@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

@ee loyal customer for 10 plus years speak to an agent who every time try to sell you the most expensive plan I know they on commission buts its a joke .I wanted to add a 3rd phone for my son even what to charge an upfront cost where other provides.poor customer service

@ee what a shower of Robbing Bar-stewards put a service on phone contract that you never asked for or offered you. take money out your account for a service your getting elsewhere and offer you 33% and it’s my fault for not checking monthly bill for phones line by line

@VodafoneUK It isn’t me. I learned of your poor customer service many years ago. I’m with @ee. To tell a blind woman who has recently stopped being able to walk that if she can’t take a box on an email, she should simply get dressed and go down to the shops is absolutely appalling.
