    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @brixton_l @EE Unlikely. That’s a private fibre broadband company unrelated to the 4G network. They’ve been digging up roads for months with no impact on 4G

    @EE trying to upgrade my device and every phone i choose it says there are no suitable plans for the device. So confused never had this problem before? :/ hoping you can help.

    @EE I’m quite annoyed with the network at the moment. There has been no coverage during the day for 8 hours roughly fro r of the last 9 days. The status says it’s working until you actually report a problem and then it says upgrading or fixing. Paid for nothing for a week.
