  @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

  @O2 Nah.. it’s ok.. I’ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal!   So @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.

  @EE I contacted you in June regarding my parents tv broadband mobile and land line, ringing 150 was perfect and we received excellent service over the phone, sadly that’s where it ends My mum is now without mobile data, and they have no internet or land line absolutely shocking

  @EE its been 7 days since you guys turned off our fibre broadband for no reason (paying customers)! I'm running out of data hotspotting my phone just to work. We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!

  @EE We already have every day for the past 5 weeks multiple failed visits it’s been escalated so many times with an open complaint still keep blaming each other, on the verge of cancelling the contract as you’re not providing the service we’ve signed up for and going elsewhere
