    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @EE tried calling local store (Abington Street, Northampton) 20+ times today wrt Phone Repair. Someone finally answered and immediately put the phone down. I also booked a slot this morning and had to wait 30minutes... what is the point? 🙃🙃🙃

    Call @EE support. Managed to talk to a human by selecting the option "I'm leaving EE". Got transferred to PAYG team, got told to wait then got hung up on.

    Hi @EE - I’ve been having the same problem concerning my phone connecting to the EE auto WiFi at literally every London Underground station for at least a year - I’ve hoped it would just fix itself and time after time it just doesn’t - Please, guide me how to fix it. ASAP!

    @EE can someone fix the EE android app ? It's either got ocd or it just likes be annoying 6 times to login and 6 times to sort what I needed to sort which did get sorted but I personally think that app as ocd or it's annoying ai robot that thinks it's funny when it's not !

    @EE why when your system goes down in a public area does it take four days to get an engineer out? Your staff have been no help at all!!
