    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @EE Hi EE who is running the company. I have had the most appalling experience. I have been contacted back but things seem to be going from bad to worse. @MarcAllera needs to sort it out. Especially when you claim to be the UK’s favourite network.

    @SlySmileCharlie @EE They are the most expensive network Tink. Avoid at all costs. Any of the other main networks will save you hundreds of pounds over the contract length.

    @EE My wife has a dispute with yourselves and is trying to get it resolved but us on "start conversation virtual helpline" she's been on it over an hour and is being ignored called 150 number but no answer Horrific service 😡
