EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

Rude & confrontational demanding that I respect her when she wasn't listening to my issue. You need to update your website to say that store collections need valid photo ID. I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.

Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
