    When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

    @EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

    @tescomobile @EE I've spoke to a few other colleagues tonight who have said exactly the same as me and that they can't wait to leave either. It's quite obvious that we're paying for a service that you simply can't provide but still advertise as having 99% coverage

    @ee my partner paid for an add on so he could use his phone in Egypt which hasn’t worked for 3 days. Support say they can’t give a refund as it was an issue with the network here.. but I’m with @O2 & connected to the same network here & haven’t had any issue. Can someone explain?

    @EE Hi, it’s ok now. We are in Devon, but EE app wouldn’t allow data purchase. After a few hours I tried again and it worked thankfully. So what ever problem was it got sorted out.

    So @EE you’ve messaged me (thanks) a booklet about roaming!the booklet says you will charge me for Wifi calling if/ when abroad? Why is there a cost when abroad when not necessarily using your network, if I’ve covered the wifi costs, why are you then charging for wifi calls?

    @stefanjl15 @EE Thanks Stefan, if you have had no service all over Staffordshire that would point towards an issue with your SIM card or phone, as you will connect to different masts as you travel. Can you try your SIM in another phone at all? - Sean
