Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi

Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
