    I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

    @EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

    It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

    When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

    A word of warning for anybody thinking about joining @EE. #EE are not 'the nation's fastest network provider' and certainly don't provide the most 4G coverage where I live in Stockport. Their suggested work around 'Turn on WiFi calling as we don't guarantee coverage indoors'

    @VodafoneUK why not cut out the waste and let me speak to the 3rd party directly. Or if everything has a DIY approach why not save me some money and create a self service portal. Ridiculous that it’s still not sorted. Call @EE and say can you switch on VM and it’s done! No Faff!

    @EE Yes but I was told 3 weeks ago at time of purchase of a new contract that I would have a ps5 as part of account just waiting for stock .. but never told it was subject to availability.. was told when they come back in stock I would receive one ... custom will be going else where

    @EE do you guys even know how to treat customers? I had a manager on the chat who couldn't explain your flawed system after cancelling an order and I was told to wait in the chat, 5 minutes later he ended the chat because he didn't know what to say. Goodbye to you guys.

    No call. My internet was supposed to be switched on last Friday. Looks like I’ve made a mistake going with @ee. I am not going through the BH weekend with no internet. Not good customer service and you seem to employ liars! Sort it now please 😤

    @EE At some point in the last 2 hours my SIM has stopped working. I can't make or receive calls or texts. Please can you advise me how I can get in touch? I don't have a landline either. Btw I tried the three problem fixes suggested in your FAQs but nothing changed.
