzZz
    Alex Burns 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@RaPiDkIlLzZz) reported

@CharlesSav66 @EE Its a nightmare thr money they make out of us and the app if terrible, like hokng bavk in tome to when apps used to be bad tonuse

  • CreateActionLtd
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported

@EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

  • ironchimp
    ironchimp (@ironchimp) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s your infrastructure, just like the old tv signal infrastructure was yours and not the damned state’s.
