    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @virginmedia truly appalling service. 2 attempts at placing an order, so far. 3 hours speaking to customer sales only to find out that the backoffice staff are completely incapable of sending basic emails. Guess you don't want new customers, seems like I'm staying with @EE

    @Phoenixrahman @EE It's a software error, mine comes out on the 26th by direct debit also, just rang them up and they said loads of people have rung with the same problem 👍

    Now have been charged for a whole 1 month of wifi I will not use. I hope no one has to deal with this again and would never recommend anyone getting this temporary wifi/ even dealing with EE! @EE

    @EE You haven't heard from me because the reception is poor indoors and out in the local area They've been continuously reported to EE over the years and no improvement in the service. O2 now offers 5g in this area, I will be joining them at the end of my contract
