    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

    @EE Appalling customer service from Helen McCluskey even though she works directly for #Marcallera network issues for over 6 mths,4 wks dealing with tech sup & CS team to get a call & told to wait 72hrs & start again.Absolute p*ss take. I’m sure they would expect payment b4this.

    So I joined @EE in 1 March. A monthly contract of £101. 7 days later they email to inform me my bill will increase to £115.54 on 31 March. 14.4% increase. Nice way to welcome a new customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    @EE are **** as if they have emailed me to say they’re putting up my bill by £9.36 PCM. Is that *************** when I never get 4g or 5g. The company are ****. Pay all this money for **** signal. The only phone provider who do this. Gone up by 10%😡
