Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them ๐๐ผ Canโt wait to finish my obligatory contract.

I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didnโt buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying heโs a manager. But wasnโt even in this country.
