@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

@EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

This country is crap I worked in retail all my life and up till 15 years ago u had to answer phone in ten rings or could get fined by trading standards . Now they tale 10 ******* years to answer @EE employ some people with ur massive profits I charging 30 quid for wasting my day

@VodafoneUK 2 weeks left on my phone contract. Have contacted many time the last 4 weeks to find the right renewal deal. Am being told by advisors 2 go 2 @EE or @TheO2 as 'New customer' deals elsewhere can't be beaten. Or to come back in a few months when the deals are better.

14 days with out Internet in the house @ee says its line problem bt open reach but they say its a problem with @ee with cards or some pish it does not get fixed to they will find them one less customer on inter etc and phone

@EE Am on phone to customer service when they answer holding for a while now but feel a bit robbed all these problems an u still want 40 quid bill this week @TalkTalk dm me best deal u can do on fibre pls 40 a month too much for me when it costs me 80 quid with drop outs play poker
