    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    @EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

    @SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    Amazing how quick @EE will disconnect you from their service but not reconnect you after over 2 hours after payment. Not like a person has to physically connect your ‘line’ to a switchboard. Awful service.

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    @vixmccarthy43 @EE It is a sim only. I did have a proper contract, but when it ended I went sim only and this is when the problems started. I think its a trick to make you get a new phone 🙄

    @EE EE pretend they are customer focused which they are not I have made 6 complaints regarding their signal issues and still nothing has been sorted £65 p/m for a samsung S21 ultra with 40G of data and unlimited mins and texts I struggle to use the data as signal is pathetic
