    @EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

    @EE I started working at Gatwick airport last year and my then provider was useless. I switched both my mobile and broadband to #ee and the signal was great 5g all over airport etc. A year later and I struggle to even get 4g now. It's kinda depressing really. Sort it out please.

    @EE can you explain why the signal is non existent in CH4 0DE on Broughton Shopping and Retail Park? Paying a premium price for a very minimal service which cannot be used without connecting to Local WIFI? Sort this out and I’ll be a happy customer.

    @EE signed up to ee but due to a house move and you not supplying to the area, we had to unfortunately go elsewhere, we were supposed to receive a bag to return the kit and haven't yet? Could someone help, can't log into EE account as my husband has also changed his number

    Never ever go with @bt_uk or @EE was asked to swap over, mis sold products, over billed and now on day 17 of trying to get a resolution. Was a decades long customer!
