    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is

    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

    @EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?

    @EE Hi, Our internet is down today, we have flashing aqua lights on our hub, we have tried swapping out the BB cable as the trouble shooting says, but still no luck. It was working fine at 2AM last night, is there an outage or just us? We are based in WD6.

    @EE Same I've been having problems for 2 weeks even after being on the phone with you and getting a new router and changing channels,it's Sunday I just want to enjoy watching a movie without the Internet connection dropping every hour

    @EE Yeah figured as much can you internally pass it up or over to whovever needs it? every time I try to get this dealt with by phone I guess I'm the unlucky one who gets a rude dipass every time who won't take I've paid my bill already as a reason to do anything

    @EE How can my wife change the email address on her account? She has changed it online, checked it has been changed, messaged with a customer service rep, and yet you keep sending emails to an old address which I now use for MY business. What’s gone wrong with your systems?

    @EE I'd rather not contact my bank however if I have to i will as I paying for a service that if I do get it's inadequate and most of the time I'm lucky to get that
