    When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

    @EE Thanks after spending about two hours waiting to chat to a customer service representative. I am completely shocked to see the horrible service provided by him. God forbid I was paying for a service.…. Oh… wait. I am!

    I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

    Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

    @EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

    @EE Sorry, I didn't make the issue clear. The issue is that I bought a new pack after cancelling the old but it says I'm on the old pack but I cancelled that one. Does it just take a while to cancel or is that not how it works?

    @EE tried to email. Tried the number you sent, but poor customer service on this occasion. Getting 6mg when supposed to get 36. I've updated my details in store, and yet my name is unavailable. Time for a change.

    @EE @EhiEhidan I'd stick with O2. I've been with EE for years and plan to leave them as soon as I can...customer service has took a huge nosedive and their offers are not genuine. Shame as I used to find them quite good but I can get better service elsewhere.
