    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

    @EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    @SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

    Another 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....

    @EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    I have never had such poor and service from you guys! I’m even past my cooling off period ! And I haven’t got my router swapped! Better to go with @EE or @SkyUK !

    @EE hi - I am trying to help my father who is isolated in hospital by topping up his mobile phone which is payg. Have put 50 on in last week and seems to be using it really fast. How can I talk to someone about this please as it appears he is out again. Thx 👍

    @EE Constantly on emergency calls only in Bexley, no reception at all been! & been this way for nearly a week now, unless I'm on WIFI can't use my phone at all

    @EE I've recently purchased a new contract with "5G". Honestly, the reception and connection is the worst I've ever had. Even 3g was better.

    @EE is there still an outage in RH16? My 4G home router still isn’t working. Only had it since last Thursday and managed just 3 days of any sort of service. Looks like I’m going to have to return it and cancel my account as it now just gathering dust!

    @EE They said they were going to fix the issue, but it still isn't and I'm paying for something I can't use, also I keep getting texts saying it's fixed and then it's down usually within the same hour

    @EE The clue to the location was in my tweet. I have no idea of the range of postcodes from Weymouth train station and 30 mins down the line. But no signal that I could use for data.
