Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

-
Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Marlow Bottom, EnglandAnyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE
-
wadhwaRD (@rishidwadhwa) reported from Reading, EnglandI have never had such poor and service from you guys! I’m even past my cooling off period ! And I haven’t got my router swapped! Better to go with @EE or @SkyUK !
-
Paul Hunsdon (@Hunsy1969) reported from Wokingham, England@TheDJ_Chubbs @ThreeUK I found the same in Croatia mate. My @EE signal better over there than in my own home. 🤔😩

Brian Russell (@running_gooner) reported from Wokingham, England@EE waiting for over 10 mins and still waiting to speak to customer services is not good enough especially as only moved to EE today 😡
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee
-
Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, EnglandSo I rang @EE to cancel an additional line that I HAD NEVER CONTRACTED and they cancelled my phone line instead

Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.
-
Khurram Qayam (@kqbrain) reported from Reading, EnglandSuffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom
-
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.
-
Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you
-
francky (@CesaireF) reported from Maidenhead, England@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable
