Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

Hey @EE @SamsungUK thanks for the shiny new S21. One problem though. I have no way of charging it up. A USB(c) to USB(c) is supplied but i know of no uk plug sockets that accept USBc so how do i now use the shiny new phone?

@EE Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I am still having problems connecting calls, getting texts saying that I'm missing calls. Apparently there's a lot of people in my area having the same problems!
