    I have never had such poor and service from you guys! I’m even past my cooling off period ! And I haven’t got my router swapped! Better to go with @EE or @SkyUK !

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    @EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care
