@EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

@EE Just wondering when service might resume in North Creake, Norfolk? Been on emergency calls only mostly since 10am yesterday! This is the longest outage I've known here. If it weren't for having WiFi at home I'd be screwed. Fakenham in Norfolk also no signal!

Days since @ee did £700 damage to my phone: 18 Total time spent dealing with this so far: 14 hours 33 min in 34 separate interactions (6hr 11min with customer service, 8hr 22 in EE shop, writing emails, chasing DPD drivers) @MarcAllera
